I got delivery of 2024 Honda Accord recently and I must say I’m pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of their sales person Krunal Parmar. He went above and beyond to make our delivery exceptional and on time and also made sure we have all the options and documents ready for the vehicle on time.

The car was delivered well prepared and all features were explained very well.

We have been ghosted by Honda Sterling since last year. If only we did not pay them a deposit! Since paying for the deposit and signing the Bill of Sale (Deal number 2219144) around May 3 2022, we haven't heard from them and could not get hold of any member of their team. Delivery was expected Sep/Oct 2022. Typical scenario for a marketplace episode.

This review is a bit late but I wanted to ensure I posted about our positive experience. My partner and I were looking to purchase a larger sized SUV and connected with sales associate Mary. We were interested in the Honda pilot and Mary spent a-lot of time with us reviewing details about the vehicle and answering all of our questions. She was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. She didn’t use any pressure tactics which we really appreciated. Although we didn’t end up going with the Pilot, Mary provided us with a very positive experience at Honda and we would highly recommend her! Thanks Mary! Refreshing to deal with someone so positive and transparent in this industry!

We had a wonderful and smooth transaction in buying our first car here in Ontario. The approvals were fast and staff were transparent, even though it took us 3 months to get the car, the staff were very helpful especially Mr. Krunal. He did his best to assist and guide us all throughout the process. Aside from being professional and knowledgeable with his work, he also did his best accommodating our personal questions and helped us with the best of his ability. Great work!

It was the worst experience ever that I have ever have in my life!
First of all I drove 3.5 hours to arrive there based on the advertisement (unrealistic and phony advertisement) of a car without a photo that when I saw the car I was shocked and the whole thing was a total disaster piece of JUNK and they were asking $18,850.00 plus taxes.
These people got to be ashamed of themselves to try to lure us to go there hoping that we will buy their junk.
I am upset and feel disgusted that I took chances to go and visit this place.
Second, I had to wait on line to be serviced like I was going to get money from them and not give them money.
By far the worst place to be and try to buy a car!

Brian was excellent. Knows his stuff by memory. No reading off a computer screen. Going though the whole process was very calming with Brian. Go to Sterling Honda and ask for Brian you WILL NOT be disappointed. Wish I could give more stars.

Had Steve Dorman as my salesman and he was super cool and very easy to talk to as well! Any questions I had were answered and the process to trade a car in and get a new one was quick and easy! Definitely reccomend this place to anyone looking to get a reliable car that looks and feels great too!

What waste of time takes to Amanda about doing timing belt water pump belt tensioner and 2 idlers she keeps telling me it’s service 4 it’s only needs belt pump and tensioner. Which is 1800 lol I keep telling her I want to do everything I listen because if any old components are left they can go bad and ruin the engine so why not change it all she goes again it’s service 4 I send he pic of belt kit what I would like to do no email from Amanda for week I think she forgot me and Amanda goes to me you need spark plug service I am like I did that she was like you still need it Jesus amanda

They trick you in the buying process being super accommodating then once that sale is final good luck getting help with service, has been a complete headache and I've been overcharged many times with no list of what was done on the vehicle, very gross place.

I traded my old car with one used with low mileage I was thinking it would be so difficult and maybe impossible but those people are awesome they are experts and they are knowledgeable for what they are doing.
I got my new car super easy than I expected.
So friendly people and professional.
Really loved the place and the nice and warm welcome.
