Stitch It Clothing Alterations

My husband and I have brought numerous clothing items to this lady, and every time she has done such a wonderful job! Most recent visit I had to bring in a bridesmaid dress for some alterations and accidentally left it to very last minute but the woman in there was phenomenal beyond words - she came up with a beautiful fix and had it done a week before the event which was more than I could ask for. It doesn’t even look like it’s been altered it’s so well done. She’s also done lots of shirts for my husband and they’ve all been so great; and I brought a pantsuit to her to get it fitted and it’s probably my most favourite clothing piece because of how well she made it fit. Bring your clothes to her if you want them to fit because she will do a beautiful job and she explains what she’s going to do as well! It’s always a pleasant visit, as she’s also charismatic and polite and so good at her explanations you have no choice but to feel confident in her abilities. We will always go to her.

I brought a dress to Stitch It because one of the seams ripped, and I am happy with the work done. I was concerned with the timing, as I was bringing it in and needed the work done within 24 hours for a wedding, but this was not a problem. Within 4 hours, the work was done. Happy with my experience and the customer service. Will go back for any further alterations and repairs!

Never open! Hours say open until 6, got there before 6 and they were closed.

The service was friendly and quick.
They just hemmed my pants too short.
Destroyed a brand new pair of pants.
Aside from the wasted $70 the pants cost and the wasted $15 to hem them, everything was good.

Lynette was amazing! I needed a quick stitching fixed on my Mackage jacket and wasn’t sure what to do about it and she fixed it so quickly with ease complimentary.
Really appreciate it and I’ll definitely be going back here for my other alteration needs.

My boyfriend and I got our pants altered here, they did a really good job and we are both super happy with the outcome. The employees are very friendly as well.:)
