Starbucks

I'm a bit disappointed that my order wasn't ready to the time it was mentioned in my mobile order. I had to go there and then they started working on it and when I asked why did it take too long the barista mentioned "we are really busy" in a rude way.

I don't understand why Starbucks is so popular as their coffee sucks. McDonald's coffee is much better. The staff was friendly it the Christmas decorations went up far too early in the year. I only go occasionally because my grandkids like it. I believe they only like it due to the aggressive advertising and see it as a trendy spot for expensive treats/beverages.

This drive through is too slow. A packed tim Hortons drive through moves faster then this Starbucks with 3 cars in the drive through

I was the only person in line, no one at the drive thru and yet it took 5 minutes to even be acknowledged by any of the 6 staff members. It was loud, narrow and as always, not enough appropriate seating, especially for those with accessibility concerns. My order was made fairly quickly, and accurately, but customer service fell flat.

It’s a regular Starbucks but I’ve always enjoyed there seasonal lattes and specials

Extremely slow and after 15 minutes waiting they tell me that they don't have what I ordered.

Such a cute Starbucks to work at. The staff was nice, there were lots of students studying. The regulars have a great relationship with the staff.

My drink was great as always. Definitely recommend this Starbucks if you're in London.
