I had an emergecy situation that my previous filling fell out and I wanted a second opinion. I found Dr. Makenzie online and went for a consultation. Dr. Makenzie was very patient and easy to talk to. He explained everything very well and answered all my almost endless questions. Once I understood the scenarios, I was comfortable to go head and get it done. Dr. Makenzie is knowledgeable and good at his work. A sure professional as a dentist, plus his humor will ease anyone who might hesitate to see a dentist. Will go back for sure.

Dr. Mackenzie is very good dentist，he help me to fix my crack tooth, and avoid to do implant stuff which would be expensive. Thank you!

I had an emergency. The office was booked for three days. They were so kind and got me in for an initial check up within 5 hours. This experience gives one faith in human decency.

I am a new client to station dental, start going here after a bad experience at another dentist. The staff and dentist here are great, they take the time to listen and take great care of their clients. I will recommend this place to others.

Family like atmosphere, no pressure and completely transparent and honest staff. Everything was explained to me. I recommend this office to anyone.

For a person who has an irrational fear of the dentist, I love all the station dental staff and experience they provide. They make me feel welcomed and are always gentle while working on me. I would give 6/5 stars if I could:)

Service and professionalism took a noticeable hit since I last visited. I have been a patient here for over 8 years and have returned because Dr. Zhang (former dentist) and his staff were professional, skilled, and the pricing was transparent and reasonable. Since he retired and Dr. Naji took over, I expected nothing less. The first thing that threw me off was that the entire time, Dr. Naji was watching the World Cup while working on my teeth and cheering periodically. The TV is for patients, you need to focus on your work, especially if you are scamming patients $665 for a cavity fill. The work was somewhat lousy. I have been accidentally pocked on the lips a couple of times because he was paying attention to the TV. The filling wasn't smoothed out perfectly. At the end, the bill came to $665; he worked on two teeth but charged 3 surfaces for each when simple cavity fills qualify for 1 surface each. 3 surfaces are commonly for large chip on a tooth, not a tiny cavity. Anyways, I questioned this but didn't argue. As I always say, vote with your money. I caution anyone visiting this dental office for any work being done apart from a routine cleaning.
Lastly, I give credit to the dental assistant who was professional, attentative, and focused on her job at hand.

I have been A patient of Dr MacKenzie's for a very long time. He listens well and does good work. The rest of the staff is awesome!

I'm a regular at Station Dental now for over a year. They accept my insurance and were very helpful in submitting claims. The dentists and dental hygienists are very thorough. Great experience overall. Would recommend.

If you have children with braces, this is not a good place to go, they don't have patience with kids with braces but they want to charge a huge amount to the client insurance.

Very patient and understanding of my anxiety he was quick and did what others wanted to stretch out to two weeks of going under the knife! He didn't even get that angrey when I accidentally bite him he took it like a champ!

Best experience I've ever had at the dentist. Receptionist was professional and organized, the hygienist was super kind and patient, and the dentist was polite and friendly. Highly recommend!

As a new patient I had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and checked and I was quite anxious as I am over 65 and my teeth are changing and unfortunately not for the better. As I write this it is the evening of the day of my appointment and I am compelled to share this. As I reflect, though I was greeted with some worst than hoped news on the situation with my teeth, every person that had anything to do with this appointment was so genuinely caring, efficient, thorough and respectful to an old guy like me when I left their office I was so thankful I had found this dental Station! Thank-you Dr. MacKenzie for your thoroughness in helping me above and beyond what would be expected at any other dental office. Wow, professionalism delivered with unbridled sincerity is rare in todays service sector. Thank-you for fixing my teeth and so impress me that I had to write this comment.

Dr. MacKenzie really cares about his patients health. He's honest about what work I need to get done vs what can wait. The staff are friendly and professional.

Very friendly and proffessional, making you feel like a person and not just another patient. They are trusting, caring and Experienced. I give them a 5 in all catagories. A very nice stuff.

I visited this clinic recently, they are one of the BEST which I ever seen. Staffs were extremely friendly. I was very positively impressed with those whom I interacted with (Ms. Rose Amry, Ms. Tena, Ms. Jennie and Dr. Amy).

Staff and the doctors are extremely nice!
I was told by other dentists that no one could get me an appointment quickly even when my condition was extremely bad. But the staff here is very understanding and they went out of their way to book a next day appointment! Highly recommend this place!

I am in awe of this practice. Every aspect of service I have felt informed, important and appreciated. Dr. Mackenzie is my dentist and I highly recommend him. He takes pride in his work and is very helpful, he works with his patients to make sure everything is covered and done in a timely manner. I have never had such smooth dental procedures. Also note they accept ODSP patients and I appreciate that. We will be back.

I've been putting off going to the dentist for a year since I moved to Kitchener. I decided it was finally time to get my teeth in order. I read reviews about this place, and decided to give them a try. They are extremely friendly, and Dr. MacKenzie really knows what he's talking about. He was able to fix all the problems my previous dentist put off or ignored. I am extremely satisfied with my care here, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a dentist. They are also able to accept ODSP, so if you are disabled and looking for dental care, these are the people you want to see. Thank you Dr. MacKenzie and staff for all your hard work, it does not go unappreciated!
