Waited awhile for my drink, someone else snatched it and left and instead of getting me another one asap since I have somewhere to be too, they told me they have more coming up but as the first one that ordered, I didn’t get mine till the person that stole my drink got his order, and he ordered WAY later than I did.it’s insane to wait 10-15extra minutes bc someone stole my drink and for the guy serving to not care about fairness and to say “oh well it’s that time of day”. Now I’m late:)

They do fine, the three stars is for how slammed this location gets in the mornings and the wait can be up to 10min. When I'm trying to get to the office with other people's drinks for 9am it becomes stressful in deciding which Starbucks will 'not' be busy. This one is always busy.

The one barista working tonight was so wonderful. I went out of my way to make this review for her. Despite being the only person working, she gave exception service. Someone promote this girl!

I came by yesterday around 4pm and witnessed some very inappropriate language being used by a customer to a barista! This barista was very kind and helpful, as was the key holder who had to step in as well. I used to work at Starbucks and this behaviour goes unchecked way too often. I hope the team reads this because they did and continue to do an awesome job every time I come in!:)

Polite and welcoming baristas, great service! There is always clean, so it is very enjoyable to sit there and drink coffee.

First timer for starbucks and I'm already pleased with what I ordered. Never had a frappacuni before but it looks like my ice cap from the next century. Will update after.

The employees were not helpful. They confirmed they did not serve steeped tea but the associate did not offer options. Very inhospitable and lack lustre approach. None of the employees greeted my group when we walked in too. Felt like the associate did not want us there.

In my opinion the worst starbucks on queen street. I'm not one to complain but every single time I go to this location and order an iced shaken espresso I get half a cup of actual coffee and the rest is foam. Or I order a regular iced coffee and it looks like a cup of milk.little annoying considering the prices. Then you complain to the barista and she makes you the exact same coffee you complained about.definitely never coming to this location again

I usually do Uber eats here but the Baristas are very friendly and they always have my order ready to go and they make the drinks not spill. This is my favorite Starbucks because of how nice the staff are

Best welcoming staff and place, love the location, close to my workplace, and they makes drink very good, I know it’s formulated but personally I can taste it better than other Starbucks I’ve been to.

Beautifully decorated Starbucks. Staff working were courteous. Store was clean & organized.

Nice big location, the staff is super friendly and I LOVE their aprons with names and pronouns embroidered on. I will definitely stop here every time I'm in the area

Lovin it each time I go there's still so many drinks I haven't tried yet definitely gonna go for a mocha next time I go.

I went to Starbucks today and got a white hot chocolate and I asked them for a grande. They did not fill my cup to the top! When I showed someone and politely asked them to fill it pls, that person said to me "just put some milk when you get home and you'll be fine". That is so rude

Today I had a super unusually bad experience. A person who works in Starbucks was extremely rude with me! So unseal for Starbucks.

One of the best stores. Staff is amazing. I mean EVERYONE. They’re attentive and very efficient. They never get our order wrong. Our favourite staff member is Brianne. Such a cheerful individual. Thank you guys for everything and keep up the great work.

Solid place. They can use a few more social placemarks for people to stand when waiting. The two boxes they have tend to be filled up with customers quickly, and the staff could speak louder but I was only in there for 2 minutes so this isn't a comprehensive review. Good place.

Horrible experience with the morning coffee pick-up. Working in a TV show at a Theatre nearby and ordering almost two hundred dollars worth of coffee daily. When an order was prepared over an hour early on the third day I asked to redo the order as I didn't want cool coffee for the crew. The staff proceeded to say that I could no longer order in advance and would have to come in and pay prior to starting order. After a fair bit of discussion throughout the day we agreed that I would give them another chance as I wanted to go elsewhere. The following day I called at 8am for a 8: 45 pick up. I arrive to find that they have not started the order yet. Took them 20 min making me late for call time and having crew wait for coffee. This was unacceptable and I highly recommend that you get your coffee elsewhere. Mercury is just a block away. Check them out!

Friendly staff, and efficient. Great starbucks drinks and excellent precautions taken during covid-19.

I went in to buy a coffee and was immediately greeted by one of the barista's with curly hair. We started talking and she told me her name was Brianne. She was very nice and made my trip to Starbucks very memorable. Thanks Brianne!

I didn't know friendly hipsters existed until I moved kitty-corner to this location. This is (by far) my favourite Starbucks location in Toronto. Just steps into the door, you are greeted with a smile and a "HELLO" so loud and genuine you don't even really need a coffee to wake up - those baristas are bundles of positive energy bursting happy vibes, always. Also to mention, they always seem to have freshly brewed blonde roast.and I'm heading over there to grab one right now.

Although I am not an avid supporter of chains (you know - consumerism and all), the employees of THIS starbucks deserve a huge shout out.
They were awesome! Especially Tommy! Made my day with conversation and great service. Kudos Tommy and friends!

My London Fog wasn't great, Tim Hortons makes a better one and even their's isn't great. I wouldn't get it again.

My favorite morning stop! Always so nice here. Don't forget your fresh banana to get your day going.

My experience with this location is that it is better than average for a Starbucks. The people are always very friendly, and the wait is never long. As always, the WiFi is strong with Starbuchie and there's a nice big table here if you need to get a group project done with 3-5 of your colleagues. The streetcar runs out front (Logan and Queen exit), and I have nearly never had trouble getting a spot to sit and work during the day. What else can I say? The staff is friendly, the food is good and basically inexpensive, the coffee flows and they are always happy to accommodate my #vegan needs. Bravo

Nice service, although not the best seating arrangement for people who want to stay and work, surf etc. Close to Jimmie Simpson park. Easy to pick up something on way there.

I’m a regular at this Starbucks and I like it because everyone is friendly. I always order a tea or London fog, sometimes get pastries etc.
The tea is always done amazing! But I find that the London Fog is never consistent, it’s like I’m in for a surprise that is either great or horrible. The last few times I got a London fog it was cold and didn’t seem that the milk was steamed. I literally had to heat it up in my office’s microwave (which ruins the taste but makes it hot). I guess I’ll have to stick with plain tea from now on.
