Never ever had a bad experience, this starbucks I literally ordered chai tea and they added no sugar and when i asked them to remake it they neglected and were very rude.

Waited 20 minutes for an order for 2x drinks - ordered under the name Emma - the name was so poorly misspelled that we were not able to recognize our order when called. The picture show how butchered the name was written. One of the two drinks did not come until we forced the attention of the staff- and by that time the response was rude and snarky. In the time spent waiting our warmed up snack turned cold - if you have any sense or need of urgency- Avoid this location and the unpleasant staff.

Bad even using an airport standards.

Sigh… when will YYZ upgrade to have more options to induce competitions. Starbucks and Tim Hortons woefully inadequate

Disorganized chaos.
Al through they have plenty of staff working here, it’s not enough for the sheer volume of customers. The line up is hectic and wait times are long. We received bits of our order at a time and had keep navigating the mosh pit. A larger store front would be helpful.
Service was nice, drinks were as expected

People working here are totally lost, they gave me the wrong food and they could not explain how I was going to be charged for the food

I’ve been Starbucks customer for over 12 years, first I asked to load my card she didn’t load it she mentioned I didn’t get it, which is ok we are all human.
The thing that made me so mad was to talk behind me while I was waiting for my coffee, is this normal?

Unfortunately, my sugar cookie latte was not made with the extra shot nor oat milk and there’s no hope of me going back and trying to get it corrected, one guy there was trying to be efficient but that’s gotta be a hard job!

Located in Pearson Airport right beside gate D20.service is fast with all the items a brick and mortar star bucks would offer.

Awful the employee (barista) was so slow and I didn’t get enough drink. The drink itself was not enough, much less than what I usually get and she didn’t even care filling it up with ice.

It was marked as being at the train station, so I walked a lot, but it wasn't there. It seems to be closed because of Corona. Annoyed.

Julie Olive went above and beyond to make my coffee great. Love the blond roast with caramel flavour shop.

Everyone was smiling and courteous. Fast service.

Terrible customer service. I had to repeat my order over five times, the staff were chatting to each other the whole time and the woman wrote my name wrong (completely different name) and laughed and waved/dismissed me when I told her that wasn’t my name.

It is my third attempt to like Starbucks coffee and it failed. Worst "drink", not even a coffee, it does not deserve this name

I always visit this Starbucks when i saw kamalpreet dhillon working. He make the best coffee in the world. He is so helpful and very kind person. God bless you kamalpreet always be the same person as i know

Always super slow and tend to screw up orders on a regular basis. Expect a good 15-30 minute wait for most days.
