Really upset by my experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a double espresso macchiato and right away I knew there was some confusion. The barista kept on thinking I was asking for a caramel macchiato which I explained was an entirely different drink.
She went and got her supervisor and I thought he would have clarified what it was but he came up and smacked some buttons around and then left.
Long story short: I ended up with espresso with a sad dollop of whipped cream which is such a depressing drink. I don’t know what happened but it was not a good drink at all!

Ordered two drinks, Funel Cake and the Mango Dragonfruit! And this will be the last time I order anything here! First, I asked and paid for venti size (large) but received medium! I also asked for less ice in the cup. Once changed the cup to venti size, half of the cup was ice! Told the bartender to empty the ice, they even did not have spoon, used another cup lead to empty the ice! Paying $8 (tax in) for a cup which is half ice and half essence (not real fruit) and sugar! Seriously!? BTW, staff are not friendly at all!

It has a very convenient location, its space is very new and clean. The staff are friendly.

I recently visited the new Starbucks location that opened up in my area, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Despite being open for almost a month now, I was surprised to find out that they were still not accepting payments through the Starbucks card, which was quite inconvenient for me.
Furthermore, I found the behavior of the baristas to be quite disappointing. They seemed to be disinterested and lacked the friendliness that I have come to expect from Starbucks employees. They didn't even make eye contact during my order, which made me feel like just another customer, rather than someone being welcomed into a community.
The taste of the coffee was also subpar compared to other Starbucks locations I have visited in the past. It lacked the signature flavor and quality that I have come to associate with the brand.
The only redeeming quality of this Starbucks location was its ambiance. The store was well-maintained and had a cozy atmosphere, which made it a pleasant place to sit and relax for a little while.
Overall, I would only give this Starbucks location a 2-star rating. The lack of acceptance of the Starbucks card payment, unfriendly baristas, and subpar coffee taste were significant drawbacks that overshadowed the positive ambiance of the store. I hope that the management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality of their service in the future.

The staff here is not friendly like at other locations, I repeated my order twice and barista made me the wrong size and a completely different drink than what I ordered …

Not handicapped accessible. Also baristas never heard of the drink I normally order at other Starbucks. (Strawberries and cream). I left disappointed and had to lift my wheelchair in/out.
