Stitch It Clothing Alterations & Dry Cleaning

I have been going to the Stitch It at Bayshore for close to 10 years, and they've been fantastic with every piece of clothing I've brought in. Suits, t-shirts, jeans, sweaters, coats - you name it, they've tailored it perfectly. Their work is top-notch, and every item I get back fits me just right. I can't recommend them enough!

My dad had a rip in one of his dress shirts and I wasn't confident in being able to sew it myself.

Kruti, the tailor did a beautiful job sewing it. It took a week for the shirt to be ready but there was no rush.

They are very nice at this location, but I am so disappointed. I had 4 pairs of pants hemmed and one pair I also had the waist taken in. There is crooked stitching on the hems of all of my jeans, and one of them has a leg very noticeably longer. The back leather tag off one pair of brand new Abercrombie jeans has been ripped off too, leaving a visible gap. Unfortunately, for the pants taken in at the waist, the stitching is not tidy (especially inside) and I worry about how they’ll hold up in the long term.: (I did not ask for a fast turn around and it was $107 total. I went with them because of the number of positive reviews but feel my clothes have been cheapened by the poor workmanship.

The staff here are knowledgeable and nice however the prices they charge are above average.

The staff is very nice and they do good work but the prices are very high IMO - it was $21 for a Jean hem and I think $12-15 would be more reasonable. I was also charged for a service I did not receive. They added a charge of $3.25 for the hem to be shorted by 12 inches or more! The Jeans were a 32” inseam and all I needed off was 4”. I’m 5’4” so I’m very upset that they would add a false charge.

The best dry cleaner in town. Quick turnaround and excellent work. My SO spilled a whole glass of red wine on her yellow dress. It all came out!

I'm about as picky as they get, but I can tell you all my experiences over the past 7+ years here have been exceptional. Full credit to an amazing seamstress Oimung. Thank you, because of her I will not go anywhere else.

Oh gosh, where do I begin? I called Stitch It first thing in the morning to inquire about getting alterations done on my bridesmaid gown. The representative I spoke with was both friendly and honest, so I decided to drop my gown off later in the day. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm intentions from the women who worked there. After putting my dress on to show them what I needed done, they listened ever-so-intently, so to be sure that they knew exactly what I needed to be done to the dress. Even after pinning and chalking, they made sure to confirm that that’s what I wanted done. Additionally, because the cost was just out of my price range, the lead seamstress was able to facilitate me by offering a discount by making an adjustment to the size of the hem at the bottom of the dress, which turned out equally as beautiful. Moreover, not only was my dress done in a timely fashion, but when I arrived to pick it up, the lead seamstress had already taken the liberty of steaming the wrinkles out of my dress for me upon noticing it needed to be done. Now that’s service with warm intentions! I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs to have their clothes altered - not only are they professional and do great work, but they’re just genuinely nice people with good intentions…which is so hard to come by these days. I will definitely be returning the next time I need something else altered!

Bayshore stich it is the best place for alterations. Excellent customer service. Anh is very nice and friendly person. I would recommend everybody who wants for alterations, go to this place.

The customer service could use improvement. However, the service that they provide is second to none. They alter clothes very well and I am always impressed.

Fast and accurate service. I needed some badges sewn onto my military uniform and everything turned out perfectly andnon time. I will be taking other garments there in the near future.

Sida was the seamstress that worked on my pants. I lost 41 lbs and needed to have my pants taken in. She did an amazing job and my pants fit perfectly. I am really pleased!

I bring all of my pants here to be hemmed. They are always very accommodating when I ask for custom lengths so they don’t ride up when wearing work boots. The ladies working there are very friendly, I’ve never once had a stitch they’ve put in let go and the turn around time is always quite fast. I’ve never had to wait past the time they quote. If they say 3pm, and I show up at 3, the items are already done, folded and bagged.

They did an amazing job on my son’s pants that had a huge tear. You can’t even see where it was repaired. Excellent service and work! Will be back for sure.

I recently got a rip in my winter coat, which became a gaping hole. Not only did they fix it beautifully, leaving no trace of the hole, the area feels even sturdier than before. They did a great job. Wish I took before and after photos for my review. Thanks, will come back in the future!

Amazing service. I was able to get alterations to my suit done quickly. The quality of the work did not suffer at all.

Very poor service. I dropped my coats off for a zipper repair. They said they would be ready in a week. I go back 2 hours before pick up time and they are just starting on them. Very poor service, not to mention very expensive. Will not be returning nor recommending.

Very fast service at a great price. I was im a rush and they were very understanding. I will only go here from now on

Charged me extra to keep a small notch in my pants. They did not do this. When we brought it up to them they stated it wasn't marked on the receipt so too bad and sent us away.
