Tonight was the second time I went out in the cold and they had closed early at 9. People are going out of their way to be inconvenienced and left to be greeted with a sad sticky note on the door. Not a very reliable place unfortunately. Great when it is open.

Great interior design. Love the moss and plants. Knowledgeable staff, great selection and pleasant service!

Closed early! The worst thing to do to a hard working pot smoker is prompt them to come in for a late night grab, and let them arrive to closed doors! This isn't the only review I see for these guys that mention an unexpected early closing time, so if you are going here with the expectation that they will be open later think again as their hours are clearly based on the whims of their employees.

As a bartender and server, not only do I work late hours but I also have made sure to recommend this place to everyone who finds themselves in similar situations as per the promised late hours, not anymore!

Staff is friendly and selection is solid. Sure you might say that about other dispensaries and maybe even find better prices, but now that Stash and Co price matches that argument is moot. However, what those other places probably don't have is a customer rewards program. I recently saved enough points for the Air Fryer and DUUUUDE it rocks. Good manufacturer and product size. You should make an account and start saving points today! Because it does take a lot of smoking to save up enough.

Overall a very friendly and colourful store. The staff are always nice, knowledgable, and there to help with what you need. Their product selection is excellent and always up to date with the newest drops from the OCS, which is nice. Product pricing is fair, plus they price match! Not to mention their other ongoing promotions that make purchasing there fairly economic in comparison to other cannabis shops.
Their points program is also very convenient - a lot of great discounts on needed accessories or apparel.

Bought a vape around 2 to 3pm. The rechargeable disposable kind. Fully broken won't charge as I've tried for the past several hours. The cashier was so high she couldn't do her job so I have no recite bc she didn't offer and moved onto the next. She barely could function she was so high. None of the other workers where high or her. Have no idea what to do with this broken 50 dollar vape I just bought.

I have submitted an online order with your OTTAWA - CENTRETOWN location at 9: 00pm. Everything was fine, order submitted, payment taken. But unexpectedly when I arrived to the store at 10: 00pm it's closed. With a sign stating that they closed early at 9pm without reason.

This is really inconvenient especially since it's a Saturday night, this should be a prime day/night for sales. And they don't close until 11: 00pm.

I would like to add that this isn't the first time I unexpectedly found this location close early.
I'm a weekly customer and I really liked stash and co. But after this, again, it really puts a bad taste in my mouth about going back again.

Now I'm out of money and cannabis.

I have never gotten anything less than very friendly service here. It's where I buy my cannabis products 90% of the time because of it.:)

The customer service through the phone wasn't at the top. As an employer,
you should teach your employees the basic informations on the different product that you're selling. I don't think i ever experienced a stressful phone call to order a product where i had to ask a lot of question on the product and the employee clearly didn't know anything.

It's good come here regularly I gotta give my love for the points system they got in place, can use it to score free merchandise like tee shirts sweaters pipes bongs and other stuff just about anything but product itself lol

This used to be under a different name and since that switch, this location is EVEN BETTER. I often go to different locations to get my Pax Era pods, or on sale cannabis, but generally StashandCo has good pricing for cartridges and pods. Mind you, the cannabis is still expensive. Check the OCS website to compare before buying.

Nice staff and generally good shopping experience but I wish they'd throw out product more than 3 months old as I've been stuck with stale flower a few times now.

This is the store that all others should be and that SQDC can never ever be. This store can't fail. Its budtenders are highly knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful in everyway. I always end up leaving spending more than I budgeted for just because the overall positive energy and vibe of the store. 6/5 guys.

Great place. Nice staff. When they are open, I like that there is a separate area for people to pick up online orders so they don't have to wait in line with people who do not know what they want The one drawback I have found is that it can sometimes be hard to figure out where the line is. The flow of customers is not clearly marked. That may have changed since the pandemic begin.
They also have curb-side pick up and excellent delivery when delivery is permitted.

The security guy is very rude and has such an attitude. I’ll take my business elsewhere next time.

The storefront staff are amazing and so friendly and deserve to be treated better!
However, management will terminate employees who speak out and challenge the racial insensitivity, performative activism, and insincere mental health advocacy of management. When bringing these issues up, they unfortunately said that the right avenues were not taken and it was too late to have a constructive conversation about the issues addressed. Too bad.

You have to enter your full address every single time you want to get delivery.i've never used anything so outdated like this.imagine having to input your entire address everytime you wanted to use ubereats.there's no excuse for horrible customer interface

The front house staff are cool. The problem is their MANAGEMENT. They seem to be inadequate.and making transactions with customer credit/banking information.

Great staff at this location that helped me pick out a variety of drinks to consume. The line can be long so plan ahead!

Solid retail experience for all sorts of cannabis products and merchandise. They've got a great selection and helpful staff that can help guide you.

The management makes up "regulations" about not being able to tell the front counter what you want to oder because of Covid, but the security guard let's in some random dog into the store to pet it. Zero logic, but they won't serve you if you don't their website. Even after you order on the phone, you still pay for it at the front counter. Makes no sense. Won't be back.

Edit: . Manager replied with his excuse, doesn't change the fact that they pick and choose what rules apply to who. Letting a dog into the store, while the security guard feeds it and pets it: fine. Taking a order from a paying Cx, gotta follow the rules for that one. My review remains.

The butane they sell doesn't work with their torches, which is a complete scam in my opinion.maybe sell the NIBO butane that the store nexts to you sells and is actually compatible?

The staff seem forced to comment on the customers' purchases.several times they've made weird comments like "looks like you're going to have fun tonight" and it's honestly very unsettling.just give me my brown bag please

Always go to this location! Staff is nice and quick, they're always fun to chat with if there is any wait. Love the point system to earn rewards - will continue to get my cannabis from this shop.

The staff here have great taste in recommendations and are very knowledgable and don't try to upsell stuff to get a better commission. They'll tell you whether you can save really big money and where the quality deals are at!

The staff are amazing. Never had a bad experience with this place. The cost is more than some of their competitors, but the service is worth the extra I think.

Nice atmosphere, however it's a 50/50 gamble on the pre-roll joints.half the time you waste 30-50% of the joint and because of the little experience in the bud tenders.they're mistaken more than correct.

Worst customer service, rude employees with no masks on at the front or social distancing. Disrespectful and pretentious manager who has no clue how to run a store. And if u can’t tell the difference between a 19 year old and 45 year old, I don’t think u should be working there! Avoid.

I was visiting Ottawa this weekend, and stopped at Stash & Co Friday night off a recommendation from a friend. I was very impressed! The store is clean and organized, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Josée helped get me signed up for a Stash Pass - can't wait to return and rack up more points!

I'm from Montreal, but will go out of my way just to come here. I've been to this location 5 or 6 times, and never disappointed.

I haven't been to other OCD stores, but they are much better than the SQDC.

I went in looking for a product (a 510 cartridge for my pen) they didn't have the one I found online because it was just released and they hadn't received it yet, but the dude there (did catch his name) made a recommendation and it was damn good.

Solid place good selection and thd staff are always willing to go above and ehond to help you find what you need that is just right for you and will even suggest similar products if they do not carry the specific item your looking for, i go there regularly when i am looking for s good selection of bud

Staff here are the best in the city. Great selection! I find prices are higher than other places unless the product is on sale, but much better than other stores in Ottawa like Hobo and F&F

I went in today with questions lol and the woman (didn't get a name) was just the best! She informed me and i didn't feel it was BS at all or on the spot info. She was clear, eye contact and very very friendly! If this is a reflection of this business, I will definitely recommend! Thank you again!
