Stephen's No Frills

Supermarkets full of variety of foods, spices, vegetables, meats, fish and many other stuff. Not too crowded. Lots of parking. Affordable prices. I rated 4 stars because I had missed some red potatoes in a bag.

My boyfriend would like to make a complaint. Came in sat, Nov, 13 4: 30pm. All cash register was full except for the express lane. Every other cashier was busy, lined up to the back.manager older, heavier set white lady was behind the black door. He yelled at her complaining about the ridiculous line. Saying she should've went on the express lane to help out, to reduce paying customers line! All in all, all cash register should be open when it's busy like this and manager should keep an eye on what's going on in the front and jump In to help when needed to reduce this chaotic shopping experience.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The owner of this place should work on promoting a culture in his store that a customer is a privilege and not a burden. Start with some remedial customer service training for your cashiers Diane and Michelle.

Decent store. Stock was pretty good. Staff was friendly. Could be cleaner though but it's Saturday of a long wknd so it's understandable.

Great collection of groceries (you can get almost everything required for daily usage), low price, great quality, nice staff and last not but least, great location.

All the employees there are very helpful and also I have seen the level of hardwork they do by placing all the items for us.
Also the assist is in a very polite manner and when we don't know about any item that where to find then also they show us that thing

Not recommended to go there as the place is nasty, disorganized, and staffed with 3 ADHD people. They simply don't care, and there is no real EVALUATION to check what the staff are doing.

Less options and I felt that the prices are way too high than other No Frills. No self check out. Long queues makes life difficult.

Take a detour, u-turn, don't go at all.this No Frills is the WORST No Frills I have been to.no stock, always low on meat, everything is always "sold out". Coming from one of the BEST No Frills (Dickie's @ Golden Mile) they should close this one down.great spot for condos.

Great selections and helpful staff. I would not recommend buying meat at this location, the freezers barely produce cold air. Most of the meat is thawed out. Btw watch out for the pick picketers.

Overall It is good.but sometimes the shelf are really empty which is irritating some time and also.but otherwise it is really good

Great location. The grocery store that my family grew up on and still continue to shop at. Sometimes lacking on certain products but still great. Cashiers are nice and layout is good. Clean.

This nofrills lacks the basics things and sale items the freezers are empty too often. This has to be the worst no frills in toronto and I’ve lived in Etobicoke north York and east York and now Scarborough hands down the worst #isaidwhatisaid

I live on Kennedy near eglinton. I drive by that no frills and go to Stephen's. Much cleaner, better stocked, far superior.

They used to spray the veggies with chems to keep them fresh looking longer. I asked a few months ago and was told they only mist with water. So I've tried a few things for reactions and so far not bad. Just not as fresh as Tops. They put their greens on ice.

Good place for funding all types of grocery at one place, bit expensive but fresh in fruits and vegetables.

Good place to buy veggies but only during weekend.otherwise they sell old stuff (Veggies and fruits).

I wouldn't give this place half a star, sadly I have to give it something as no stars isn't a choice.the store is disgusting, in the milk section there is mold growing. The store looks so dirty.

I love this no-frills because of all the price matching that you can use at the check out. Staff very friendly, helpful. Love the prices. Fresh fruit, vegetables and meat? Try it out you can't go wrong. Bathroom excess.

I think It's one of the largest nofrills in scarborough and you can find ur items easily with low prices in there.

Horrible produce. Often finding expired items or moulded items on the shelves. Wrong prices on shelves. Very poor customer service or problem solving skills by cashiers. On top if that any time you have a concern the mangers are always on " break". All around pathetic.

Good location in the heart of Scarborough at brimley and Eglinton. Lots of free parking. The usual food located here at the lowest prices. Friendly service.

Not very clean. Really need to check anything that is fresh to see if any of it is rotten. A lot of times when there is a sale they either have very little amount or none at all.

just few minutes walk from my home, you can everything you need for the grocery, staff are nice and polite, its clean and organize

Found all the items well organised and easy to find. The store has a wide variety of prodcusts available but the checkout system could be faster

Staff are very friendly, they are under slight construction but the stock is still most of the time available

Although I live close to this location I usually travel to other locations (Markham Rd & Lawrence or Sheppard & Kennedy) to get my grocery needs for the simple reason that thIs location is TERRIBLE AT RESTOCKING THEIR SHELVES. Many of the times the produce are down to a handful and I found that the few that are left are usually the really “bruised” ones it ones with fuzz frowning.
Staff are friendly and helpful, it’s fairly clean and well organized in my opinion for small store but I think is they worked on restocking their shelves they would have better success.

Nice place, have almost every grocery you need but they need to stock parmasian cheese and mackerel fish.

Wont beat the price! Thats true. Groceries are always in good quality and sometimes will get a good deals too.

Shopped there for years! Especially with my kids who always loved adding things to an empty cart and loadinģ up non sense items! Putting it on the conveyor belt!

Most of the times the place is not clean. Dirty floor and shelves and all a bit messy. Today I found mouldy buns on a shelf.
That No Frills has to have a huge renovation like the one at Dufferin Mall.

Always have something on sale and all the sales items are runs out on the same day the sale started. Big parking. Garden center provides most wanted plants.

This location is good smaller than the other stores but clean and fresh produce etc, but they need to open more lanes because it is very busy and not many cashiers at busy times.

Disorder, not welcoming from the outside of the building the carts are all over the entrance to the store. The inside of this store badly needs a makeover. Ecpired dated and bad food with mole on the shelf for sale. It is so disgraceful to the customers.
The health inspector needs to pay them a visit.

I live close by the store but prefer to drive to other No Frills locations. This store does not worth the time. Poor variety, bakery is not fresh.

Good selection but shelves can be empty quite often. They're also missing a few products like cranberry juice or certain pizzas. But overall good.
