Barista seems to feel entitled to comment on how customers order their drinks “that’s strange” would be the last thing I’d expect from a Starbucks rep. Left such a bad impression for what’s supposed to be a cheerful coffeehouse

My daughter is big fan of their Feta spinach wrap. Starbucks is good but hygiene is so important. I did paid for my food and noticed it and was questioning myself should I ask for A refund. It was busy and so I didn't bother doing that

Everybody who works here is so friendly and easy-going. Today they drew little paw prints on my cup because they recognize me from the pet store across the way. They are my favorite starbucks location. Love y'all.

Staff was very nice but the slowest Starbucks I have ever been at, took 25 minuets to get 2 lattes. Great if you are not in a rush but if you want a quick coffee stay away!

This location is the greatest! I trust them completely - if there’s a problem (stuff happens), they make it right quickly, easily, and with a smile. Best Starbucks location I’ve ever been to!

At 9: 00 am on Sept 22, a delivery truck for Starbucks trapped me in the parking lot at this location for almost 30 minutes when I was trying to leave the drive-thru. I was travelling with my 1 year old child in the car. I asked the Manager for help and she blamed the delivery truck drivers and said there was nothing she could do. I COULD NOT LEAVE THE PARKING LOT.

Another Starbucks employee at this location told me the delivery was supposed to happen at 6 am and the drivers were over 3 hours late. A very kind employee at the Harvey’s next door told me she called their Landlord on my behalf because deliveries are never to be made in the front of the store (I was not the only patron who was blocked in). She said the Landlord was trying to get in touch with Starbucks to get them to move their delivery truck.

I am extremely disappointed with the Starbucks team at this location for doing the absolutely bare minimum while I was stuck in their parking lot for almost 30 minutes with my small child in the car. We had somewhere else to be and we were PHYSICALLY TRAPPED in the parking lot with no support from anyone at their store. The delivery drivers even tried to tell me it was my fault? I submitted a complaint to Starbucks Corporate, as well.

An average Starbucks. Always makes me laugh to see how they have 36 employees behind the counter at all times, and still manage to be pretty slow. Only a slight exaggeration.

This Starbucks is amazing, literally they have the best customer service & staff ever! Theyre so friendly, and always go out of their way to make u comfortable, even if you're just going thru the drive thru, or if ur sitting down.love the quality, my favourite Starbucks for real!

Staff was sweet and patient while I struggled with my Apple Wallet, despite them being short- staffed. Huge shout out to Renee that was working the window. She seriously should be recognized for her calm kindness. We need more people like her. 20/10 Renee. Thank you! You’re truly awesome!

Proof of Vaccine. She doesn’t accept the proof of vaccine we show. We said, let us sit at the table and bring you the one you want. She is following and waiting next to us. I said, we are trying to download the form you want, please give us time. I showed her that we are vaccinated and that is from the Gov of Ontario. Unfortunately, i couldn’t download and we had to leave. We made her happy by leaving.

I go here regularly and I have to say, everything is amazing here. The staff are so sweet, the drinks and snacks are always fresh. If you worry about waiting a lot, just order in person, it saves you and the barista time. Thanks Starbucks!

Inflation, it's everywhere nowadays. In the store, you buy the same product, for the same price but it's less in quantity. So, you actually pay more. Same, I guess with coffee shops. Same drink, same price but less caffeine. Two stars for the service, tho', the person that served us was all smiley and polite, "How are you? Have a nice day! " but the truth is, I went there for coffee. The good service was just a delightful bonus (I tipped them a dollar. Until we are all replaced by robots at some point in the future:). Got the service, didn't get the caffeine. Which is the reason I went there (I think I said that, I'm kinda jittery. I should drink less coffee), Cheers

Fine for coffee takeout, they don't carry a lot of product like mugs and stuff for gifts I found.

Worst Starbucks in the West end of Ottawa. Avoid this location! The rudest staff! Person taking your order is pleasant, takes the order takes your money and then when you get your coffee its not what you asked for! Has happened to me sooo often at this location. Then they are annoyed rude when you bring it to their attention that they didn't get the order right again! Not my fault no reason for the attitude! And then you wait 10 minutes for the correct order. I don't ever write reviews but this has happened so often I just had to.

A cozy please perfect for an informal business meeting.however my perception changed yesterday when I was with 2 girl friends drinking coffee and relaxing and kindly requested to lower a little bit the volume of the music and we heard a young lady from the kitchen screaming to us. " we need to fill in a party too at the back! "
Was so noizy and impossible to talk.

I was here today, and I have always had such great experience. But today the girl at the drive thro was incredible, so sweet just made my day. I was having a very hard and exhausting week and this sweet girl just brighten my day and made it a 1000 times better. My food and drink was also amazing

Me and my friends are always going to this Starbucks, and it has become regular routine. The staff is incredible, they are quick, kind, and always manage to give me an incredible experience. Every time I go there I walk out with a smile. Incredible service, and location. 10/10

A barista by the name Ella made me the best cold brew of my life! I don’t know what she did to it but it’s almost like having an aperol spritz straight from Rome. Service too was great! Had mine with oat milk but i can’t wait to come back and try it black as recommended! Overall just a 5 star experience. Thanks guys:)

Unbearably Bad Coffee - sour and burnt. There are any number of coffee shops in the area. Choose one of them!

What can I say? They are my go to SB because of where I live. However, the staff is always cheerful and friendly. Sure they've made mistakes on my orders here and there, but that's a pretty low % on how much I order from there.

The ONLY issue is the drive though/ parking lot. (Which they can do nothing about really)

But the store themselves? 12/10!

Need to streamline line online pick ups from orders in person and drive through. A little chaotic and so workers were to busy to acknowledge me as I entered or ask what I ordered for first 10 minutes

I've had enough of this location and their over the top COVID rules. My mother got yelled at for daring to stand in the square with me. I know that the staff member didn't know she was with me but she could have asked if we were together. This is the second time that particular staff member was rude to us. I understand businesses have protocols to follow but people don't need to be made to feel bad for making mistakes. The Eagleson location has lost our business.

The only bad thing I can say is the drive-thru lineup is always long and takes awhile to get your order

I wouldn't normally write a review for a chain business but I love this Starbucks location so much. The staff here are so great and welcoming. Shout out to Maya for being so lovely, every visit. For a while the very berry refresher (the only drink I like) was out of stock for what seems like at every location in the city. What I appreciated the manager doing at this location was letting me know when they were expected to get some more back in stock, eliminating any wasted time on my part. He then offered me a complimentary venti (large) very berry on my next visit for the inconvenience. Considering that we're in a pandemic and definitely in strained times, the professionalism/ friendliness of this staff is very welcomed.

PS if you have the means to do so make sure to leave a tip for the baristas!

Staff us sunny, efficient and helpful. I love Starbucks but won't give them 5 stars because I believe their prices are higher than they need to be.

This is our go-to location when visiting family in Kanata. Fast & Friendly service - always! Despite placing orders for 10 people, the baristas are always patient - and compared to other locations - they ALWAYS get our order right! Thank you for you ongoing perfection! See you on our next visit!

Most starbucks are the same, but today when I was working a gentleman named Derreck (spelling might be off) came and asked me how I was doing, and asked me if I wanted any water or anything. Little things like this make the hugest difference to me. Really appreciate it sir. Hope you see this and anybody that is a manager or something above you sees this. Give this man a raise!

Not good. There was only one barista on duty, Eagleson in Bridlewood 3pm Feb 22
she was making drinks like a maniac and trying to keep up.to the detriment of some end results. The wait was over 12 minutes and then l was handed a coffee and not the latte l ordered. Finally got a not -full cup of mediocre chai latte. The prices are exorbitant but l received a gift card, so l am using it up grudgingly.

Girl who was working there at 7pm on 27th march served me a coffee on drive through WITHOUT GLOVES, and when i complained about it, she said that its her choice whether to use gloves or not.

Always a good place to hang out with friends. The atmosphere is inviting and the drinks are great. They can be very expensive, but the specialty drinks are a nice treat.

A beautiful area for an outdoor day. This area has a trail that connects to two waterfalls Webster's and Tew's falls. It's worth noting that it is pretty dangerous venturing behind Webster's falls as the floor there is very muddy and slippery. However, it makes for an exciting adventure and the views are beautiful.

I was there on the evening of December 21st to get a decaf coffee. The server said that they do not make decaf in the evening. But I could purchase a decaf americano. I explained that I simply wanted a decaf. To get it I ended up having to pay for an americano. What coffee shop does not serve decaf coffee to its customers?

The coffee is tasty as usual and the employees are positive and lovely but the place wasn't really clean.

This place is consistently 10-15 min for a mobile order. Most times the coffee isn't the same and they are usually errors in my order. I don't know what happened to Starbucks. The quality and service is no longer worth the cost.

I used to work at a Starbucks so I understand that things get crazy but to me this place it quite slow when it comes to drive thru. Thinking they aren't running a solid playbook as staff seemed to be fumbling around (from the outside looking in), especially given they had so many people on the floor. They also didn't update their POS for mobile orders as they were out of a syrup so my drink had to be remade on the spot instead of being prepared in advance. Drinks taste find, staff seemed to be to overwhelmed to really try and make any form of conversation at the drive thru, which I get but that connection is one of Starbucks pillars. That's why I would say 3 out of 5, it's okay, just nothing special.

Please. The next time your debit machine is down on a Saturday, post the signage AT THE START of the drive-thru vs on the speaker. That way those of us who don't carry cash will know we can't get anything BEFORE we are stuck in your drive thru lane. And yes, while the sign states the machine works inside, still would've been nice to know BEFORE I sat in your drive thru line for 10mins.for nothing.

They are really efficient and know how to get the drive thru moving effectively. Weekends suffer a little bit. The parking lot can be slightly messy, but parking at shoppers is a good alternative. The staff are always really friendly. Main entrance has In and Out doors on inside. Seating is well set up, comfortable and plentiful. Staff are pleasant and courteous

One drink was made correctly. The other had way too much milk, one shot less espresso than it should and not much ice. It ruined it for me.
