We had been looking for a sectional and accent chair for quite some time and were very unimpressed with what we were finding in local stores at all price points. I have 3 family members who have purchased from Statum in the past and so we went to have a look. Our experience with Statum, from beginning to end, was outstanding! Angelo and Tina spent as much time as we needed with them to help us design the perfect sectional, storage ottoman and recliner. They continued to be available throughout the production process to answer any questions we had. We had the opportunity to see the workshop attached to the showroom and it was a beautiful sight! So many people working so hard and obviously taking pride in their work. Our furniture was delivered yesterday and even the delivery service was 5 star! As we enjoy our amazing new purchases the amount of work that has gone into it, by so many people, from design to production to accounting to delivery is not lost on us. Our experience here was great. Loredana was very patient in helping us to pick the best sofa for our living room. It's so different to see the product in person, the quality of the product made us decided that we would go with Statum over other manufacturers. They are open by appointment and don't forget to wear mask!

Great company and people to deal with! The quality is unbelievable! I am now buying more furniture for our new home from them. My first couch, which was sat on and jumped on every day for 20 years by my children and dogs, is still in great shape. Their design staff is fabulous (Loredana).

I purchased the Blair modular sectional sofa in May 2018 and it arrived in August 2018. My husband and I sat on a floor model in the showroom and were happy with its modern appearance and comfort. I was underwhelmed by the diffidence of the salesperson, she seemed inconvenienced by our presence. And then our sofa arrived. It's beautiful, but it is terribly uncomfortable, not at all like the showroom model. The seat cushions are thin and dense and hard. The worst part is the rock hard, barely cushioned wood edges between the seats that you can feel through the cushions. The back cushions are ok. The design of this sofa is so bad, it should never have been made. I have sat on other Statum sofa designs, which were quite comfortable, but had much more of a formal feel. It's been a year that we have had the sofa and it's not become any softer over time. I absolutely regret buying this sofa, which in the end, with the configuration I chose cost 6500.00. Stay away from the Blair!

I am very unsatisfied with the service provided by Statum. They do not stand behind the quality of their upholstery. I would not purchase from them again or recommend them to my friends.

Just bought Brent, Western, and a daybed from Statum Designs; finished goods come as what we expected for. Solid and Elegant, locally made!
