Scam business. They don’t pay their employees and steal from banks. They are in the news for fraud.

Our move to our new home last year was smooth and successful. Only a few minor issues were found upon move-in, but thanks to Angee and the iCare team, these were readily addressed. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

From décor to budgeting, we had a great experience with the team at 'Live Inspired. ' They helped us find the perfect items that fit in with our house while staying within our financial means. Our new home will be truly inspiring!

Our excitement about purchasing our first "new" home was already high, but my wife was really looking forward to picking out the finishing. The meeting with our décor expert, Nadia, went really well. She spent a considerable amount of time with us discussing what would best suit our tastes, fashion, and most importantly, our budget. We can't wait to see how everything turned out in our new house when we finally move in.

In the last five years, I've moved into a new house twice. I have to admit that Stateview's degree of communication and inviting environment were really different and welcome. It resulted in such a unique experience. The entire team did a great job of making us feel like family rather than just another customer. Bravo, Stateview team!

We became aware that some of the door trimmings were splitting or separating a few months after we had moved home. Angee answered the phone when we phoned the iCare line, and she was a pleasure to talk to. She scheduled a service technician to visit the location a few days later to fix the problem. We anticipated a bit of a dogfight or a protracted wait to have it corrected, but the iCare team was incredibly quick and helpful.

I am so grateful to Stateview for the amazing experience they provided me over the last five years as I moved two houses. Stateview's communicative attitude and warm environment created a welcoming feeling that I've never experienced before. Every single person in the team made us feel so welcomed, almost like a family. I'm truly impressed with the service that the Stateview team provided and want to thank them for it.

This company 1st wouldn't let me actually get a proper Pre delivery inspection. They send me a PDF file which had the wrong house number and the wrong person's name as the house owner And even worse it had the wrong signature as I refused to sign the pre Delivery inspection as it had Wrong name and house number when it was given to me that day. This file also had the wrong delivery inspection as it was not mine and it did not contain all the items that I found in the home. When I notified state view homes that the predelivery inspection file was wrong they would not update the file. This PDI inspection that they tried to pass off as mine I did not sign and the file that they had sent me actually contained incorrect information as I have already stated.

More importantly they built my home with the 1st floor wall misaligned and they did not want to fix the wall. It seems like state view homes is very chummy with Tariob because even though the Wall was misaligned more than 15 mm terrian refuses to warranty the wall.

More significantly when I 1st inspected the home the floors were completely scratched and state view homes management Dave and forabella. They all promised to fix the floors which were extremely scratched due to the fact that state view contractors we're Walking through my home because I had received the home only about 75 Percent complete with no kitchen counters no kitchen sink and No safety railings on my balconies front and back.

Is state view homes is an extremely unprofessional builder an unethical. My house still has scratched walls dirty walls scratched floors and all of this because staye view homes refused to update the predeliver inspection with the correct items.

I have attached a picture of the Tarion Engineer's measurements which shows that the wall was more than 15 mm miss aligned.

Do yourself a favor don't trust Tarion or a builder no matter what they say. Especially Don't trust Stateview homes. The company finished all the homes bought up by real-estate agents first so they can get paid. But ppl that needed their homes got shafted and ignored

We ended up buying a home in Markham because we really liked the neighbourhood, however the floor plan we first selected needed a fourth bedroom. At our Décor session, the StateView team was exceedingly accommodating, and shortly after that, they had a workable plan that accommodated all of our needs.

A little goes a long way and a lot goes even further! That’s how I would describe Stateview. All considered, it’s hard to believe how much help and kindness came out of this journey. Such a genuine team of people. Especially, Angee at iCare who really helped take care of any issues we came across. 5 stars overall!

Working with this luxury home builder was a delightful experience for us. The worked with us to ensure that all our requests were met. The employees were helpful in just about every department. We looked at a few other builders before making our pick, thrilled to say Stateview well exceeded our expectations. Overall, I had a fantastic experience from beginning to end.

First things I have to say is how convenient it has been to live here in Brampton. We don’t own a vehicle but travelling to work has never been so easy with Zum (for myself) and the GO Train helping my wife get downtown. So worth it!

Since we have moved into our dream home a weeks ago, there have no issues and I know how often some of these things can arise after moving in. But for us, StateView has been perfect Thanks for the dream home!

When buying our home, we were skeptical at first to go through a builder… but we couldn’t have been happier with our decision. With Stateview, the process was so transparent and inclusive of what my husband and I were looking for. Everything fell within our budget, and we feel like we get so much more out of it! I still can’t get over our finishes. Highly recommend anybody looking for a home to check out Stateview first.

Why has BEA not signed a company sign or BEA project sign for over a year?
I don't know StateView is working on a BEA project when I go here sometimes.

Stateview icare team has provided excellent customer service throughout the home warranty process, really delivered above and beyond in addressing repairs.

We would like to take the time and say a big thank you to Stateview, and a special thank you to Angee, and the entire Icare team. This being our first new home purchase we were very anxious, but our expectations have unquestionably been exceeded. Everything was as promised from the features sheet and our kitchen upgrades look great. Everyone has gone the extra mile for us ensuring all of our concerns are promptly addressed and all repairs completed with a high level of care.

I’d like to give a thumb up to StateView Homes’ finance and legal team, as well as their sales agent. Their professional treatment and help to my recent finance statement requirement made me feeling that, they are building not only good homes, but also good customer relationship. At the moment of purchase, I like their townhouse design, like double garage and rooftop garden.
