Very pleased with the prompt and efficient service from Sandra Mochy and the State Window service team. I emailed the service department regarding a broken crank in my window that the company had installed. Sandra replied the same day and organized a service team to repair the window the next day. The team completed the job within the time frame given.

Danny Cabral provided quality work on my balcony quickly and efficiently fixing the areas i pointed out that needed attention.

Look up at the Toronto downtown sky line and the one thing you'll notice immediately is the blinding amount of glass. But without trusted and professional people servicing all those windows, it becomes a nightmare. Fortunately, we ALWAYS call Christian Mammoliti at State Window for all our window issues. We had a wonderful experience with State Window Corporation. They came out to install a window screen in a rental unit. The installation process was smooth. Sandra Colucci, the Service Coordinator, and the rest of the team at State Window were quick and efficient with communication and ensured all needs were met.

I would like to thank Danny for the exceptional service he provided on site at our unit last week. Danny really went above and beyond to help us reinstall a screen door as well as fix another window that he had not originally been called in to address.

Danny kindly inspected our window and requested approval to fix its weather stripping. He took both time and care to replace the stripping and fine tune the alignment of the window's sliding door. This took several rounds of trial and error because the sliding door was warped but Danny persisted until the door slid and sealed perfectly. Danny even replaced some dried and cracked caulking along the window frame to prevent unintended heat loss from the window.

The amount of effort and attention to detail that Danny exhibited was amazing. Danny then proceeded to complete his original task of reinstalling our screen door with the same level of care. Even with a backlog of other screen doors in our building to reinstall Danny never rushed or complained.

Thank you Danny, we are grateful.

Keep rescheduling warranty work, will sell you on a product but will have no interest in fixing/repairing their poor quality products afterwards. 1 Star until they own up to their own faults.

Fantastic service. State Windows came out to repair an issue with a window in a rental unit. They were quick, efficient and courteous. Sandra Colucci, the Service Manager was wonderful.

Its run by egyptian guys all the higher ranks are given to egyptian guys they kinda act like they own tge place worst behaviour, really weird staff

I would like to call out the driver of a truck in the Markham and Finch area on May 20 - maybe try not littering next time you're finished your coffee? There are garbage cans all over the place and you decided to toss a coffee cup out the window like it was nothing.

It's night and day compared to the last window company I worked for. Managers, supervisors ect are very friendly and always there when you need them for anything. No yelling or swearing always professional.
