I went through drive-thru and was served by PJ! It was excellent customer service and really brightened my day! The added touch to my drink was amazing! Thank you!

Nice, friendly and professional team. They get with my order and they replace it right away.

Our local coffee shop for past couple years.
We had good experience most times barring once or twice.
We usually do mobile orders and have had hiccups with order missing but the staff has been supportive during those times to be upfront and ask while we wait.

This is my go to location for Starbucks, mainly because of the customer service I get from one of the drive-thru baristas (PJ). Always an upbeat gentleman and provides great jokes and conversation.

The coffee is always a plus too!:)

Just wanted to thank the staff at this Starbucks. There debit credit machine wasn't working and they gave us our food for free. Thank you

Worse experience I had with a Starbucks and will not return to this location. Waited over 10 minutes for a grilled cheese sandwich while everyone who ordered after me got their orders and left. They waited until the store was empty to ask me what I was waiting for and to make matters worse I was the only coloured person in the store. I watched as they did countless sandwiches without mine in sight. I will not returned to this location again as they clearly show preference to skin colour while dining in.

Long waiting on drive thru i spend 10 minutes in line when i had only 4 cars ahead of me taking 2-3 minutes for each car

What a waste of my time… had to wait almost 30 minutes for a mobile order…. At the estimated time, they weren’t even CLOSE to starting it! Super disappointed at this. I paid 8$ for a drink so that I could get it on my break but ended up being late.

A great Starbucks location. The team at this location are the true standouts - extremely friendly, fast and efficient!

Great atmosphere love the smell of fresh coffee in the morning. Reasonable prices delicate items to sample.

I've been there so many times now that I've lost my objectivity about the place. It's always just what I've come to expect. It's Starbucks!

Two days in a row the blond roast was bitter. Dirty pots, dirty filters, or dirty lines. Come on now, this is your primary business.

This is my favorite Starbucks location! Daman is so friendly and welcoming plus she remembers my order everytime. I appreciate that she takes her time making my drink look as good as it tastes

2nd time in less than 10 days missing a particular ingredient in one of 2 drinks.

“team member” taking the order shares with me that they have “no strawberries”

Ordered both drinks and waited for our drinks.
I asked the team member:
Is it just the strawberries that are missing?
She said yes.
So I replied- oh interesting because I bought 2 quarts of strawberries today
Team member replied: “oh great, you can put your strawberries in them”

If I could give this location -1, I would.
The customer service has changed at this location.

It’s an amazing Starbucks! I never really enjoyed Starbucks but once I went to this one, I fell in love. They have amazing service, and I’ve tried multiple things and I’ve never been disappointed. The baristas are really nice and super helpful as well! It also has a really nice ambiance and it’s a great place to go for studying or finishing up work! Would definitely recommend!

I don’t know why but every time I order off of Uber eats from this location, they always mess up my order. Happened again today. Please do better.

I ordered from uber eats for the Starbucks (DT Hwy 410 & Steeles) location and the uber driver, Leon, had called me twice however i wasn't able to answer as my phone had died and I was charging it and once i got the notification I called him back and he asked to confirm my house number and when I said yes they told me they left my order on top on the blue bin- aka the recycling one, upon hearing this I was confused since usually the driver just leaves it at the front door with no hesitation and then when asked to confirm weather they could leave it at the front door they got annoyed and spoke with so much attitude saying, "Ma'am, you want me to get out of my car, go all the way back, and re do that? ! Okay i will, THANK YOU. " I was quite taken a back by this and I didn't like their behaviour, we said bye and ended the call. Overall my order was perfect in great condition, nothing missing, but I didn't like the way this driver spoke to me, just because I requested to leave my order at the front door, it was rude, and if there's an area where I can leave a review for an uber eats driver that would be helpful.

Love this location! Staff is always cheerful but not ridiculously so. Fast and efficient.

Egg whites with a side of avocado or grilled cheese sandwich is a most try along with a oat latte

This is my go to place as it is closer to my work.the staff is very nice and polite and i love coming here.but today was different.me and my friend ordered through driveway and as this location had been closed due to covid during the past few days.my friend just checked by saying hello and when we arrived at the counter for drinks.the lady goes “U DONT HAVE TO SAY HELLO. WE KNOW YOU ARE THERE.i mean like is saying hello a crime.and then they say be nice to your baristas.soo rude.

The location was busy but the service on a whole was ok but just slow. It look like they had a bunch of staff doing something but it didn’t look like customers were getting through the line fast at all. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a coffee.

Super nice staff! My favorite starbucks in all of Brampton. Drinks are always amazing and the staff is just super friendly.

We visit this place frequently. I love the coffee regular roast with butter croissant, melts in your mouth when it’s heated. I like the service over there as well. Friendly bunch of baristas. Never had to wait long even though many cars were lined up

I ordered the strawberry funnel cake frap but i asked to get mocha instead of strawberry. After a few mins of waiting the lady gave me a strawberry funnel cake and i was confused that it wasn't mocha like i asked. I took the drink anyway and went on about my day. Im barely the type of person to get mad about getting the wrong order for buying something small such as a frap, but i just wished there was more communication from them to at least let me know if they ran out of mocha or whatever reason it may be so i could at least understand.

I always come to this location. The baristas are always very friendly and always get my order right. I have never had any issues and my drink always tastes amazing. Highly recommend this location. Keep up the great work (:

I usually go to the one in Mississauga but I was running errands today. I asked for a tall latte and received a tall cup with half a cup of latte. I will be sticking to the Mississauga location Starbucks since they are more competent and consistent.

The person who handled my order was very pleasant, however, the service was slow and my Americano was only luke warm. If I had more time I would have returned to the store to have my drink replaced.

Saturday at 3: 30pm and Drive-thru was backed up. Went into shop for 2 coffees; nothing fancy - just coffee with milk and sugar. A few people already inside waiting. After 20 minutes later, and still no drinks, got a refund and left. Not sure why so slow as it was all hands on deck inside, everyone was busy. I suspect my 2 coffees would have taken another 20 minutes, since only 1 person ahead of us was served.
Other locations even busier serve customers much quicker. (Queensway store wss busier- got 4 drinks within 7 minutes)

Unorganized staff, had a mobile order that sat for 20 minutes because we weren’t called, yet they were letting other customers go ahead of us. No point in having a mobile order option if it’s slower than just going in

Drive Thru - Tuesday 9: 58AM

I always appreciate the service at this location, but today the barista went above and beyond. I asked for a message on my drink and was met with a cute drawing on the cup to go with the message - something that was not necessary or asked for but definitely made my day.

It was a lovely experience being there, i got my all-time fav mocha cookie crumble frap which is a must tryy.

I will always dislike starbucks just because they don't use small medium and large. But their coffee is great. I swear the SJW movement started over a grande mocca cappa cinna botta extra spicy frappe latte.with extra non sugar organic sweetner.

I like the little quotes they have in the jar. The service was friendly aswell. Good experience with really friendly staff.

Great service, clean well stocked store. The tea and brownie I ordered was delicious. The bathroom was clean too!

I typically go to this starbucks and the staff is usually very pleasant.however recently i went there and the drive person keep on cutting me off as i was saying my order. 3 times she told me to drive up when i wasn’t done speaking.this initially annoyed me but it wasn’t that big of a deal.however when i received my drink it wasn’t made the same way i usually get it so i asked for it to be done again.a different woman (i’m assuming a manager) was extremely rude and condescending towards me insisting that it was my fault for the order being wrong.when i order at any other starbucks my drink has never tasted like that.i was surprised at how the situation was handled because usually they are so nice at this location.

My last few visits have been disappointing. All the staff seem to be new and don't know what a cinnamon almond macchiato is.
Miss the old staff that always treated me nicely like Maurine and Jason who always made my drink correctly and the tall gentleman with glasses at drive thru. Now I get told to drive up several times before I'm even done ordering or just get told they can't make the drink I'm ordering. Please retrain your new baristas like the old ones.

Ordered a drink and asked if there was any sugar i was lied to and my diabetic wife drank some of it, then asked for a refund and got charged again.

This is my least-favourite Starbucks in Brampton, but also maybe ever. The service is not good and they always seem to get my drink wrong. They will fix it but it is not convenient to have to wait for a drink to be remade.

Jason is friendly and professional. His customer service is so great, wish I could bring him to work for my team! He made a lasting impression and a great drink! 10/10. Store is also well kept.

It's a great LITTLE Starbucks, its tiny compared to other Starbucks you've been too but its the same thing you're used too just in a small package

Go here almost every day, very friendly staff and they never disappoint. Haven't had a drink made wrong - ever.

I love Starbucks but I consistently have problems at this location when it comes to drinks. I had ordered a vanilla latte and received a matcha latte instead and had to go inside to change it, it just seems every time I’m going through the drive through I end up inside because the order is wrong. The staff however are very nice and always are very sweet making conversation through the window.

Excellent for 2 for 1 coffee. But they ran out of most popular additions. Should do better in the future

The worst ever.went to them with a coupon fro. Air Canada.valid until 15th of January.they didn't honor it.

The tall lanky dark haired fellow with glasses is always rude sarcastic and miserable. Always seems to be him working the drive through. Customer service is not for you, sucks to start off your day with such a grouch serving your coffee. Try grindr, may help.

I never liked Starbucks because I felt it was too expensive. But I do that myself to two things, a strawberry refresher with coconut milk or a lemon loaf slice. I don't like their coffee it's too strong.

It was my first time receiving latte art in my drink at a Starbucks! And the hot chocolate tastes amazing and has a nice frothy texture on top. The barista with glasses and dark brown hair was super nice and friendly. Thank you Starbucks and thank you nice barista!

This is a small but friendly Starbucks. 2 staff members asked me so many questions I felt like o was talking with old friends. And asking to warm my finger cookie is always my favourite question. I meet friends here all the time. I wish they had a bit more comfy chairs but the shop is pretty small.
