As a serious DIY guy, I never would have been able to rent the same quality of equipment and get the results Steam Kleen was able to do. My experience was a very good one. The people were friendly yet professional. They came in, on time, did a professional job, and left. This was very appreciated. All our carpets are clean like new!

We got a clean this weekend and while it looked better than before there were some areas that were not up to our expectations.

First of all we were originally told that he would arrive between 10-10: 30 and he ended up arriving past 11: 45 without any communication until I called to confirm.

Upon arrival and surveying the carpet he quoted an extra price for doing the corners of our carpet which was nearly 70% more than the original quote. He mentioned that he would peel back the corners to give an extra clean that would preserve the life of the carpet and make it so we wouldn’t need to clean for years to come. We were able to knock down the price a bit after some back and forth which was appreciated. However after observing some of the work the clean seemed very rudimentary and none of this “extra” service was performed. The corners were cleaned and vacuumed but he didn’t do any of the laborious work that he mentioned.

Overall the results are satisfactory but I would warn future customers against approving the extra services that are quoted on site.

After this team was done with my Persian rug, the result took my breath away. The rug cleaners are not only quick but they are thorough as well. The stains were gone and I felt I got value for every dollar I paid. I will absolutely use this carpet cleaning service again. 5 stars for sure!

Our carpets really needed to be cleaned. They hadn't been cleaned for a long time and our dog had made an awful mess. The technician came and did a fantastic job on them. He worked very hard. I was so happy with the work that he did. I was so happy with the results. I will use them again!

Jay is one of a kind. I tried so many other cleaners and no one can compare to this guy. Everyone I tried basically just took my money and my rug remained damaged.
Jay was able to take some pretty nasty old stains and make them vanish and restructure back to new. He is worth the money and has so much integrity. My dog recently caused another accident on my furniture and Jay showed up in less than 24 hours and saved the day. He was actually cleaning the rugs and other seating in that area. He definitely goes over and beyond. A little bit more pricey than the average but you get what you pay for with this guy! You will not be disappointed with this company & Jays impeccable services!

They are very on time. I gave my carpet last week and they brought it back on time. My Tabrizian carpet is clean like the day that I bought it. Coolers remain the same. Excellent job.

I have used them twice now! Fast efficient and the results are amazing. My dog has had two accidents on the carpet and both times stains and odors were removed for a fair price. They also offer to pick up and delivery which is excellent. Highly recommend. Good job!

Jay did such an AMAZING job with all our area rugs and couches! He was able to schedule me in as soon as we moved into our new condo. He arrived on time, was very professional and friendly - even with our obnoxious puppy barking at him while he worked. I asked the quote for 1 bedroom rental apartment of 500 sq.foot. He gave me the quote of flat fee and then when he came, he said the place was too dirty and asked for $130 more. For i could not be there. I had to pay extra. I was not happy that he quoted cheap and then got the business and charged more. He did some extra work to clean entrance way carpet.

He did a wonderful job cleaning my mattress and carpets - the entire house smelled amazing. This service was mainly to get out a vomit odour on the mattress and it completely removed the odour and it left the mattress looking brand new. Highly recommend his services.
