Excellent service. I have had multiple alterations done from casual clothes to workwear to a bridesmaid's dress, everything was done well, quickly and exactly as promised.

Great service! I had to get cuffs added to my leather jacket and it was done flawlessly. They were able to blend the stitching in seamlessly with what was already there, and did so in a timely manner. I would recommend this location to anyone needing any alteration to their clothing and outerwear!

Have had five pairs of pants hemmed here, with one also being tapered. Very happy with the tailoring done and the staff are always friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely continue to use

Came in less than an hour before closing. Lady took my blazer and said that she will be able to do it before closing. Went above and beyond. This was my first time tailoring my clothes and will be happy to come back with all my other clothes

I’m very pleased with the service and the turnaround time at the Carlingwood location and the lovely lady in there was a super great and helpful in doing the Alteration and resized my shirt to the proper width and length that I plan on going back there to have my other two work shirts resized

I'm floored by their talent! I received a dress that was a size 10 and I take a size 0. It was risky to have it tailored as everything needed adjusting: shoulders, armpits (!), waist, length, sleeves. I paid Stitch It $120 not knowing how it would turn out. It's perfect - looks like it was made this way. The first time I went to pick it up, we all agreed one more adjustment needed to be made which they happily did without additional cost. Great business.

Only good things to say about this place. Their repairs are well done; the people are courteous and never had a problem getting something fixed. It's always best to provide them extra time since they are in high demand and are rather busy. The customer service I have received has been extremely good, and for the few minor issues that came up with the repairs that I had done, they were immediately addressed. All in all, I highly recommend this location.

I needed to replace the zipper in my winter jacket. It was replaced within a week and the job was done well. It was about $100, but I have a long jacket, so I feel like this is a fair price. Very friendly staff:)

The work (an alteration) was beautifully done! The reason that I can not give it five stars is that the gentleman serving me could not keep his mask over his nose. It kept slipping down. I did not feel safe, covid wise. For everyone's safety, please use a properly fitted mask.

This place is unreal! They are so helpful, courteous and attentive to client needs. Their are fast and unbelievably accommodating. I will continue to use this establishment for ALL of my garment alteration/repair needs!

Excellent service and attention to detail by Manda and her staff at this Stitch It location. Manda keeps our staff looking sharp and professional. Stitch it staff @ Carlingwood are excellent at what they do. I've had a pair of pants taken in at the waist, they did an amazing job! The stitching was so meticulous! Also had a two way zipper put into a fall coat, another perfect job. I always feel confident going to these excellent professional staff for my alteration needs!

I have taken many articles of clothing to Stitch it in the Carlingwood Mall. Small repairs as well as larger and more complicated work.

Not once has the repair been anything but professionally done. I would trust Stitch it to repair any article of clothing and trust it will be done in the most professional manner.

I take all my clothes' here that need to be altered, weather it be a suit, jeans or creating a Halloween costume they do fantastic work! I don't go anywhere else!

Same-day service for pants hemming was unbelievably fast and high quality. The manager, Manda, was lovely to deal with. Will definitely return!

Went to get some alterations on my Bridesmaid dress, they pulled the shoulder line back and took the dress out a bit and when I put the dress back on it was picture perfect! The dress was ready very quickly and the staff were all very nice and ready to help!

Excellent work and service delivered ahead of time. Very much appreciated as well as the friendly and helpful staff.
