I recently signed on with The Steven Kim Group and I can't recommend them highly enough! I am a POA for a friend who had to go into a retirement home and I needed someone who could not only sell his townhouse, but who could help with downsizing, staging, cleaning and fixing the home so we could get the best price possible. I worked with Carolina who had all the connections I needed and she personally went above and beyond any realtor that I know! She helped me to sort things for donation, hired a painter on short notice who met her on a Saturday evening to quote and arranged for a cleaning company to clean it from top to bottom. She chopped down vines and raked leaves on the terrace and even planted some flowers at the front of the house. These are only some of the things that she did and I don't know what I would have done without the help that she gave me. She updated me constantly and also checked the house in between showings to make sure that it was clean and tidy-she was truly dedicated to selling this home and of course it did sell and at a good price as predicted!
