They are quick to answer your questions and to get back to you with any information you have requested. When we had to put a claim in, they were courteous, fast acting, trustworthy and gave us peace of mind. I love that every time I call, I speak to someone. Never am put on hold. Everyone is wonderful. I recently spoke with Adam and Nichole about one of our policies and they were quick to give me the information I requested. They never made me feel like they were too busy to answer me or that I was bothering them.

Took them 10 days to get back to me for a quote but they never called back, and even then they said they cant quote me and it'll take up to 2 weeks.

Honestly very disappointed with the way they went about my inquiry for canceling my auto insurance as the company I work for provides better rates. Pamela was very kind and considerate while Stephen did not even reach out to me. He relayed his message THROUGH Pamela which was essentially "No, I'm not willing to work with you on this". Can't wait to leave to another insurance company.
