Steel n Ink

Went in today to switch my silver hoop nose rings to gold. Steel and Ink was able to thankfully get me in the same day. Rei is such an amazing person. She was able to switch the rings as well as educate me and gave excellent customer service. Would go back to Steel and Ink for any piercing needs.

Faith pierced my helix the other day and she is absolutely amazing, if I could give 6 stars I would. Very quick and gentle with the piercing and extremely helpful in explaining what to expect and how to reach her if there are any problems. The piercing experience was amazing! I do wish the hospitality of the front desk was a little better, felt as if I was bothering them asking to get work done. Other than that it was amazing, again Faith was AMAZING!

Worse place to get tattooed or pierced, they have bad costumer service also they make you feel unwelcome.

I went in during my break to ask about gold nipples piercings. Horrible service by a blonde woman. Spent a good 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me or let alone offer some service. Word of advice, do not assume a customer isn’t able to afford something by replying “ it’s expensive “ when asking about a price for an item that you do in fact carry just for not have them in stock at the moment. I got my piercings done my faith and she was absolutely wonderful. It’s too bad these girls make you feel so unwanted as soon as you step into their location. This is my 3rd time here and the only time it was enjoyable was when I got needles in my nipples. Hm.

I went in today to get my septum pierced and absolutely everybody at this location were absolute gems? Between Ev, Faith and Morgan walking me through the jewelry picking process and the piercing process itself I felt completely comfortable and excited to get it done! Faith was my piercer and if I ever want anything else done she is for sure the one I’m going back to. Thanks again to everybody there y’all are the best!

Great place, friendly staff. They were able to do a piercing for my daughter the same day. Wonderful experience.

I got my nose pierced and the staff were very comforting and nice, i was a little nervous.only down side is that it was advertised as $30 (wednesday deal) and came up to $110 with all the other fees and jewelry.any other day would be $120.

I’ve always gone to Jai for my 3 tattoos so far. I was pretty nervous to get my first tattoos done, but she was very helpful and reassuring the entire time. Also very patient when I (repeatedly) asked to change the design last minute and touched the freshly disinfected stencil area with my hands. Very talented and respectful artist!

The staff is so friendly and welcoming - I always feel like I'm part of the family when I'm there!

Steel n Ink is the real deal! I got a super intricate mandala tattoo on my forearm and the artist did an amazing job. The lines are clean and the shading is perfect. I'm already planning my next tattoo with these guys!

I went to Faith today for my septum piercing after a recommendation of her skills. I was a little nervous, but Faith was so great. She told me exactly what to do, when to breathe and when she’d be piercing. It was so quick and easy, with little pain. She gave me a sheet of after care instructions and sent me on my way! I love it and I’m so happy I was pierced by her!

My tattoo artist is Matt and I love his work he did on me he even throws his own ideas in it which I love thank u Matt

Kevin took care of my nose piercing and he was an absolute DOLL. He was kind, thorough, and really kept me at ease. I’d absolutely recommend him. The front of the shop was also very tidy and nice, and they had a beautiful selection of quality jewelry. 10/10!

They used a piercing that was supposed to be for an ear and then tried to tell me you can use anything for the nose. Doesn’t make sense to me.nose got infected and I went to another tattoo place that couldn’t even take the hoop out. Don’t recommend going.only 1/5 because she took it out and gave me 40% of a new stud and fixed it.

Terrible, crooked piercing and so rushed.i was probably in the piercing room a maximum of 3 minuetes if even that, was not even in there long enough to get my piercers name. Got a belly button piercing and it is ridiculously close to the surface and done at a crooked angle.my piercer had heavy facial tattoos and piercing and was a woman. They make you tip before you get pierced too for obvious reasons as no one would be tipping based off service quality

Sara was absolutely amazing for my nose piercing. I told her about my first 2 times and what happened. She used a long post so it wouldn’t sink in with the little bit of swelling. No blood and the pain was next to nothing compared to my first 2 tries. Special thank you to you Sara for making me feel so comfortable. Will definitely recommend and go back.

Very nice people. Clean facilities and piercing tools. Got my ears pierced for the first time and the person who did it was very helpful and calming. Didnt hurt at all.

Went here for a simple but very sentimental tattoo for my grandmother that had just passed and was extremely satisfied! Carl was my artist and I found him to be very laid-back and light handed! He did an amazing job and I'm thrilled. The shop is super clean, and the ladies at the front were awesome! I'll be back soon!

5 stars! I had a great time at Steel n Ink! The tattoo shop is superb, I was given a free drink in the waiting area and my tattoo artist did such an amazing job.

Amazing staff! Extremely knowledgable. Cleanest shop in the city by far! Will be sending my hubby here for his birthday tatt in March. My kid just got hers by Venus. Such amazing work! Will be going here for all our tatts from now on!

I’m still sitting in the chair and already can’t wait to get another tattoo. Ciarah is amazing. Her work is impeccable and she is just the friendliest. The whole experience was a 10/10.

Walking into a bright, clean atmosphere and having someone greet you was great. My work was done by Venus I had cover up and a new tattoo. She was so great making sure that I was comfortable with her ideas vs what I wanted done. She did such an amazing job on both my tattoos. I will definitely have her do my next piece! I have already had 2 of my friends get work done from her!
