I have been here four or five times.service has always been very good, the place is pleasant and the food was tasty. I had the Bison burger a few times and was yummy.

Great atmosphere, food, and experience. Big shout-out to Adam who provided the BEST SERVICE I ever had in GTA. Just couldn't ask for more.

Stay away! We came here on Sunday and hours did not match what they said. We arrived at 720pm the server looked upset and looked at his watch, and said table for 2. I'm good at reading people, so I asked are you closing soon. Yes, we are closing at 9 but we stopped taking orders in 20 minutes. I'm not even mad thatthe hours weren't updated on Google since it is a long weekend. But guys just put a sign outside saying we don't want to serve anyone past 7 today. Yeah sorry I won't be trying anything here, if the service is this sad, wonder how bad the food is.

OMG! My mom/stepdad took me here for dinner. They're so well known here its like walking into Cheers. While they shared a plate of Bang Bang Shrimp, I ordered the ROYAL BANGKOK NOODLE BOWL. I am an Asian food fanatic and have had more than a fair share of Asian soup but this is THE best I have ever experienced/eaten. Huge accolades to the chef! Same to our server, Dieteter, for his personal attention and amazing 'special' drink and CONGRATULATIONS to you and wifey on the new, adorable, baby boy!

Ate at state and main today for the first time and it was an amazing experience. Service and food was great. Definitely would recommend!

Food came with no cutlery. We got a wrong order. Waiters were so overwhelmed.

Stopped in here for the first time with a friend and was pleasantly greeted & seated. Staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was great. We'll definitely come back again Nice and close to the highway so it's very accessible on the drive home.

When we arrived I was told there was a 10 minute wait for a table to be cleared. I went to the bar, completed my beer and still no table. We waited more then, I asked the greeter if a table was forthcoming? She said it would be a 30 minute wait? !? I explained that I had a beer at the bar already. She actually looked at me and said dryly, "No you didn't. ". I was a bit taken aback and said, "Ask the bartender. ". She returned within 5 minutes with our table which was next to a large gathering that was celebrating birthday among other festivities. We couldn't carry on a conversation what-so-ever! The food was good and our servers were prompt. Sorry, won't return.

Ok food menu is meh. Not many options for a vegetarian or pescatarian.food comes out lukewarm not hot. Service is great. Overpriced

Thank you to the amazing staff for accommodating our group. We had a wonderful time celebrating our brother’s 60th birthday. The servers were amazing! Anise did a wonderful job taking care of our table, he is a very pleasant young man who truly enjoys his job. If you’re looking for a spot to eat check out State & Main Etobicoke.

We arrived at a relatively quiet time in the day. We were seated for almost 40 mins and not one server or staff checked on us or took our order. I had to go up to the bar and ask for a couple glasses of water for our table during our wait. We walked out after that.

Standard casual fare but we had a few service hicoughs. Went in and got initially ignored and had to flag down front of staff. Chicken tenders were great but by all means avoid their bison burger. I raised the issue with customer service and got a call from their GM who said he would send a gift card but it was never recieved hence a full 1 star deduction. Might be an issue with this particular location

Food was very good. My only issue is the pricing. I know every restaurant and bar has jacked up prices since COVID began but I will never accept that $20 for a burger is a good deal.

Worst service ever from the wait person to the servers to the manager. Appetizers came out before drinks or table settings. We waited 4-5 minutes to get plates, cutlery to even begin to eat the food and then water, etc came. Main course- not done right either- apologies for not having the correct salad dressing, my husband’s burger totally done wrong and again no cutlery! The wait staff was invisible for most of the time or else did not look at us. Finally spoke to manager who had seen how our meal began! He should have pitched in right then to assist in getting us plate settings and drinks. He did take the appetizers off the bill but it would have meant more to have the mishmash fixed. The whole experience was unsatisfactory. They need to check out the Whitby location to see how a cheerful, energetic staff and great service results in happy customers.

On a busy Saturday evening, we just happened to get a spot here. The staff is friendly. Quick service. Good place to casually chill. The crowd is not very great. I had the veggie burger & it's good for a one time try. My friend tried Pad Thai & she loved it. Overall the experience was good but wouldn't want to go often, as it's pricey.

Nothing to write home about. The food was semi edible. I ordered the grilled cheese burger and I could have done a better job at home. The under side layer of my sandwich was soggy. I could barely find any cheese in it and the patty was just a frozen overcooked hamburger patty. For the price that they charge and the size of the portion and quality of food, it is not worth it.

Went here for a first date that turned out to be a bit rocky at best. The place is decent, a solid 4.5. What made this a 6 Star experience was Palmira! She read the situation instantly and made the exit plan for me very easy. She was empathetic, professional and her smile literally turned a nightmare into a good night! So much so that I returned after the highly anticipated drop off of said date. She kept me company while still maintaining the other customers and establishment in the highest degree. People like this are extremely scarce these days and deserve to be appreciated and praised. Management, if you’re listening… this girl should be running the place! Raise at least! Palmira, thank you for your warm heart, kind words, infectious smile, and positive attitude. I will be back soon! Not because of the drink specials or the building or the food. Because of you.

My girlfriend and I are regulars here and tonight we experienced by far the worst service in our entire lives. It was such a shame. We won’t be coming back

If I could give 10 stars for service I would. There was an item missing from my takeout order (my fault too for not double checking before I got home) and I called in to let them know. The MANAGER Sudhir personally dropped it off to my house, during mothers day dinner rush. Thats unheard of and I definitely will be coming back. Thanks!

Such a garbage service by manager, would recommend others to go other places. Terrible service. I would recommend my other friends who came with me to give one star as well.
