I really enjoyed this spot for a quick drink and a bit of work. The staff is very kind and helpful. They have some nice work stations with electrical outlets and a light fixture (each with its own switch). The only recommendation I have is to provide reusable mugs and glasses for those of us that like to have our drinks inside the cafe.

The ice americano tastes like water. I seriously suggest you guys to go try the coffee at Starbucks inside the Bay. They make good coffee. Your coffee is just like water. Make some effort pls!

People at this Starbucks are very disrespectful and unorganized they are very goofy and kept on goofing off and laughing on the job. I ordered my drink 6: 06 and was not prepared by until 6: 20 fix your staff Starbucks! This is uncool.

The barista recommended me to get an iced matcha latte with sweet foam and it's been my go to ever since

This Starbucks is next level unorganized. Skip it if you’re in a rush during morning hours, I ordered my coffee while I was still home, dried my hair, came to pick it up and still waited for 10 minutes. Total 24 minutes for a simple iced coffee.

Educate your staff especially your one of male staffs with pigtail— control your ridiculous temper and DO NOT yell at your customer. Such a ridiculous experience in this store today.

Customer service depends on which supervisor/manager is in. Received a bogo alert but the code given wasn’t working. Yesterday’s manager honoured the promo. However today Instead of honouring their promo they said it’s not working and just stared at their screen blankly. Needs improvement.

Always such a busy place but the employees always have the best customer service skills. Always a good experience. Fast too

Typical starbucks experience with friendly staff. Proper covid safety protocals are being followed. The entry is from within the building. Can sit and enjoy the beverage on public seating outside since covid prevents people from consuming products inside.

Outstanding customer service. Very nice and polite staff especially Reyann, Percy, Amreen, Mark, and Olga. Even though I only grab a regular coffee every morning yet I always get the same great quality of service with lots of smiles and positive energy. Thank you!

Awesome customer service which I always experience in every Starbucks Coffee shop I visited. To mention one is that the staff were very well cquainted with their regular customer. But on top of it all is the COFFEE.

I stopped by this morning to grab a dirty chai and get some work done. I love the little cubicles. This Starbucks is small but efficient. The staff is awesome, they are totally on the ball. I ordered my favorite, the dirty chai and persephone made eit perfectly. I've never been to this starbucks, I think it might be one of my new favorite Starbucks in the dt Toronto core.

Great location. I stopped in on Sunday evening, and the staff were so friendly. Thaisa and two other girls were there and the place was so clean and I got an amazing Christmas latee and gingerbread loaf slice. THANKS!

Waited 15 minutes for simple cup of water because I was parched walking to school. Eventually had to walk up to the counter to actually order it and had to wait another 5-7 minutes. Never have I had to wait for a simple cup of water that long at Starbucks, workers were just standing there while the barista made the drinks and it’s really not that hard to pour a cup of water

I'm a partner and had a truly heartwarming experience today from Daniel. Friendly staff members. Will definitely be back at this location.

I like this store! Seems like a well balanced team. Some are quiet, others not so much, but overall very friendly and definitely put the customers first. When I'm in the area, I will always pick these guys, even if another store is closer. The music is cute, usually suits whoever is in there. Only thing I can say is that I wish there was more seating so I could enjoy the atmosphere more often! I can hardly grab a seat cuz there are only 4 tables. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Good location very near queens subway stop. Few but very convenient working desks and not crowded.

Excellent service every single day! Highly recommend as they have consistently high quality beverages and great service.

Staff is very friendly and relatively fast for downtown Starbucks. Space however is very limited and given the cold, the door shouldn't be allowed to open straight up into the building next to the cash register area blasting cold air into the tiny space.

Very bad customer service.when I ask for brown sugar they get mad and say they ran out or that they never have. We have bought coffee from them for a very long time and I am a gold member and I have been to many other Starbucks locations and these guys have no respect for their customers. Very disappointed and don’t plan on going back.

Service has slowed noticeably of late.not sure if it's a turnover in staff? Then again, service speed was really good before. Seating at this location is all about the patio so come during warmer times if that's what you're after.

It's a cool place I believe. Small and limited space inside but chairs & tables provided outside which is nice to see what's going on in the street
