Will boycott starbucks going forward. Increased prices again in coffee.increased stars from 60 to 100 for a free coffee. All if this is fine.but quality has come down.the fact that coffee drinkers have to wait for coffee like the other fancier orders and that there is no cream or sugar to customize your coffee your way is the issue. I'm not the only one who has had enough. Plus the coffee is luke warm half the time. Spend over a grand a year at starbucks, I'm done.

Had a great evening experience at this Starbucks! My sister and I went through the drive through. Even with my sister's son quietly saying his order for a tall frappuccino at the order box, Malissa was patient and took his order. We were greeted when we got to the window and given our drinks quickly. All our drinks that were made tasted just right. Thanks Malissa for making my nephews day when he was feeling a bit upset right before coming to Starbucks.

Victim of a robbery at this location. Store manager won't even call to discuss viewing video footage of robbery. Maybe they are in on it or the security cameras don't even record anything. Either way it's the worst location ever. You were warned

People who work here are nice. Been there twice. Here are my issues
First time: their pastry display full of flys. I understand it’s display only but what do u think when a customer sees that. Will I buy or likely be turned off?
Second time drive thru. Received a lukewarm drink that’s suppose to be hot drink.
Management needs to review this location if they actually care. I will not give it a third chance.

Used this location in my summer holidays (I'm a teacher) to do some heavy readings for a book I'm writing. Great place to do some work and decent availability of seats. Staff was polite and hard working.

Update: Stopped going to this location because of the overcrowding and cramped seating.

Older lady is soooo greedy. They were out of the apple crisp oat macchiato so ordered pumpkin spice and forgot to replace with oatmilk before paying. The greedy older lady (manager) screams charge her for the oat milk, the cashier was so nice but that older lady made the experience awful.

I get that it is extra, but you were out of an item, atleast be hospitable, my only regret is, I did not cancel my entire order.

I ordered several items that weren’t available and eventually managed to order a coffee, an oat bar and a slice of banana loaf. I had a coupon for a bakery item which I asked the girl that was serving me to use. I specifically said that I didn’t want to use my rewards against the purchase. When I looked at my receipt not only had she not used the voucher she had also used 100 stars! When I pointed out the error I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it! Clueless, unhelpful and mega frustrating. Definitely won’t be going back there!

I literally load $50 weekly here, spend all $50, and then some. Fix your intercom in the drive thru. The employees are getting cussed out for what? Cause you guys are too cheap to replace it? The lines are long for what? Cause your patrons are repeating themselves.

Absolutely insane. Why am i paying $7/drink and $6/food to be frustrated. Whack. Absolutely whack.

Tim hortons intercom is top notch. Like what are u guys doing. Straight embarrassing.

Today I saw pure professionalism by the staff. They had the noon rush to deal with, and on top of that two individuals who did not want to comply with mask policy. I applaud the staff for how well they kept their composure and kindness.

Absolutely the worst service of Starbucks you can find anywhere. I have ordered breakfast for several people four times by now, my order usually includes 3-4 sandwiches and several coffees. EVERY TIME, despite how many chances I have given this place, I get 1 coffee less AND ONLY ONE SANDWICH. Horrible service with mobile orders.

Came here for some breakfast & my birthday drink. The drive through took forever to get through & when I finally got my order the drink was completely wrong.
Then I went back to get my proper drink & they took 10 minutes just to get me my 1 drink even though I was the first person in line. They also fked up that drink too. I didn’t even bother going back to fix the drink because by this time I’ve already spent 30+ minutes waiting on my order from both times I visited this location. Horrible service. WILL NEVER VISIT HERE AGAIN

Arguably experienced discrimination. We came with a group of 4, it looked busy so we waited for 4 people to leave, we were told the location was at capacity and we were told to leave and wait outside, then 3 people walked in without issue. We were then to stay outside in the cold and wait. Zero stars if possible.

I have to say that the coffee here is possibly the best cup of my preferred dark roasted coffee. The service was very friendly and helpful, only the coffee cup leaked terribly from the seam, so I re-seated the cover only to find out that the barista as well meaning as he was, filled the cup to the brim, like it was an on-tap brew, then closed the lid. When I opened the lid to reseat it, the coffee spilled over my hand and floor. I spilled a quarter cup on the pavement then reseated the lid. This was not a good experience that I have never had happen before at any coffee shop! I did have a breakfast sandwich that was very good.

My neighborhood Starbucks. Solid service from the staff. Typically the drinks are correct and in the instances when they’re not, they will make it right.

The in-store and drive thru will be busy more often than not. Be prepared for a wait.

It’s a tight space inside. Rarely will you find available seating.

I've never had a bad experience with the workers, they're all super friendly and make great conversation. However, the drive thru is wayyyyyy too slow. There were only 4 cars ahead of me and it took me 25 minutes to get my drink

This location is probably the worst of all Starbucks I've been too, in terms of wait times.
Don't go to the drive thru! I've done it several times trying to avoid wearing a mask, but just wear your mask and go inside, you'll still have a longer than average wait but still better than drive thru which is average 20-30mins most days.

Okay service- but drive through staff could definitely be friendlier. The London Fog was also not made correctly- way too many tea bags made it too bitter to drink and they didn’t put the lid on so it spilled on me as they were handing it to me.

Staff are excellent. Drive thru key - super helpful when kids are in the car. They usually have everything in stock (including sandwiches) that I want. I'm a regular and love it!

Pre ordered a regular Pike coffee and a caramel macchiato. Although both drinks tasted great, the Pike was filled to the top with the lid not on properly and kept spilling coffee everywhere. Even with the lid on right, because it was filled to much, coffee kept coming out of the bottom of the lid. They have a tendency to not always put the lids on correctly. However, coffees were made in just a few minutes after placing my order. This location is usually always clean and service is friendly.

Usually I like Starbucks a lot. It is my preferred fast food coffee house.
However this Starbucks really fell down as I ordered a reduced fat Turkey sandwich and they did not have it.
This was the 3rd time I came to this Starbucks for that same sandwich.
The 1st time I was here they didn't have the sandwich.
The 2nd time they did.
The 3rd and last time I visited this Starbucks they did not have the sandwich.
I've wasted my time standing than mine up to be served only to be told they do not have product.
I will not stop by this Starbucks ever again.
I call it lunch bag let down!

Went for a drive thru and ordered my 2 vanilla latte.
After driving off, to discover that our coffee is not a full cup, it’s about 60% coffee and and the rest are froth. So disappointing to pay almost 15 bucks for two coffee that are half full. Barista, please make sure coffee are filled up properly, i paid full to enjoy my coffee not half cup!

One of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. When asked the person taking the order to warm up a pastry, she had an attitude like I asked her to climb a mountain and it was going to take an effort to do it.

Our order included pink drink with light ice, they filled it up with ice. After a couple sips by the 12 year old, it was almost over. When I told them I had to wanted light ice, they inform me that we had already finished the drink which was exactly the point.

I don't care for the drink or the money spent which was almost $27, it is about the attitude. I am never coming back to the store. And if it is that busy that they can't manage it properly, I think they shouldn't have any customers coming at all.

Sounds like a rant from me but the attitude is just appalling!

Ordered two 1/2 sweet vanilla grande lattes, drivethru. By the time I tried one I was on the 403, too late to go back. Both lattes lacked any noticeable espresso. It's like one shot was split between the two cups.if that. Tasted like streamed milk more than anything. When you're paying almost $6 for a latte at a shop whose specialty is coffee, you expect it to be 100% right. Problem with Starbucks I general, is the consistency of quality in their beverages from location to location. I thought the Starbucks "Baristas" all get the same training? It's a stupidly huge price to pay for a cup of steamed milk.if I wanted that, I'd make it at home myself.

It's Starbucks.if you need an expensive drink. There is no better place. Even the water is $5. And yet people are very happy to pay what ever it cost. I wish they would ask people to spell their names. Too many time have I heard you spelled my name wrong and people get upset.the drinks made here are ok. Nothing different from any other Starbucks in the end.
Customer service is ok. Not great but ok. Doesn't feel like a happy environment.

@LuciaCnota Actually, Dark Roast is different because the way it is roasted provides it with less caffeine giving it stronger taste. The Coffee to water ratio does not matter, as Bold/Dark is the same thing. Bold is Dark, Mild is Pike, Light Roast is Blonde.

Have to say I’ve been disappointed with both of my visits to this location.

First visit, I placed a mobile order and when arrived to pick up through the drivethru window, I was told to proceed to the pick up window. When I arrived at the pick up window, I was then told that half my order wasn’t available (incorrect inventory in mobile app) and if I could select a different food item. It’s happened to me before so I was ok with changing my selection but what was disappointing was that they didn’t tell me when I initially arrived at the drive through. If I had an extra minute to decide, I could’ve thought about it. Secondly, I wasn’t offered an apology or a complementary item to make up for the little trouble.

Second time I visited was at the in-store counter when I placed a beverage order. The barista started making my drink and then for some reason left it in the blender and forgot about it. I waited for about 10 mins before I finally asked what was going on. Again, no apologies, just “here you go”.

Big fan of this location usually but the last couple weeks, the customer service has gone down. Employees on their phones, eating while working, and snapping at people. So rude.
When I asked to speak to the manager, Kenny (who I don’t think was the manager but he said he was) rolled his eyes at me and asked what I wanted. Then walked away laughing.
I will not be recommending this location to anyone.

Six times in a row my order has been wrong. Even the last time when I asked to make sure it was correct than drank afterwards and still wrong. Used to go here as it's directly on my route. I don't go here anymore.

Efficient staff, definitely needs more seating on weekends/evenings, but understandably difficult to provide since the store is a bit small. Delicious fraps! Double chocolate chip fraps are delicious here! The dairy alternatives - coconut milk, almond milk are soy, are really good too.

Very easy parking and also has drive through. I almost always find a spot after a little wait here, usually come before noon on the weekends. Just make sure you do not miss the entrance as it is hard to see if it would be your first time.

Wow, wow, wow.rarely do I feel like I need to write a review right away but this was a unique situation. I have been going to this location, mainly drive thru for last 5 years and have never encountered such rude individual. I find that staff early in the morning is amazing and always so friendly. After waiting in the drive thru for 20 min this evening I finally got to the window. I asked Sara, who was working tonight if my americano was ready as I was unable to wait any longer (due to the fact that I needed to pick up my child from piano class and was already late a few minutes) Sara was annoyed that I asked her to check if the drink was ready, she rudely refused to checked and even told me that if I was unhappy for waiting I should leave.wow If this was my business I would have fired her right on the spot.this is not a way to speak to customers! Perhaps a career in customer service is not for Sara! Hmm not sure who else would hire such a rude, miserable human.
