Went for lunch with my daughter and everything was amazing. Had the grilled cheese burger with Caesar salad and she had the kids cheese burger with fries. It was all so delicious! Kid approved as well!

The host was personable and all the staff were great. Manager was attentive to all guests.

Will be coming back!

Was made to feel very unwelcome in this establishment. The service was slow and unfriendly.

Looked at menu. Ordered a Grilled Chicken Club and received a chicken burger with half cooked bacon.
Told it is the way they serve it.
Not impressed

I've been here about 50 times. Its like The Keg Lite. Broader menu though, and they make a better old fashioned

Just went to the State & Main for date night. I had the 9 ounce steak cooked perfectly, my wife had the pacific rim bowl she loved it.
Awesome food, great service.

We had dinner this evening at state and Main We started off with some drinks and appetizers it was fantastic had a wonderful evening we also had the pleasure of meeting Mattie. He came over to our table to ask if we were enjoying our food and if everything was good I'd recommend this place

Food is delicious, fast and hot. All of the staff from the hostess, waiters/waitress and management are fantastic. Always checking if you are happy and if your food/drink/experience is good. Always happy to return and 100% recommend

Great Server, Good Ambiance, Cocktails left a little to be desired. We sat on the patio and had excellent service from Mike. Had to send one whiskey sour back as it came out “green”. All the cocktails were missing the egg whites… Happy hour I guess had a junior bartender.

My go to bar in south Guelph! Food is good and a great price! Never had a bad drink! Got served by Dakota tonight at the bar and he was lovely! Thank you again to all the front line servers! Not an easy time!

State and Main in Guelph is wonderful. From the greeter, to the ultra clean restrooms, to our waiter Mike who looked after our needs before we even knew we needed it. Super friendly staff. We had the Empire Steak, done to perfection and Fish and Chips, not greasy with light and crispy batter, served with unique flavourful chips. 5 stars!

Love State and Main in Guelph. Our server is usually Kelly and the service we receive, every time we go, is excellent, prompt and friendly. Not just from Kelly but from all the staff. The food never disappoints and I like that they have patio heaters for the cooler temperatures which are now coming. The bang bang shrimp is amazing! Go and enjoy!

We had lunch at State and Main Guelph for the first time and enjoyed the delicious food, and our server Kelly was absolutely delightful. What could be better, great food and wonderful service. Should be able to rate it at least 7.

State & Main is one of my favourite restaurants in Guelph that I visit weekly. I love 1/2 price wine day on Thursdays and the quick service. The management, staff (shout out to Kelly) & chefs are very professional and friendly. We always receive top notch service. I can honestly say that I have enjoyed everything I've eaten from their menu. The flatbread & bang bang shrimp are excellent. Keep up the great work Guelph State & Main!

The food tasted excellent and served quickly and hot. The dill dip for fries is excellent. Our server Dakota was very nice and fast to deliver our order. The patio was also well spaced out and did not feel cramped at all. Will be returning for sure.

Pick up was done early, very pleasant at the door. The ride home was wonderful as it smelled so good! We got fish tacos, steak salad and fish and chips, and everyone was pleased with their food. Nice reuseable bags with the takeout and great selection. Would buy again!

I went there 6pm on may 10 to look for a new pair of steel toes. The assistant store manager was awesome, she got me into a pair of red backs that are great! She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Price was fair but what was a plus for me was they had larger sizes than others.

I have not always had a great experience with State and Main but let me tell you that this is the best delivery I've had since the beginning of the pandemic. The food was piping hot and delicious. Requests were fulfilled. I was super impressed. 10/10.

Had a great experience at the state and main Guelph location today! We dined on the patio and it was extremely clean and well decorated. Our server, Dakota, went above and beyond for us! He checked in on us a few times throughout our meal to make sure everything was perfect. We had to make some modifications to our orders which he kindly insisted was no problem at all. Excellent customer service. Our orders were correct, arrived quickly, and were delicious! We will be back again.:)
