Starbucks

The food and drinks here are excellent. The service is okay but I find that it can be inconsistent. Sometimes, it takes 10 minutes for food but my drink was made quicker. One time I ordered a cold pastry and it took about 10 minutes to get to me, while the employees were standing around and talking amongst themselves. Overall, I enjoy coming to this Starbucks.

The worst Starbucks, I have visited. The brownie tasted horrible. Poor c/s. The lady making the drinks was moody and not friendly. The cashier seemed unprofessional. Won't return or recommend.

We went through the drive though and Noah was incredible! He gave us great recommendations on drinks and the customer service was out of this world! Noah was so slay.

Staff nice but always an issue with drive thru or only can do mobile inside it’s always so confusing!

It delivers the Starbucks experience as it should, which means a perfectly crafted Peppermint Mocha at this time of the year

Seemed okay but the service was on the slower side. Location is good and next to a very nice park, which is great for grabbing a coffee and going for a walk. The inside of the store seemed a bit narrow with limited seats.

Drive-thru and inside service is incredibly slow. On average, it seems to be a 15 minute wait for coffee. The Gordon Street/Wellington location is a lot quicker and efficient!

Don’t know her name, but news flash - there is absolutely no need to yell at the top of your lungs at customers for vaccination proof. Asking kindly goes a long way. Pathetic and unprofessional.

I believe his name is Shawn or Sean, but he’s a fantastic employee with the greatest customer service skills and overall great guy! Haven’t been there much, but when I do go grab an iced coffee, he makes the experience worth it!

So Disrespectful, I went there today and there was a girl KARLEY, she was yelling and rude, never wanna go again there.

My fav location with the best staff! They are always so friendly and offer great advice when asked for suggestions. They make you feel welcome and warm while still making my coffee right and quickly! Go team go you all rock there!

There was a really long line at the drive through but Alyx greeted us with the same enthusiasm as if we were the first customer of the day. Her friendliness made our day! Coffee was on point too!

After deciding to come to this starbucks instead of waiting in the long line of the drive thru one in the same plaza i was surprised as to when one of the employees decided to talk trash about my order to one of their coworkers in the back. I'm sure she thought I couldn't hear her since she went to the back to do this but she was speaking fairly loud and I could hear her loud and clear. I would rather wait in the long line up then feel anxious coming into your store knowing your rude employees make fun of people.

I love this place. Such nice staff. I have to give credit to Felicia who is extremely sweet. She recommended me a drink that fit perfectly with what I wanted. She was cool and cheered me up when I was having quite the day!

I enjoy the service from the employees. Always happy, kind, patient. But they almost always mess up my order. I don't know if perhaps they're too busy but every time I order a Caramel Ribbon Crunch, they forget to add the crunchy stuff. I've brought it to their attention, always asking when I order, "Can you please make sure you put the crunchy stuff" and they never do. I like Starbucks but if they're constantly messing up orders, perhaps you need to hire more employees. It seems like they're too busy to be able to properly executed an order.

This location does not honour the corporate return policy.
Even with the item in its original packaging, the original receipt, and returning within the 60 day time-frame, this location will only offer store credit, contrary to what your receipt says.
Be careful purchasing anything from this location if you might need to return it later.

A small location at the side of Indigo, which has a workbench, individual tables and a few private tables tucked in corners for more intimate meetings or work sessions.
The windows allow a lot of light to flood the space the food selections seem pretty vast for the size of this location.
A picture wall helps visitors identify staff
and the washrooms have been clean the few times that we've visited.
The location is accessible, though maneuverability might require negotiation if the the long work table is full.
The mall is serviced by public transit and offers a lot of parking.
A second Starbucks location is opening up just outside of the mall that will feature a drive through, so this location may soon become less populated and more appealing to persons looking for a place to sit and get work done.
We've only ever ordered coffee at this location and have had consistently good service.

Was in a rush. Went in ordered 2 sandwiches, when I got back to my car I realized they gave us the wrong sandwich. Ran back with the sandwich to exchange it and they made me run back to the car to get the 0.30 cents difference in price on sandwich order.they screwed up. Then had to wait another 10 minutes for the new one. Food was alright but service here is terrible. You get better service at cheaper places like tim hortons and atleast they own their mistakes.

This is the New Starbucks in the Parking lot of Stone Road Mall. Staff are VERY friendly, and the layout of this brand new store is beautiful.

There were SO many flies inside the glass where they keep the food and the man that was helping me didnt seem to see a problem with grabbing a brownie that was covered in flies moments earlier. Super gross.

This is the best Starbucks ever. Clean dining area, perfectly crafted drinks and extremely friendly staff. My personal favourite barista is Matt, as he is so kind and always goes above and beyond to ensure I have an incredible experience.

Been coming to this location for many years now and have never left disappointed. A very pleasant staff that’s made even better by baristas like Julie and Natali who are two of the most wonderful people you could hope to meet. A highlight to any day when I visit, with many many more days (and Java Chip frapps) to come.

Got a frappe only took 20 min and didn’t even get a straw people who ordered after got their drinks first I used to like this place but not really anymore

I come to this Starbucks store a lot and sometimes when I come the lines are the door the reason being is because they only have one person working at the cash register with makes the line quite long the rest of the four stars are because of the staff at this location they are very kind and friendly it can be quite comfy to work or have a meeting when not busy

Very well educated on their selections which was helpful for myself who does not go to Starbucks very often! Was also very apologetic when the cold brew machine was not working and it was going to be an extra minute! Great work Starbucks

Great service, the staff was awesome about letting me read the labels for the tie dye Frap so we could make sure it was safe for my daughter. They got all 3 powder packages out for me to read & I was able to read through it all in my own time. Discovered it was safe so we went ahead with her trying the Frap! She LOVED it! Thank you so much to the staff for going out of their way to let me read all the labels

Starbucks never fails to please. The issue with the store is the location and lack of parking. Difficult to go in if you are just looking for coffee and a snack. Staff are always friendly, ready to assist.

Great little gem that is located inside the Indigo. I even received personalized service when the barista brought over my coffee to my table. At the time the coffee shop was not too busy so I appreciated the gesture. One positive idea would be to place some type of signage at the entrance of Indigo to make it less difficult to find. This was my first time visiting Stone Road Mall.

It's a Starbucks, it has coffee, and small snacky foods, and friendly people making the coffee, and Friendly people warming up the snacks. A terrific place to relax for a moment and enjoy a some tasty treats.

It took 30 minutes to get 2 drinks. They claimed it was because “they had a lot of orders”. So you clear the store out and the people who came in after me? I’d give no stars if I could

Starbucks locations are always busy but this particular store is not equipped to handle the traffic. After a recent remodel, the interior of the store is STILL illogically setup and its poor layout is most obvious when there is a lineup of any kind. Tables are poorly positioned throughout the small space blocking the flow of people attempting to walk through the crowd with hot beverages in their hands. There is a large pillar obstructing the mobile order pickup counter. The designated area in which the lineup of customers waiting to order forms, is directly down the centre of the restaurant and often spills into the exterior doorway. Not to mention the large entrance to indigo, at the side of the restaurant, creates another obstructive flow of traffic attempting to push through the lineup to access the exit.

TLDR: It was crazy busy, and my decaf latte was steaming hot and delicious

It's Sunday and the mall was closing - when it's that busy I naturally expect a compromise on drink quality, but to my surprise it was perfect. This is definitely my favourite location in Guelph.

Everytime I go to a Starbucks they always greet me with a kind voice, and very rarely did I have to go back about a mistake.
The drinks, especially cold ones, are great. Haven't tried the foods really though.
My daughter loves the cake pops.
