Significant difficulty communicating with the stylist - I'm not sure she actually spoke English. She just ended up giving the haircut she wanted, not what I asked for.she was a nice lady but unless you want a cookie cutter men's haircut, I suggest you look elsewhere. Stylists name was Ziva I believe.

Ziba was perfect indeed and received the services noted above even better than I expected. I will always book my hair cut with her.

The new location in Vaughan has set up the wrong website becareful it takes you to the aurora website. Came for a haircut got told off for being wrong showed my confirmation was told I should be careful next time. The older woman at the front desk was quite rude. I'm sure barbers are fine but make sure to call as they set up the incorrect booking website

My lawyers are coming for you guys! You guys charged 30$ for this! Unacceptable. A fat lady gave us horrible service and had an attitude and didn’t want to give me a fade so now everyone at school makes fun of me and I have no friends.

I always have a great experience at this location. I've gotten my hair cut by both Natalie and Raeya, and they've both been amazing. Not only are they great barbers, but they've also made my haircuts an experience.

From the time I get to the door, there's someone there to offer me drinks and take my jacket. The cuts themselves are great and usually start with a wash. Raeya and Natalie are great stylists, and I usually just leave my looks in their hands. Needless to say, it always turns out great, and I leave super happy. Both of my barbers really take the time to make sure that they do a great job and exceed my expectations of what a barber can do.

I went and got a buzz cut they lines me up so bad everyone in school is making fun of me and my head literally looks like a egg i do not reccomend this place at all and if you go heads up theyre gonna do you dirty and they charged me 30$ too for this horrible cut my name is Evander jolly

In Starks Vaughan, Ziba did work for me and I was very satisfied with her work and her customer service and she was very friendly.

I live close by and visit this plaza almost everyday, but had no idea this place even existed. Found it by accident, Google searching for barber. Took my 2 boys there today and couldn’t be happier!

Our barber, Rimma, apparently just started at this location, but she went out of her way to make us feel welcome. All three of us got excellent haircuts, my boys loved it.

Raeya is the only person I trust trimming and shaping my beard. She has a great eye for detail. She is so good, that when I first went in she shaped it perfectly. I just went recently and convinced her to try a different shape, which I don't like as much now. Still looks great, but should have listened to Raeya! Lol Even with that she made it look amazing. I have now referred others to her. You've earned a loyal client for sure.

A great vibe, clean and most importantly Nataly was such a great barber. I highly recommend her.

Glad this barber shop is close to home, beautiful decor, modern and classy, received professional service from Bahar, prices are competitive, haircut for teens are the same as adults, thought there was a price difference, otherwise I would recommend this place

Great experience. I had some reservations trying stark again because last time I booked online, I didn’t get the person I requested. Anyways, I tried it again and was very pleased with the outcome. Nothing but professionalism from Rhea and she gave recommendations on what she thought would look better. I’m glad I listened. I will be back again for sure. Competitive prices and great availability.

My son had an appt today with Raeya. He's been to her in the past - never take him on time but today it was the worst. Her client before my son went over - which is understandable from time to time. However, knowing she was already 23 mins late for my son's appt she proceeded to sit at the desk on the computer. When reminded about my son's appt by my son she answered "I'll get to you when I can - stuff happens man. ". No apology nothing. It was like she was happy for my son to leave. She won't be getting our business anymore, that's for sure.

Really nice spot in Vaughan! Brought my boyfriend for a Starks Treatment (shampoo, cut & shave, massage and steamed towel service) and he really enjoyed it and looked. He’s definitely coming back. 10/10 would recommend!

I had the beat experience with Julia. I have followed Julia around since she started. She’s loving and caring. She truly takes pride in her work and the results are evident in the way I look after my haircut. Her work is superb and so artistic. She transforms me into a whole new person. Couldn’t recommend anyone better!

Came here to have my 2 year olds hair cutt for the first time. I was very nervous for him, but the team at this shop were able to make it a very Pleasant experience for my 2 year old.

I’ve been a regular at Starks in Aurora for quite some time now even though it was a bit of a drive, so I was really happy to find out that they opened a location closer to me. I called to book an appointment, they got me in that same day with Raeya, and unsurprisingly, the cut and the service were phenomenal.

I went to starks for a hair cut and Julia was my hairdresser she’s honestly amazing & I’m now stuck as a starks client. She’s really great at what she does she’s truly a professional.

Came in for a cut, place just opened. Friendly service, cut the way I want it. Will come back again.
