I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted so nicely. I commend the driver for the long haul and still displaying dedication despite the heat and distance. I would definitely use their services again. Timely, responsible and trustworthy.

Unprofessional, would give 0 starts if I could. They are uneducated people and do not follow the law.

This company was absolutely amazing. They did everything right, kept me posted and took care of me very well. I would reccomend them to anyone who needs a tow. Amazing service and company!

Their tow truck hit my car wrote it off and they tried to get me to fix it thru them. I went to see my car and found that it had been gone thru and stuff taken out of it while in their possession. Then when I tried to have the car moved to a different body shop they wouldn’t release my car to my insurance company to have it moved. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWD

Steve is a complete and total fraud who is no longer able to keep track of the endless lies he tells everyone including his own family.

Steve regularly abuses his staff both mentally and physically.

Steve is going to very soon find himself exposed in the news media when his bail is revoked and he goes to jail where he belongs for premeditated contamination of the environment during one of his many insurance frauds.

Appreciated the prompt and quick service. The driver was friendly and took the time to ensure the vehicle was ok during towing. I'd use them again in the future.

When I got into a car accident they were very professional and told me my option. Took me to a reporting centre and took great care of me! They got me a rental and on my way the same day.

Steve took care of me from the moment t called. His tow truck driver, Doug, was adept at his job and knew the ins and outs of the 401. They assessed the issue with my car and ordered a part. He also provided me a vehicle to get home. When I picked my vehicle the next day, everything was perfect and very reasonable price. Thank you Steve and crew!

During a very vulnerable time Steve's towing helped turn q negative experience into a positive one, made us laugh, and brought us to safety!

This guys are the worst human beings they ripped me off and fraud my account payed them wit credit card next thing i know they fraud it my card never own up too it just kept on denying it luckily my credit card company fix the problem

This reckless idiot nearly ran my work truck off the road nearly causing a three-car pile up and then proceeded to give the rest of us the finger. Super unprofessional would never use this service should avoid at all costs

Arrived at the scene within 30 minutes after called in.
Good service- driver was very well experienced and polite.
Charges were very fair. Highly recommended!

PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. I BEG YOU. HAVE SOME MERCY ON YOUR CAR AND MENTAL PEACE. If it's your first accident then there's a chance their towing company (Steve's towing) is already setting you up. Better late than never. Stop right there and give your car somewhere else. Heck, I'll refer to my mechanics but don't make the mistake I made. There's no point in explaining what's the problem with them. Read the other reviews they are all true. (WROTE THIS REVIEW ON 6X COLLISION BACK IN APRIL. EDIT: It's October and I am still waiting for my car.)

Driver in truck 38 driving recklessly on 401 today when there was low visibility and overall poor driving conditions. Causing an accident is not a great way to get business. Shame!

Needed a windshield change due to a rock going through my windshield. Steve's towing was very helpful, quick and efficient in changing the glass immediately. Fast reliable service and a reasonable price!

Currently got my car impounded and towed by this company for stunt driving. I was very in the wrong, and I take full responsibility for my actions.
But this tow and impound company is telling me it's $1356 for impound and tow. And on the site for the tow they would not disclose any info on price, price of tow, price of impound or where it was going and dropped me off at a Tim Horton off the highway.
I then called the tow company and they said the price is $1356 without a breakdown of the price and said it had to be in cash or money order because they are not open on Sundays and then hung up on me.
My mother then called to try and speak to the man in charge again and was very rude and said that's the price and that I need to pay that and that's final. I don't know how this industry is ran, but it's not very professional. I understand what I did was wrong and severe. But to take advantage of some one like this seems a little morally and professionally wrong.

Was helped by a guy that goes by Raf. Very nice and clean service. Will recommend. Make sure you dab him up and promote.

Driving 400 north Steve’s tow truck was right up my rear I moved over a lane and his buddy in a white truck racing with him moved in front of me and turned on his rear spot light and started flashing blinding me.
A few km up the road both trucks stopped at the start of the new 5th line ramp flashing all their lights like 2 kids playing.
Blinding a driver on the 400 at 100 km an hour is not a game.

Was literally robbed here ages ago. My car needed a new engine and it took them almost two months to fix over 4 tries. Had to keep returning the car. Finally they decided to steal my stereo system towards the end. It was a nightmare that still haunts me.

RIP OFF! An absolute joke to deal with. Was forced by officers to use this disaster of a "tow company". One of the most rude and obnoxious towing companies and drivers to deal with. Simply one of the most unprofessional and classless companies we have ever dealt with.
