I have dealing with this company for 3 years and honestly it’s the best auction to buy cars from, great deals and professional customer services especially when I deal with Salim and Jared.

I have heard about stark awhile back but did not deal with them because thought all auctions are the same. Till few months ago I thought why not try them out. I bought a car from them and it was a great deal and ever since I only buy cars from them. Salim is a great sales person. I could truly say a was satisfied.

I honestly I don't get the 1 stars here, this place is like a dream come true filled with cars ranging from daily drivers to exotic cars. The best part is new stock seems to be coming in every day by the minute, litterally! I have bought so far 4 cars here in the past and will be back for sure. You need to understand one important fact before coming here. This is NOT your everyday typical dealer, this is a dealer that sells car in "as-is" condition for quite a fraction of what you would pay at a regular dealership! #1 rule, know what your buying and what your getting into. I have had great experiences here. My go to guy is definitely Salim, a great salesman. Hope to be back here again soon!

It is a good place to buy car but sometime I believe the auction is not fare, because it seems on some vehicles they bit them self to rase the price of the car.therefore some cars can come on auction many many times. I am not referring to those vehicles which not meet the standard reserve I am referring to those vehicles which get sold status but they put them back in the next auction and so on.

There is a rule here that says, "During the auction time, no customers are allowed to go out from the yard with a bought car. " But at least Stark Auto Sales should have added in written to their documents and or website. I waited all day long, just to get my car out from the yard. I hope these guys would consider it seriously. It's killing people's time.

Know what are buying before you bid on anything, be aware there is a first time buyer fee for any item you choose to buy, always check the car location, transmission, and brand before bidding
Relax and don’t expect to be treated special they don’t have time for you everybody there is upset for no reason, their major time for dealers not private buyers,
Otherwise the place is fun and if you know what u buying they have a good selection

SWIPED VALUABLE ELECTRONICS.
I bought a car from Starks and when I took it to garage I find out all the valuable electronic control panels parts were swiped and apparently it is very common at Starks. These are the things you can only find out when you take it to a mechanic. So horrible experience for the blatant theft and the additional unanticipated hidden cost. BE CAREFUL AND DON’T BUY anything there.

Its also nice to be able to go look at the car before bidding.
The girls at the front desk are so nice and funny

So many cars went crazy cheap $300 for a light hit 07 civic
Only thing i thought they might have is like a indoor food stand for fries or something besides the food truck.

My car was towed here after an accident. I was assured that my belongings would be mailed to my address but about half of them arrived. I had to drive to retrieve the rest of my stuff and I found that my change dish was emptied. Overall awful experience.

Salim Zaatreh (sales man or manager) the worst customer service ever i experienced in my life. I've never been in Stark auto sales before and never bought car from such a place. First i enter the shop nobody look at me, nobody tried to ask if i need help with anything and i tried to ask them questions but everyone turn their back and didn't care. Anyways i start to check out the vehicles inside the shop for about 35 min and i was looking to speak with someone but everyone ignored me, then i liked specific vehicle and i opened the car few times to see the trunk and inside but every time i touched the car the alarm goes on and after a while Salim Zaatreh comes up and scream at me that this car is not for sale and do not touch it.so every time i came close to the car he was turning the alarm on so i can stay away from his car.why you just didn't get up from your office and tell me instead of playing big shot front of customers maybe you're some kind of big deal over there i don't know? !? ! After 40 min inside the shop the same person telling me that none of this cars is for sale so basically they saw me that i'm looking at all vehicles but they didn't care so much that i'm wasting my time looking at already purchased vehicles no signs that they're SOLD or anything how could i know? Okay i tried to take that no matter how disrespectful was that then he send me outside to look at the cars and asked me to write the stock numbers or whatever is soon as i went out this place is totally unorganized all the cars should be separate by titles over there are not. I was looking at over 1000 vehicles and didn't know which one is salvage, clean title or whatever and then i asked him about few vehicles all of them came up salvage and most of them were already sold or are not for sale the prices he gave me for the available ones were absolutely the same if you buy normal car with no damages in regular dealership. Wasted my whole day at this place i will never go back to such a place ever again!
