My son's braces broke right before we were about to go on a trip abroad. Our regular orthodontist was on vacation (we live in another part of the city). Stars orthodontics was able to help and even stayed open later so we could come in at the very last minute. They were quick and kind.

Such a big relief to get that sorted out. A big thank you to Stars!

I am new to Ottawa. Called to ask for tooth ache emergency. Even though I am not their patient, the lady on the phone was polite and took time helping me to search dental clinic that is close to my house. I will definitely come back in future for braces treatment.

Experience with Dr. Sharaf has been great throughout. I was offered multiple treatment options and decided to go with braces. He really cares about his patients and wants the easiest and most effective treatment. The process wasn’t too painful on days I had to get them tightened and I was given all the tools and instructions to help me keep my teeth clean. The retainer process was pretty easy too. The staff at the office are very welcoming. The office has wifi for when you’re in the waiting room. Overall, I will bring my kids here when the time comes.

I had a really uncomfortable break in my permanent retainer and my orthodontist at home was unable to fit me in time. Star Orthodontics was able to find me an appointment at the last minute and fix the broken bond quickly and easily.

Recently moved to Ottawa and I called wrong clinic on Thursday. The receptionist is nice and polite helping me to search the number for my dentist. She is very patient and knowledgable in explaining the different types of tools used to straighten teeth. Definitely will consider coming here for my daughters' treatment. Good experience! Very friendly and talkative, we talked about the different tv shows I was watching to make it an comfortable atmosphere. They were accommodating with my work schedule. Very happy with my teeth and the work that was done. They were efficient with the time of the appointments. Overall, great orthodontic work and environment.

Dr. Sharaf is very honest and straightforward. The clinic is very clean and the staff are very helpful and great also shoutout Stephanie for being amazing and welcoming!

Horrible places. Always arrive on time and always waiting for at least 30 minutes. They are never on time. Customer service needs to be improved. I hate going there with my son. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The reception at this office is very prompt and efficient. They follow up with you as if you are their priority. They were very quick to book me in as well as booking me an appointment to see a specialist for a complication with my teeth. Dr. Khaled Sharaf explained to me my treatment plan thoroughly, and when my files from previous offices weren't sent properly, him and his staff followed up with other offices to make sure they received all the proper information needed.
