Stitch It Clothing Alterations & Dry Cleaning

I walked in today (Dec 20), needing an alteration done very quickly. While it wasn't particularly complex, I also fully recognize that being 5 days before Christmas, everyone is stretched to the max.

I was greeted by Karen, who was very friendly and pleasant and willing to help out on short notice.

True to her word, it was less than 2 hours before I got a text saying my garment was ready to go!

Every time I go into this Stitch It store, Karen is always smiling. When she talks to you while she’s fitting your clothes, she laughs with you and she is so professional.
Her work is always done well.

No matter how big or how small a problem you may have stitched in Cambridge Mall is the place to go. Karen is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and all repairs are done at a timely fashion.

Needed some pants adjusted at the last minute. I came in 20 minutes before close and they were able to make the adjustment for me. Excellent work and excellent service, highly recommend.

I ordered a tweed suit from UK and the pants came in way too small. Karen was able to take the excess off the hem and put it in the waist. She did an excellent job and had it done in time for a wedding in Scotland.

Karen has been working at the Cambridge location for over 25 years and she is the leading tailor here. She is extremely talented and always kind. My only concern is that she often works alone and has much stress on her shoulders. The company should hire ppl to assist her or pay her more for her leading responsibilities.

Brought a spring jacket in that had a 4 inch rip at the bottom. They used s patch then sewed it up. You can barely see the patch work. Very pleased with the repairs. Would highly recommend their service. This is the second time I have used them. Very professional work.

Went in to get shorts hemmed and needed them the next day if possible. The ladies were unbelievably nice even though they were slammed and said they couldn't garuntee but would try. Even though they were backed up with work orders they managed to get mine completed by 11am the next day and made my weekend! A+ customer service

They did a fantastic job on a dress I brought it. I even made the mistake of coming in too early and they finished my garment for me in no time. I'll be taking all my alterations here from now on.
