This was the slowest starbucks I ever been to before.but within the year, management must have changed because they are pretty quick with their orders and no mistakes. Thank you for the upgrade in service
I was pretty impressed by the barista's efficiency in serving the non stop orders that kept pouring, both in person and the drive through! Great location, friendly service, good taste.totally satisfied Keep up the good job team!
Staff are really friendly! Went through the drive thru and waited a ridiculously long time but that could have been because of what the cars ahead had ordered.
By far the best Starbucks there is out there And I’m not saying just couple of the workers every single one of them are great appreciate you guys for helping me get through my days with that quad caramel machiato half sweet!
Definitely one of the worst Starbucks locations. I live nearby so I have no choice other than ordering from here and I always regret/get disappointed afterwards. Ordered earlier today and got my drink watery/diluted. Paid 7 bucks for nothing! Not sure how management simply oversees all these complaints.
If there was a 0 star I would give it, I got my order taken and received from a miserable girl who gave my cup with the lid loose and spilled on me then had the nerve to say it was my fault, I had to tell her to apologize, dont come here unless u want a negative experience
I always order my Venti teas with one bag in, one bag out. On this occasion I used the drive thru and my 'bag inc tea was Earl Grey as ordered but my 'bag out' was not - it was a green tea. I didn't realize this until I got home.
I pre-ordered on the Starbucks App which was quick and easy, however I made the error of going thrust the drive thru to pick up my order and it took too long and my coffee was cold. Next time I'll pick it up indoors. The coffee was still great and enjoyable.
I ordered my drinks and didn’t have to wait long but two of my drinks just tasted wrong so I asked them to remake it and the workers were nice to do so but they asked one of their other coworkers to remake it and you can hear their rude comments, she was also very just angry and aggressive while doing so (p.s. The drinks still tasted wrong compared to all the other Starbucks I go to) I probably won’t come here again.
This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to in a 150km radius. Skip it and save yourself time and head to the Starbucks on 50 and langstaff. Definitely in need of better training or more employee's
The drive thru women was not Happy or cheery & obnoxious. She hab no clue what order the drink orders were in. I usually tip as this location is fabulous but after her rude additude the was no way she was even getting a single penny.
Make sure they have your order properly at the drive-through. Made ys wait for ever and then when asked for missing item they just said we weren't charged for it. Which we were.
I ordered a grande iced latte with very light ice which I repeated twice. When I got my drink, it was a FULL CUP OF ICE with a huge chunk on top. I took out most of the ice after as I don’t like diluted drinks and was left with half of a cup. I didn’t pay $6 for a tiny latte and a full cup of ice. What a rip off.
This location sucks so bad. Honestly I wish I could give -5 stars. I don’t know HOW they are in business.
The staff is always extremely rude & they are always sold out of refreshers, and not to mention they don’t know how to make them.
& they also always screw up the order and have to remake it. LITERALLY EVERY TIME THE ORDER IS MADE INCORRECTLY.
There’s tons of staff running the drive thru, yet the wait is like 30 minutes. Even if you go inside, not one person can take an order when your standing at the cash because they're too occupied prioritizing drive thru. Some days the store is closed so you’re forced to go in the huge drive thru line. And get stuck in it for half an hour. Sooo unacceptable
You guys seriously need to hire new staff. Overall bad location.
My experience at Starbucks is usually a pleasant one, but as of recently I had a bad experience. First off, when going through the drivethru I was addressed as 'man' instead of courteously addressing me as 'Sir'. And then once I pulled up to the window to receive my order I was handed some caffee which I did not order. After that I had a difficult time getting my correct order, which was a dragon fruit mango lemonade. I ended up getting some nasty passionfruit instead. In my opinion it's better to go to Starbucks during the daytime instead of the night time, because it seems the daytime baristas are more in touch with the needs of their clients.
I've given them so many chances. MOST of the workers here are so rude, and observably passive aggressive. They are always short of their most popular items (I know this may be a head office fault, but it may very likely be a management problem). The music is louder than many of the other starbucks that I've been to, so if you want to study here.good luck because on top of that, the workers are always unnecessarily loud while speaking of their personal problems. Today, which is what pushed me to write a review (which I never do), I was handed an expired food item:). Always love eating eating expired food while trying to study in an extremely loud/messy cafe with broken wifi, negative energies, and a drink that I never initially wanted:). I'm trying not to be dramatically negative in this review, but I could compare this location to many others, and it seems that every time I come to THIS location, I always have a negative experience. This review is meant more as constructive criticism, I hope it is taken in that way, management.
Staff try to speed through the order and often don't read the ticket label. 50% of my order is incorrect each time. Cathy was very rude serving me when I gave my opinion about the service experience and when she handed my sleeves after I asked, she threw them down on the counter.
Amazing location! Julien & Gabby have my heart - they truly are the definition of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will always return to this location, even when and if it is out of my way. They definitely deserve the recognition for their outstanding customer service, day in and day out. This location has the worst service. Went through the drive thru on Saturday all three employees were extremely rude and tried to rush the ordering process. If I wanted to be treated like that I would have went to Tim Hortons. When I asked for the managers name the blonde haired girl with glasses told me to go look it up online. Would never go to this Bolton location ever again.
Great customer service, always friendly taking orders. Drinks are 99% correct when personalizing. Drive thru lines and wait times vary understandable due to covid restrictions. Special shout out to Brandon the barrista for that simple Iced White Mocha, definitely put a smile on our face. We will absolutely continue supporting this location!
Waited 25 minutes for iced coffees.they had hot coffees ready by the time we got to window. Server asked if we minded parking and coming inside to get correct order. Said we were in hurry and server said well you haven't been charged yet.so we drove off with nothing. This location needs its staff retrained. 7 out of 10 times orders are incorrect. Wait times are way too long.
Staff were friendly. All the proper measures for safety were being taken. The store was very clean inside and we were very comfortable to pick up an order in-store and also to dine in
I went for a late night run for some Frappuccinos and it was Probably the worst service I have ever had slow which I could probably tolerate, but they got every single order wrong not on the label, but in the cup. I order a Chocolate Cookie Creme with barely a hint of any chocolate and NO cookie crumble and no Mocha drizzle on top definitely not good from the first drop let alone till the last drop, Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe with NO Caramel on top or crunchy caramel topping.and was charged extra for the Caramel definitely not oh-so- beautifully delicious for the last frappe I ordered Strawberry creme with Coconut milk and all I got was a blended beverage with no Strawberry puree at the bottom all in all a very disappointing run for the amount of money I spent there ️
Great atmosphere and amazing customer service. Made sure the order I had was correct and asked if anything was alright. They made the effort to actually interact and I really appreciate it.
I would just like to let people know how disgusted I am of this place. Found not just one but 2 hairs in my drink this afternoon, half way through drinking it and not to forget swallow the other hair. I PAID $6 TO GET HAIR IN MY DRINK!
Everytime i walk in there always the employees have smiling happy faces and always everyone says hello. Everytime i ask for a custom drink David never lets us down. David is always helpful when u are unsure of what to drink and always willing and helpful to make custom drinks! Great service Everytime at this location.
I love their service and they probably make their products better than any location in Brampton. I use to drive out specially to go to this place! Keep up the good work!
Friday, December 27 at around 9pm I came through the Drive-Thru and I don’t have a problem with waiting if it’s warranted. But unfortunately I pulled in, order and proceeded to the window only to see the same car that was there when I was pulling into the lot still at the window and just chatting away with the girl at the window. I finally got annoyed waiting because the worker was just hanging out of the window talking and not even paying attention to see if the customer’s drinks were ready. I pulled around that vehicle, parked and went inside only to find that the car in front of mine’s drinks were ready and sitting there and the girl at the window had no idea because she was too busy talking. Also there was only one barista working as 2 other boys came from the back after they heard me asking what was taking so long. The barista who was making the drinks was very friendly and just handed me my drinks, apologized and said have a goodnight and I told him I hadn’t paid. Instead of saying don’t worry about it or giving at least one drink complimentary, he charged me full price, which I was prepared to pay as I pulled up to Starbucks but after the service I received I would have expected some sort of effort from the staff. When I left the girl was still hanging out of the window talking to the car that was in front of me. Horrible service. AND there was no line inside of people waiting for their drinks. This experience should have been much faster and smoother. There should be no excuses.
Coffee is good, hard to mess it up. Service was not so good overall. Felt rushed, came into the restaurant to order. No smile, no polite conversation, may as well just go to tims. Clean place, lots of seating, busy drive thru
Could you NOT fill the cup all the way for the price? Order a "fancy" drink and you can't even fill it or put the whip-cream on it that a Peppermint Mocha is supposed to have.and no it did not melt, this was taken immediately after receiving the drink. ALSO ordered a Vanilla Bean Frappe with a pump of peppermint and peppermint was NOT what I got, it was more like a raspberry or cotton candy syrup in milky water. ALSO took very long to make totally disappointing drinks. If you're going to make customers wait so long (15 minutes in the DRIVE-THRU, AT the pickup window), at least make their drinks RIGHT!
This location never has refreshers and always fills the cup with 70 % ice a venti has the same amount of liquid as a tall with all that ice even when I ask for less ice
I am a regular customer in this location. Was picking up my phone order today, ask for a tray 3 times before I got someone’s attention. Not that they were busy, they were standing around yapping.
Not the best Starbucks I've been too. If your coffee/Starbucks lover in general and you get your coffee from Starbucks often you would know that this particular one seems like they don’t do anything by the book. From the taste of the coffee, to the drive thru back-up, and not the most outstanding customer service… this starbucks has a lot of catching up to do. In my experience, the taste of my coffee is watery and I always get caramel syrup and it doesn't taste the caramel is in my coffee, I feel I'm being charged for the syrup but then don't put in my coffee. I can DEFINITELY taste the difference when there's no caramel syrup. For the last couple of times, the drive thru has been close, it's such an inconvenience but nothing is worse than waiting 20 minutes for ONE COFFEE. Multiple times employees will be talking to each other and don't really give undivided attention to the customer. Honestly, I enjoy Starbucks and its coffee and I'm definitely comparing it to other locations and this location has a lot of catching up to do. I really love Starbucks and this one is close because I live in the area but, it not the best one i've been too.
Great service in the week, weekends not so much. Make the coffee and hand it off. Making the coffee no problem, the handing the coffee over all while carrying on a conversation with co-workers that's a whole other issue.
First time at this location and very disappointed. The drinks aren’t made correctly. I’ve been to many different locations and the White Mocha is my go to drink. Here, the drinks they made for my friends and I all tasted the same. Not up to the Starbucks standard. The barista also got annoyed when I asking if my drink was lactose-free. Creating the vibe that we can’t even confirm our order to ensure dietary limitations are meet. Was very disappointed with this location. Won’t be back!

I visited this starbucks on my way to pickering. Cut a long story short i left my wallet (over a $1,000 in cash inside it) behind at thsi branch. 2hours later at pickering i called this starbucks branch and they happily told me that they have it. I was so ecstatic. These people here are the best. On top of the excellent customer service they are kind and honest.
