Very rude front desk. You can hardly contact the doctor or see him. Always having some rude answers or calls from front desk she doesn’t understand she is there to answer to patients. I Would give 0 stars if I could

Dr. Baker is the best doctor I know. He's wonderful with my girls. He's thorough and very knowledgeable. We've been seeing him since the birth of our first daughter and love him.

Dr. Stephen Baker has been the Pediatrician for My daughter and my son since they were born. (Now In their late teens). He is the most thorough and reliable Medical Doctor a Parent could ask for. Our family is so grateful to have found truly the best. Dr. Stephen Baker and Dr. Stephen Moss, Second to none!

Dr Baker is the best and the staff is wonderful. The kids are #1 at this office and well taken care of whether its simple check up to something that requires more care. They are on it. Thanks keep up the great work!

Called them a month before delivery, they said they do accept new patients just to call them on the day on delivery. Called them then, they said they'll get back to me. No one did. Called them several times and even went to their clinic after getting discharged from hospital. They have now changed their mind, Dr. Baker doesn't accept new patients. Why the heck didn't they tell me before, I could've look up other pediatricians. They claim to have called me and I didn't pick up (no numbers on my log and I have voicemail!). Dr Baker's is the worst unprofessional lying and deceitful doctor's office on the planet. Evil and probably racist. Don't be fooled by positive reviews.

Dr. Baker is an exceptional doctor. Hands down! He demonstrates all the qualities a parent would wish for in a paediatrician.
He is knowledgeable, empathetic and supportive. He’s honest and forthright; and communicates with genuine care and concern. Most recently, when one of our sons needed surgery he was a great medical resource. He took the time (multiple calls) to give us his perspective and in turn made us feel comfortable/confident with our decision in proceeding with the surgery. He also followed up with us after surgery while on vacation. Amazing! Our visits to Dr. Baker are never rushed, he is patient and thorough. Rachel and Debbie are also extremely helpful, professional and accommodating. Thank you Dr. Baker for taking such good care of our boys over the years! Truly appreciated!

Dr. Baker has been the greatest pediatrician for my kids. He was there moments after they were born and is still their doctor now. He is kind, patient and very understanding. He helped diagnose an issue with one my kids on instinct. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. The reception staff and nurses are all incredible. I'm so thankful to have had Dr. Baker help me look after my children.

Dr Baker is the best doctor i've ever seen in Canada. He listens to the patient, very knowledgeable and always straight to the point. I've never left his office with a single question or doubt in my mind. Highly recommended.

My family doctor suggested we see a paediatrician since coming to Canada and was told this clinic was accepting new patients
Rang up and advised them we are new patients and if we could do an immunisation and also be our child's paediatrician going forward.
The reception then grilled me and asked why I didn't already have a paediatrician and why couldn't I just do the immunisation with the family doctor.
After explaining to her my family doctor suggested a paediatrician and also the fact that we are new to Canada she screamed down the phone at me that THIS IS NOT A WALK IN CLINIC! And then hung up on me.
If you are not taking new patients, fine just let me know. If you're having a bad day, fine just don't take it out on a mother looking for a paediatrician for her children.
One star to the doctors at this clinic, I'm sure they are good people that care about a child's health and well-being.

Dr. Baker has been my children's pediatrician for 15 years. He's very caring, knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner.
