Great for alterations especially not just a regular hem. I also had some pants and a skirt taken in and all turned out amazing! Also very friendly.

Parween did a great job altering an evening dress. She is intuitive and skilled. Our only issue was when we went, there was a line-up and she as the only one working - so there was a bit of a traffic jam with getting people fitted, and paying, and changing and picking up etc. But we would definitely use her again and highly recommend.

I have to get majority of my clothes altered to fit me. It’s always difficult to find good quality work. Not only does this location do a great job, but they also offer the best customer service you can find. They’re honest if they can’t fix something, or will offer an alternative.

Came here to get pants hemmed, leaving out of town the next day, they were able to rush my order and get it done in a timely 10 minutes, polite and knowledgeable staff, would definitely recommend

Had to get a patch sewed onto my NCD jacket last minute. Needed it done same day, and the lovely folks told me that even though they were pretty busy today, the could get it done same day for me. Really kind and honest about time line and expectations rather then just promising the world, which I really appreciate. Kind and honest service with a great quality work. 10/10

Brought in two pairs of jeans, one blue and one black. The seamstress did an amazing job, professional and very reasonably priced. I actually got the pants back early. Very pleased with the results.

Needed tuxedo pants fixed urgently for an appearance later that day. The mechanism was somewhat complicated but Eva took the time to figure out the problem and found a way to fix the broken tightening mechanism. Repair was done while I waited. Absolutely impressive - thank you so much for saving the day.

Amazing place, honest group of friendly staff! I had to attend a Christmas Party, my dress arrived late from Fashion Nova, they altered my dress immediately! The dress was ready for me 2 hours after I dropped it off! Now that’s service They really cared about having this done for me.

In a real bind needing an alteration on suit sleeves for a funeral. Couldn't accommodate.
Disappointed. Ended up going to Moore's where I'd purchased the suit last year. The repair was made, I picked it up at 5 pm. And it was under 20.00. What great service from Moore's.

I find that excessive. It must be quite the markup and an extraordinary rate per hour.way more than a mechanic for example.

Amazing job! I wasn't sure if it was fixable because of the material. The inseam had torn on both sides of my winter jacket.
Not only was I able to request it back in just a few hours (slight upcharge - well worth it) it had no visible signs of stitching or work done. It looked completely brand new.
In fact it felt stronger as if it were upgraded so it wouldn't tear so easy.

So disappointed. I have been going to this Sitch It for over four years. I come here regularly as I am shy of 5", so everything I buy has to be altered. I came in on Monday with three items that needed minor hemming. After I was checking out I asked if I could get the items back by the end of the week. I was told that would be difficult due to staffing levels. I informed the main seamstress that if that was the case, I would have to take the items back as I was going on a trip, flying out Saturday, and needed those items for the trip. The main seamstress then said she could get the items hemmed by Friday at 6 PM. Today is Friday and I arrived at the store at 7: 20 PM only to find out that not one of my items of clothing had been altered and that they weren't going to be worked on until tomorrow, after I fly out of the province. When I expressed my discontent I was told I could take my items back. I said, but I had already paid $75 for the alterations that hadn't been completed. I was told I could get a refund. When I accepted that option I was told i couldn't actually get the refund today. I could only get it when the main seamstress returned tomorrow. Again, this didnt help me as I am flying out of the province tomorrow morning and so could not get a refund if I took my clothes back. Horrible customer service for a client who comes regularly.

We had to get some jerseys altered for our team and were under a very tight timeline. We were lucky to deal with Kulsoom who did an amazing job with the jerseys and had them ready ahead of schedule. Great customer service- would not hesitate to use them again!

Wow! Every time i go there, Kulsoom & her team does impeccable work! Kulsoom is gentle and talented, and unapologetically honest! I respect her work and guarantee she'll put a smile on your face. Would recommend to anyone!
