Extremely rude receptionist. She was not willing to listen and throws ‘I am sorry, can’t do anything for you and can’t provide bill”. I had taken service and yet they were not willing to provide receipt. This was my second time visiting this place, had an exceptional experience before but sure not to visit again because of disrespectful behaviour. She said they didn’t accept one particular insurance company and so I have to pay, which I did but I wouldn’t get invoice or receipt.

Not a good experience as this place. Receptionist was rude and unprofessional. The massager’s were good and professional.

Just because of the receptionist I won’t suggest to go there.

Although I had a wonderful massage, sadly my insurance provider (Sunlife) has them on the delisted provider list so my claim was denied.

A complete nightmare massage! An old Asian lady came to the room chewing gum with a coffee or tea in her hand.
After she started i found out that there is no structure or pattern in that massage. Spent 90% on back and 10% on legs. It was like being constantly poked for an hour. In the middle of the massage she excused to go to the washroom that was in the room and i could hear all sort of sounds for 5 minutes! She was also loudly slurping her tea or coffee every couple of minutes.
She was scratching herself everywhere excessively while massaging me. What was going on or how much she needed shower i am not sure.
It was a terrible and unprofessional service for sure. I was feeling disgusted… putting this next to the grumpy receptionist… not gonna ever come back ….

This place is fantastic, Amanda isn’t an RMT but she’s better than most! She’s also a very kind person, I would highly recommend to anyone!

Lilly is great and professional. Been visiting this place for a few years now and they are always welcoming.

Enjoyed a couple massage during our getaway. Very friendly service and those two ladies worked hard and professional to losen up our muscles. If I would live closer I definitely would see them regularly!

This place is a hidden gem. It was my first visit today and it was a spectacular experience.

Anna is a magician, I had a lower back pain and she was using adequate amount of pressure and. The best thing was that she took effort to identify and analyze the root cause of pain and was not rushing. Even after the massage, she took her own time to check how I feel and guided me with some stretching exercise. Also the ambience was really calm and soothing.

Ricky, the front desk /receptionist was a really amazing, welcoming and had a positive attitude. Thanks to both of you.

Staff impatient, no authenticity of asking questions regularly, unprofessional in terms of massage, no confrontation if you had any previous injuries. Quality of massage won't make you feel relaxed. Had a terrible experience.
Please consider before booking an appointment.

This Place is excellent for massage, I have been a regular cust for this place for over 2 years. Very hygienic and very clean.

Top Quality service

I recently went to Steeles & 400 Wellness Center for their couples massage promo. Staff were friendly and the massages were good. However the masseuses were chatting to each other quite a bit during our massage which did ruin the relaxing atmosphere. My mother's arm also got burnt by the heated glove as well which was upsetting as this was for her birthday. I had already paid before the appointment and tipped well since it was for my mother's birthday. However, after the burn incident occurred we weren't offered any refund/discount.

The worse massage I ever had, the person who gave me the massage was non-professional and she didn't know anything about massage. The room was too hot and had no fan, Pillow was dirty.
I won't back to this place again.

Reasons:
1 smell bad in the center
2 bad message, i think she wasn't even message therapist!
3 the message bed not comfortable at all, made my face all sweat.

Ann, my therapist was amazing. I went in with a stiff neck and an aching back and came out relaxed and rejuvenated. It was like she knew exactly what I needed. Thank you, Ann!

I was really skeptical about the place since it was my first ever massage, but the owner was very kind and made me feel comfortable. Been a repeat client for almost 3 years now and I highly recommend this place. I feel Anna is the best RMT they have, but I have tried others and they are equally good. The Wellness Center is always clean and 10/10 on following COVID safety protocols. Anna is very professional and will makes sure to ask about your pain points and then focus on them. She is the BEST! Also, big thank you to Angie for always being sweet and friendly. Overall, thank you Julia Wellness for making me relaxed EVERY TIME!

It is not a fancy or luxury place
but, you will get an amazing massage from a professional and friendly RMT.

I highly recommend. I have been coming for more than a year and have always been received with a warm welcome, professional massage and reasonably priced for the quality of service.

Very practical. The owners are not reinvesting in the business. That place only works because the staff are as good as they are.

My massage left me in a lot of pain.
Throughout my massage, I continuously informed my RMT that she was using too much pressure (including the pressure she applied to my spine, which I did not want), however she continued to use the same amount of pressure. She also used oil on my eye lids.which I did not request. Overal, I would have appreciated if she asked what I wanted and would have listened to my numerous requests. I will not be returning.
My boyfriend, on the other hand, had a different RMT (it was a couples massage) and he said she did an alright job.

Well worth the money spent. I hate when you go to a massage place and they aren't firm enough. This place was good. I've been here more than 3 times and never had a complaint. Clean, well maintained and therapists are attentive to your needs

Always a great experience when I come here. The staff are very friendly and the massages are great. I have been coming here regularly with my husband for more than a year now and will continue to rave about it to friends and family. After the massage, they always offer warm water and caramel candies which is so nice when your whole body is feeling relaxed and refreshed. They also offer direct billing which is a huge plus. Overall, I highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I took his mom here on sunday for a birthday gift. It's safe to say we will be returning again! The experience was amazing and they ladies were extremely nice and friendly! A little soar the next day BUT that is what happens when they do an amazing job at getting all those knots out of our backs and shoulders! HIGHLY recommend this location, 1 hour massage with hot stone for 65$ YOU CAN NOT BEAT THAT! We actually can not wait to go back!

Highly recommended. & whichever idiot said that they offer "extras" is a complete liar. You must be referring to the rub and tug which is like, 10 doors down. You have the wrong business.

I have to say I had an amazing experience at Julia wellness centre when I went there I was in a lot of pain but after my massage most of my pain had subsided. My masseuse Amanda was amazing. She was pleasant and good at her craft. Thank you Amanda. From the moment you walk in everyone is pleasant. I highly recommend this centre.

All members of the staff are great a what they do and owner and receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

These ladies don't know what they are doing.they are frauds. They messed up my back, I had deep pain. My 70 year old grandmother went hear and screamed in pain from her massage! Very unprofessional, my grandma is still in pain and she had the massage 2 weeks ago.

I had called to inquire and book an appointment but the way the lady who answered the call was very unprofessional and just kept on saying we are very busy and rushed me over the phone not providing the requested information. Would not want to go there ever after that.

Please train yourself on how to submit a claim to the insurance provider. Every time you submit it, it gets rejected. I never had a problem anytime with another massage therapy provider called Massage addict at 2355 Keele St, who know how to do it properly.

Love this spa highly recommended to frnds and family good service. Fanny who handled me and im very satisfied had booked already for the second appointment.

So I'm not the most seasoned person getting massages (typically go to the same RMT @ a Sutherland-Chan downtown), but I was pleasantly surprised. Decided to come here for a tandem massage because it was close to my girlfriends place and had the best reviews in the area. I will admit, we were a little skeptical when we arrived because of where the place is located, but we decided to proceed anyways. Delightfully greeted and were immediately seen. As mentioned, I'm not a veteran when it comes to massages, but I can almost guarantee that we did not receive a massage from an RMT. And that's perfectly fine. They did a great job, were thoughtful about towel placement, especially when the hot towels came out.

Overall, I would definitely return and recommend this place.
