Steve Marchese - Desjardins Insurance Agent

I have been with this location for three of my car insurances for ten years and I only experienced good service. It was through their honest approach with their information that their own car collision center are booked for several weeks and that it may be different somewhere else that I was able to have my car fixed on the same day at Yasir Collision center on bank and Heron.

Compared to six weeks from their collision center and the rental car of ten days while the repairs were applied, I will be remiss if I did not mention that it was mainly a scratch at the bumper with the light fixture that was slightly sticking out.

At the Yasir collision the rental was cut to more than half. The claim center offered a day more as a four-day standard. A total of four days instead of six weeks and a ten-day rental at their collision center may not have happened if it was not for such transparency from the Desjardins insurance agent.

In addition Yasir collision center have cleaned the car inside out as if I hired someone to clean inside and outside. I was quite impressed.

I will forever be a customer with this company. Always seem to get a response quite quickly. Staff has always been beyond helpful when it comes to anything I need. Highly recommend. Shout out to Hayley who has been my saving grace over the holidays. Could not be more pleased with the service provided.

Got my insurance set up in what seemed like 10 minutes, Hayley deserves customer service rep award of the year and made something stessful like signing up for insurance an actual pleasant chat, cracked me up lol thanks Hayley and you owe me a frigging coffee hahaa. Cheers

Moving from Manitoba it was definitely an adjustment having to shop around for auto insurance rates. Hayley made the experience much easier, and was so friendly to work with. Definitely made the process much less painful!

We had a complicated policy with several vehicles, drivers and house policies. Hayley made it as seamless as possible and the rates were more than competitive for younger drivers.

Steve used to be my insurance agent when Desjardins was still State Farm. It was very difficult to reach out for anything other then sales. After I requested and then followed the process to end my policies, Steve had neglected to cancel my policies and another month of insurance premium was withdrawn from my bank account. I had to escalate to the head office for resolution. There was also Heather with a hot temper. I'm surprised to see this firm is still in business.

Steve helped me a lot in the past five years, easy to communicate, fast response, efficient and friendly!

Steve is always very professional, but also very personable. He likes to get to know his clients/me which makes him very comfortable to talk to. He is great with prices and makes sure you get what you want and only what you need. He also helped my older children with their insurance needs.
