As a customer for many years, I am extremely happy with the work and services. In my experience, the customer service is excellent, especially with Ms. Yalda, who is always of great assistance to me. Yalda’s professionalism and dedication is truly exceptional.

Thank you so much! This morning on my way to work, I slipped on some ice and lost a button on my coat. I called around and the only place that would help me same-day was Stitch It in Cloverdale Mall. They did a great job! Less than 10 minutes and my coat was ready! (A blessing on such a cold day). Thank you ladies for the fast, friendly and fabulous service!

The staff at this shop are incredibly speedy and talented tailors. I have been going here for three years and their expertise is unlike any other tailors I’ve been to. Great quality, will continue bringing all my hemming, tailoring etc to this location. Thank you!

This location has the worst customer service and the manager is rude. After I paid for the service they did not complete the work and then she pretty much lied to me saying they did the work. Horrible customer service and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere people.

Had two pairs of pants hemmed on a Friday afternoon. They scheduled pick up for Sunday. By Saturday morning, received a text message that my pants were ready for pick-up. Efficient service with a smile. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. Gave a courtesy call today to inquire whether I should make an appointment and the person who answered was so rude, kept interrupting me and hung up without even answering my last question. Definitely won’t be coming in.

Amazing service, they did perfect job and was done one day earlier! Those ladies are wonderful!

My son had a rip in his brand new hoodie right by the pocket so we brought the item in for repair. We were amazed to see that the repair was almost invisible when we came to pick the hoodie up. It was definitely worth the time and money to have the repair job done.

Unreliable in terms of deadlines. My alteration was not ready on the date I was told it would be, 2 times. I had to keep following up.

Dropped 2 coats off for dry cleaning and alterations. Whole process took almost 3 weeks then upon pickup, one coat wasn’t cleaned because they said it would cost more money but wasn’t able to tell me the exact price. Unprofessional way to try to get more money from customers.

Elham could not have been any more helpful. She really went over and above to remedy my situation and it was very much appreciated. I will definately be back.

I’ve been here twice for work alterations and personal clothing alterations. Extremely nice and understanding with changes. Pants and work clothes fit exactly as I asked. Very recommended.

I have been coming to this specific location for 5 years. Everyone who works there is incredibly kind and thoughtful. The work that is done is perfect.they let you try on multiple times, they are fantastic at what they do. I have all my shirts darted here, suit pants adjusted down the leg, jacket trimmed, snow pants rip fixed. They will do a great job!

What an excellent experience! They made extensive alterations to my daughter’s prom dress and we were very happy with the result.

Needed my suit alters fir my daughter's wedding. Thet did a great job and very friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Went back to get my new shirt prepped for the wedding.

I went in to Stitch It clothing today with an emergency situation alteration and they did the job in 20 minutes. I can not thank them enough and will be returning when I need alterations again. Super great staff and service. Thank you very much Stitch It.

Love the ladies who work so hard at stitch it. They represent the most talented, creative, patient and professional seamstresses/tailors ever. I have been taking clothes in for repair, alteration and even design changes for many years.
I recommend this business whole heartedly.
I have never been disappointed.

Cloverdale location is the worst Stitch it. The ladies are incompetent and so very rude. I brought four pair of pants to be hemmed. All four had one leg longer of 2 inches different on each pant leg. They fixed it but did not say sorry. A lady that works there chirped in and was rude and very loud! I will never ever go back or use this company again.
I can't give a rating as MINUS 10 is not an option. DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE INCOMPETENT!

Not cheap (labour is expensive in Canada!) but they were a pleasure to deal with and replaced a zipper on the winter jacket with no problem.

Love the staff at Stitch It at Cloverdale Mall. They are friendly and very good at what they do. I have been going there for years and recommended everyone I know to go there as well.

They did a decent job at giving my uniform an extra inch on the hips. But the prices are pretty crazy.

Just when you think nothing is possible, I took in a hat to be altered smaller. They did a beautiful job and now my special golf hat fits like a glove! Awesome

I've been coming here for a over a decade because I don't know where else to go really. They did a great job on a few "euro" hems, other then that every time is just ok, not great. A while ago years back (happened a few times) I would show up a week later and still not complete. A few times jeans would come undone and at least they fix it if I bring it back but got tired of the hem not staying stitched for as long as it should. More often then not, the stitching doesn't seem to meet evenly or neatly. Most recently 3-4 months ago, brought jeans and shirt for hemming and got the same thing described plus what appeared to be oil stains around the hem from presumably the sewing machine. Would not recommend bringing your most important clothes here.

I went in to pick up the school uniform pants for my kids’ at Stitch It at time I was asked to return, the next business day. This was about an 20 minutes before closing time. My pants were not ready. My kids were going to school the following day so of course panic set in. Elham Ghorbani immediately calmed me down and promised that she would drive everything over to my home after all was done. I couldn’t believe it and to a small extent, I truly didn’t think she would come. Well, Elham did come to my home even at the approximate time she promised. Thank You so much to Elham and team for your hard work, dedication and going truly going above and beyond. I am impressed and would recommend this Stitch It location to everyone!

Great place to give your clothes for alterations. My wife needed to alter her traditional Indian clothes and the ladies at this location of Stitch It did an amazing job. Indian clothes are a little complicated and they took her measurements to understand the scope of work. They are professional and very skilled.

My wife was so happy with the work that they did, that she gave another Indian outfit for them to alter! The team at this location is very sweet to work with and very funny. I highly recommend this location to anyone that has any needs for alterations!

I have been going to Elham and her team for years. I buy a lot of clothes, both business and casual, and have almost everything tailored in one way or another and this is the only place I go. They have always been very friendly and do great work at reasonable prices.

Exceptional quality and workmanship on installing 2 inside pockets on my Paul & Shark Italian made windbreaker jacket! Would definitely recommend for any alterations!

They are very professional and the staff is friendly. They provided alterations and repairs for a few of my pants and the results are great. Differently coming back for my alterations services.

I love this Stitch It location. The staff are lovely and always work hard to solve any alteration problem. I recently took a jacket in to get a new zipper but they suggested a repair which was much cheaper. Excellent staff and service. I've been using this location for quite a few years and they are always amazing!

I’ve been coming here for years, if it’s small alterations I’ll do myself, but if I need some serious stuff done, I come here, they are super patient and take their time.

I'll keep it short and simple. I've only ever brought work trousers to be hemmed. I pin them myself so all they need to do is alter them. I've never had a bad experience. My only complaint is that the turnaround time can be slow, sometimes a week.

This place was very nice, they had great service and nice and happy employees. I have been going to this store for many years for alteration and I totally recommend this.

Went to Stitch It at Cloverdale to have jean jacket sleeves altered and cuffs sewn back on after I tried to fix it myself. After being turned down by Tailors Choice in the same mall, I thought the jacket couldn't be fixed. I met Fadia who was so gracious and said it could be fixed, no problem. I picked it up on date as quoted. No problems. They did an AMAZING job on my jacket. I would recommend anyone to use this locations service. Thank you so much Fadia.

I am SO impressed with the talent of the staff here! I brought in a dress that had too high of a slit, and I was previously told it couldn’t be fixed. I was about to throw it out when I stumbled upon this place! I was so impressed when the friendly manager came up with the idea to move fabric from the belt to be sewn in the missing spot. Thank you for all the help!

STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID. This location lost my suit pants. The location and the corporate office took very little responsibility for the inconvenience for essentially losing a suit. They only refunded five times the cost of my alteration. I'm not satisfied wth their policy as the cost for the alteration has zero reflecton of the cost to replace the suit. Also, not satisfied with their professionalism or honesty.

The worst, took 2 Nike track pants to have the elastic replaced, I asked if it would look like the original and the girl promised me it would. The pants look like my wife did it at home. The elastic is too tight and they are not willing to fix. Wasted $60. Stay away from this place. I can't speak for the other locations but the women here are not friendly at all. Seems like they are doing me a favour by taking my business.

Brutal service. How do you hem pants 3 inches shorter than what you measure? Brought my son in in person to have dress pants hemmed for a family wedding. When he put them on for the wedding they were 3 inches above his ankles. Thanks for nothing. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Wow what a fantastic place! No need to sweat anything to do with clothing anymore because these ladies are makin miracle happen everyday. They repaired a suit I thought was toast and now it's back on my list of regular suits I wear again. Thanks stitch it!

WORST alteration store I have ever been to. They were quick to get me out, they were rude when I didn't like the job they did (uneven hem) and when I asked for a refund because they RUINED my Ralph Lauren gown she (the manager) refused and asked me to never return. I know my dress was ruined because when I took it to another alteration store, they unstitched what Stitch It Clothing had done and the hem was completely uneven. One side was touching the ground and the other was above my ankle. I was no longer able to get the length I wanted because they chopped it off. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SPOT TO ANYONE!

After going to many places to get a dress altered I brought it here hoping to get it fixed by days end since I'm flying out tomorrow.the lady was kind and informed me if not by days end (sunday) then early monday. Thankfully she worked her magic and got it just as I was finishing my shift! Thank you so much I will be coming back

Horrendous customer service! Took them 2 weeks to do 0 alterations. Showed up on the day I was supposed to pick up the items at 3pm and they told me to come back after 6pm so they can do a 1 hour rush job. WHAT A JOKE! Save your money and don't go there. Business has gone downhill ever since the last owner sold Tailors choice. This place does not care for excellence alterations but simply make money.
