All I can say is they are extremely professional they dealt with my issues and made me feel important almost like I was her only client which I know I wasn't but most importantly they took care of me. We went over some options and by the time I left his office after about 30 minutes, we settled on the one that made the most sense for my situation. I met with Mr. Welker in 2016 when I was in deep financial trouble. After giving a picture of my then income vs debts, he was quite frank about what my options were, he laid out the pros and cons of each, and which option was the better choice in his professional opinion. However, it was up to me to decide which way to go and I never felt pressured in making that decision.

After my decision, the process was very smooth as Mr. Welker and his team took care of all the details related to the creditors, the government, and the banks. I also had my responsibilities as a part of the agreement which included monthly reporting and providing missing information. Rest assured, you aren't completely off the hook in terms of 'work to be done' as a part of the process.
