Starbucks

This location is conveniently close to my house. I recently visited with my child to spend some quality time together. However, I was disappointed when my child asked for water after waiting for someone to take our order, and one of the staff members directed her to join the line, citing their busyness as the reason for not providing water. I expected better service from a reputable company like Starbucks and found this interaction with their untrained staff quite disappointing.

This is honestly one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Slow, rude, … they even charge you for tap water

I like this place, staff are firendly and specifically Junior (the Asian gentleman) gives this place a nice atmosphere. He is always positive and I enjoy when I see him working and helping customers. Good job HR and training department for bringing such talentive people.

Starbucks no matter what location always serve a great cup of coffee. I would recommend it highly

The store is clean, and well laid out for staying physically distanced. Always good coffee. The patio is in the north side of the store so it's kind of cold in this autumn weather.

Quiet (most times, especially upstairs), so great for one on one meetings and to get work done in a relaxed zone!

I asked for a grande strawberry acai in a trenti cup.more water added. I was given all ice. Not enjoyable basically I paid for ice. Strange!

Amazing place, I go there mostly every day. The service at this starbucks is amazing the people know me and are so sweet and kind, that's why I go back there for the great service and the tasty drinks.

Great and friendly staff, warm atmosphere.with the exception of Kara. Acquaintances and I have frequented this location on several separate occasions and have never received good customer service from her. She is very rude and condescending. I am only mentioning this because this is a consistent issue with Kara in particular.

Super clean and very nice interior and 5 star ambience pleny of room and space parking also available.

So if you want to take out coffee with cream and sugar on the side, you would first have to go another counter to find the right size lid and are out of luck with cream to take out as it's only in large carton!

This is a corner location with a small patio on the side street.
The cafe has a sitting area which is separated from the ordering the varietal section by a wall. As a result, one is subjected to much less "noise" from the operation.
The two washrooms are new with one of them being a state of the art washroom equipped for the handicapped.
Service was a bit disappointing.

For the second time, I showed up at the shop 1 hour before closing only to find that they had stopped brewing blond roast coffee and had already removed every food item from the display case. If you advertise the shop is open, customers should be able to buy your products, no?

Plenty of other nearby places to get a coffee and pastry for me to waste another trip to this place.

Several times in the last week I have gone and it's not open. 60 minutes after the posted opening time

Once is cool now and then - but really?

Very pleasant staff. Received my beverages in a timely manor. Warm welcome as soon as i walked in the door.

Good coffee and courteous service. Clean washrooms and plenty of seating. They have high chairs.
