Very bad experience today, ordered latte and waited and waited and waited, other customers came after me and were served, went to cashier to get refund and was asked about the taste, lol you have to make it to make me taste it. I paid $2 as tip which was not returned while refund.

Thxs for this amazing drink and with my name as well that smile on the bag make me too happy once again Thxs and stay blessed team members?

I would give this location 0 stars if i could.worst starbucks location i’ve ever been to.every single time i go, the staff is extremely slow, rude, and straight up cannot make drinks.there is no reason for employees to be standing around doing absolutely nothing when there are 15-20 people to be waiting for their drinks at any given point in the day.

Waited 30+ minutes. They didn't check on my order until my friend got audibly annoyed that 20+ people got their orders before mine even though I had been there before everyone. They upped my drink size but does that fix waiting 30-40 minutes when they told me it was 5?

I find this location to be a hit or miss unfortunately. Some days I'll go and the staff are super nice, other times they barely acknowledge you. In terms of the drinks, they are hit or miss as well.

For Starbucks in Brampton I prefer the location at Gateway Boulevard, the customer service is great and the drinks are always on point!

Bad customer service.
My coffee stayed on the counter for about 15 minutes, no one ever called my name or informed me it was ready. They told me it was on the counter when I asked them how much longer would it take.

Also I specifically mentioned 2-3 times that I wanted very very less ice in my drink, the drink turned out to have more than regular ice.

Waste of time and money

Very clean, very good service, the mobile orders table it's organized enough. And try the Caramel Macchiato-cali style, stirred well.

Good old Starbucks either a hit or miss with being busy. It is a small location, had to wait in the car 10 min but was ready in about 15 min. Don't drink caffeinated beverages but recommend the fraps or even warm apple cider. If you can get the app definitely recommend downloading and use it to order ahead.

Out of all the locations I have EVER ordered from, this one is by FAR my favourite! Cass is the most amazing Barista! Any drink I order while she is on shift is AMAZING! I swear she uses magic or something LOL She should definitely be Barista of the Year and get a raise!

They don’t have sense to make a drink I ordered a dragon dink with soy milk but they gave me a dragon drink without milk I waste my money on this Starbuck

This Starbucks lacks efficiency in their service. It does not take 30 mins to make a drink. Why is there such a long wait time for a drink? Even restaurants are faster when serving a whole meal. There must be something going on. Either the staff are not trained or they are too busy talking and taking their sweet time to make a drink. I am not going here anymore and will suggest others to do the same.

This Starbucks sucks to be frank. The baristas are not friendly and rush you when ordering. The drinks are made improperly and poorly (I know because I myself work at Starbucks) and it is clear that store is messy and not maintained. Not coming back here again - I have no idea how they have a 4 star rating.

Order for 2 drinks took over 30min while others who came and ordered after me were in an out in less than 15min. One drink was overly sweet while the other just tasted like steamed milk. Usually Starbucks is pretty consistent with taste and speed.

I spend half an hour for my drinks and then they gave me rong drinks very bad service…their counter was completely empty…

Slow service, some employees are disrespectful as well. Walk in customers are not a priority at all, expect to wait 15 min for one drink. Use mobile ordering to avoid waiting times and rude staff.

If you want to wait 25 minutes because they have slow works come to this location. Please let me know why it takes 25 to make two drinks when you have 6 staff work

I am teaching my son the value of money and although the location is steadily busy she was patient and pleasant while he made and paid for his order. She also made sure we knew of the fact that I what he ordered is usually made with caffeine. THANK YOU very much Pierre and his Mom.

If you can manage to keep your store open during COVID, I’m sure you could keep the bathrooms open too.

I personally turned in hoping the Starbucks had to drive through but the bank was the drive thru

What a bad Cutomer Service. Along with rude and arrogant staff. I placed an order for Cinnamon latte. After placing the order staff asked me to stay outside of the store because they are over the Capacity. But every one behind me were ok to stay inside the store even after placing their orders.
I was never been called to come inside the store after while i realized people who came after me have got their orders. I went inside to check my Coffee. It was ready and sitting their to get cold. I asked for a manager. A girl came by saying that she is the manager. When i asked her why i was the one who got treated like that in -5 C. Then she said she is not a manager. Why are you wasting my time if you are not a Manager? And when i was leaving, staff said to me Enjoy your Chai? Sarcastically. Because i am Brown so i must have order chai?

For the size of the store, they are overwhelmed and often can't keep up with orders in a timely matter. Mobile orders are often 20+ minutes so the "4-8 minutes" to prepare is often double or triple that timeframe which I'm sure is the same if you order in person.

I would also suggest signage for the number of occupants allowed in the store. This is the only location that is so chaotic so logistically they need to reevaluate a game plan because this pandemic is far from over.

The worst, even after pre ordering 10 minutes upon arrival, i still have had to wait an extra 10 minutes.made no sense mobile ordering

Expect to wait anywhere from 10 -25 minutes. Not enough staff to accommodate the volume of orders.

Iv spent almost 30 minutes here in the morning getting a tea and a breakfast sandwich. There was two people in line ahead of me. On top of it all after 30 mins they forgot my egg bites! Never coming back to this location again

I have been going to this location for 2 years now. And the last 3 times, I have been getting served by the worst cashier, who is unorganized. It seems like this person can't handle multitasking and has a problem with memory. At a time like this, it is very important for the customers to be in and out of any facility, in order not to spread the virus. Hint: 6'4"

6 guys working in store 2 guys work and rest watching them and talking instead of doing their job because so many customers are waiting for their orders

Amazing place for coffee. I have tried Starbucks Hazelnut Blonde Latte and it is just amazingggg. The after-taste is so good and it is such a light taste, highly recommended!

This starbucks uber system is really bad. They always cancel your uber order. This is 5th time I got cancelled. I will never use this location for uber eat

Super busy wait times to receive order.
Extremely packed inside with No oversight on social distancing. A major Covid concern!
Also short staffed all the time. This particular location is not a good reflection of the Starbucks brand. Be careful people!

Staff was great - but two cold brews took 15 min. They’re so busy there, should find a way to make wait times better. The drinks didn’t taste as good as other locations. Maybe there should be a drive through option or something.

Was shocked. Regardless of my coffee tasting alright. I would not say its go out of my way coffee shop. And a 8.00 coffee is not my price point. For those who go to starbucks. Please enjoy

Best Starbucks I've been to, hands down. Never a mixed up drink, even in rushes. The team is friendly, kind, funny and if they give you a drink recommendation, follow it. The best part is, my coworkers and I are all remembered by name and order.

Highly recommend a trip to this Starbucks if you are in the area and looking for your caffeine fix.
