After our 30plus year lawyer retired we were very careful in selecting new representation.

We started with real estate, Andrew Zyp has been very helpful when it came to dealing with some tricky situations he and his clerks Brittney and Julia were very responsive and helped us through the process. I felt confident that he took the time to review my requests and always replied to me quickly with any questions I had.
He also referred us to William Leslie for another matter, both Bill and his clerk Shannon are wonderful to work with.

I appreciate that firm has several lawyers on staff that have their own specialties, i feel so comfortable dealing with this firm going forward.

I had originally left a 5 star review, but unfortunately have to change it to 2. My initial experience here was great and I referred clients, but now, I am fairly disappointed. I have tried to contact this firm about 6 times via email and twice via phone over the last 4 months and they have apparently ghosted me; I suppose it’s very modern of them though ‍️ Anyway, I’m making it two stars instead of one because they were originally great, but If you were to ask me, I’d have to recommend going elsewhere.

I have worked with Andrew Zyp when I purchased my house, mortgage refinancing and creating my will and power of attorney. He explains everything clearly so you can understand and is super easy to work with. Highly recommend and will continue to use for future needs.

I called Aug 30th to discuss my bill, still haven't received a call back.
Called again middle of Sept.still no call back.
Called again beginning of Oct. No call back.
Now I get a condescending and arrogant email from Andrew Zyp saying the matter is closed and to pick up my file and pay my bill. Well Andrew, your incompetent employee by the name of Krista started all this mess. I wonder if she'll try to correct it? Will I get a call back now?

Rude! Never had the chance to actually deal with them unfortunately. I have called twice, the first time they took 15 minutes taking my info, telling me they would give me a call back but never contacted me, after some time I have called them back to check what is going on and the secretary very rudely has asked me “ if I would like to check if any other firm can help me out”. No other explanations.
I have asked again if they could help and she again repeated the same question.

I would like to let the secretary know who’s worked on Friday October 9th that if a customer reaches out to you and for whatever reason you guys are not capable of helping him/her out, there is no reason to suggest to go and look for some other firm after pretending to take infos and promising to call back.
Instead of wasting people’s time, just say you can’t help.

Christopher was a HUGE help to my spouse and I when we were recently redoing our mortgage. What I liked the most was that he actually took the time to explain everything to me, instead of rushing to sign on the line. Will 100% use again.

5 months later. I am still doing your job. To get a Hot Water tank from Sandpiper Energy Solutions for the sale of a rental property out of my name that your firm closed. Your "assistant" says it's my problem to deal with. Although she says she has tried. Sandpiper calls your office (they say) and your firm apparently ignores them.

Someone is lying. WOW. And you could have at least returned my phone call. Not cool man. I hate to leave this review. But, After the many, many thousands of dollars we have spent at your firm. You ignored me. I paid to have a job done. Completely. Not partially. And now it's on me to solve. So.this is how it is.

This firm failed me horrifically in my opinion, Marni Goodman failed to be promt with returning emails and allowed me to go to a pick up of my son without a warning that my crazy ex took away my visitation using a form of private investigation work that invaded my privacy. She also aloud me to sign a smoking gun agreement that put me in a horrible position right off the hop. A great father who works hard for a living with absolutely no reason not to have 50/50 custody of his baby boy, received a mere 7 hours a week after a wasted negotiation back and fourth with the mother of my child. All while collecting money from the goverment through legal aid. In my opinion she does not care about her clients at all and is purely in the industry to cash a check.
