I have gone to Sterling Optical for many, many years & it is nothing but the finest, most efficient quality Optical service anywhere, I guarantee it! They do everything humanly possible to make you look good, by matching up the finest quality eyewear to match your eyes & your physical attributes, face, headshape & character & it doesn't get better EVER!

All I can say is everyone needs to visit this Optical for all there optical needs. Liz & Ali are amazing! They were so nice and friendly to deal with, they didn’t pressure me to buy anything, I liked a few frames and needed some time to think things over and they allowed me to do that. I’m bringing all my family here from now on, I don’t know how these guys aren’t more we’ll known. I’m stoked with my Tom Ford eyeglasses! THANK YOU ALI & LIZ! Got my Prescription sunglasses here. Great selection, very affordable and great customer service. They are so flexible and patient. Highly recommend. I personally dealt with Ai but the all of the staff seemed great.

Providing an update to my previous review. I came here a while back to purchase a pair of glasses, as my old ones had broke and i wanted new frames anyway. I went in to pick out which frames i liked, and was told that it would take about a week. They waited till the day before to call me and let me know there was an issue with the frames, and that it would take another week or so for another pair to come in. That was really bad news to hear, as i was working during all this, and not having glasses on was hurting my eyes, as well as causing headaches. I left a bad review explaining what had happened as i was really upset. When i go in to pick them up, i was confronted right away, and i was really uncomfortable with the situation. I don't know her name, but she was very unpleasant to deal with. Fast forward a few months, and i had broken both of the legs on my glasses, as well as damaged the lenses due to an accident. Instead of going to this store, i went to Economy Optical. They not only fixed both legs in 15 minutes, but they replaced both lenses in a total of half an hour. How can they fix both legs and replace the lenses in half an hour, but it takes this store 2 weeks to put lenses in. Really baffles me. They need to be retrained or something, because this doesn't add up. Very unprofessional, and rude. Avoid this store if you can, and instead go to Economy Optical.

I am very pleased with the friendly quick professional family feeling service the staff gives you and accommodate my disability and fixed my Kate spade glasses when they broke on the spot and ordered a new frame to replace them and got them in about a weeks time? plan when you ask? Then you have a chance tonsavevabd pay themniff slowly and then get what you like a f they accommodate your budget! Excellent for low income or odsp or seniors!

I came into Sterling optical with a pair of broken frames from a different store. They were able to find a frame close to the pair I had, shape my lenses, and have them in my new frames in under an hour. They were friendly, professional, punctual, and affordable.

I am a new customer and the Optician there Ali is the best, he is very polite, funny n styles you right. I get so many compliments and couldnt be happier. Kim is great too. Overall awesome experince and will return again. Thanks guys.

Can't believe I haven't heard about this wonderful place "Sterling Optical", located in the atrium, what a find! Great customer service, such a friendly and professional atmosphere. Walked in out of the blue, was greeted so warmly by a cute red head (I can't remember her name, sorry) Got my eyes tested and Elizabeth was so patient in helping me find a really nice pair of eyeglasses, I also had my old pair of glasses tuned up by the Optician Ali, and he made them like they were new again! Love this place! Check them out!
