Not only did they hold onto my pants for close to three weeks, when they finally did them it looked like a 10 year old had done the work. Thank God for StitchIt! They rescued my coveralls and put in a super professional euro hem. Five stars!

StitchIt at the Oshawa Mall deserves your business! I have recently lost 200lbs and donated every piece of clothing I owned except for a pair of wool tartan parts. Not only are they my clan tartan, they are my favourite pair of pants. The ladies at StitchIt asked if I was sure and I said yes! So we tried on the pants and measurements were taken.

Let me tell you, they had to basically engineer a brand new pair of pants as I was less than 1/2 the size of them. When I went to pick them up I was beyond words. They are perfect!

The ladies are kind, empathetic and absolute masters at their craft, down righ miracle workers.

Fantastic alterations of our son’s suit and shirt. Fast, very professional service and right on time.

I took 4 of my pants to ‘Stitch it clothing’ at the Oshawa Center location for alteration earlier this week. SEVER attended to me. She was patient and painstakingly measured and fitted each pant while I had it on. I’d returned today for pickup after alteration - wow! SEVER did a good job with the actual alteration work. I’m impressed. I’ll visit again some other time. Thanks guys!

Had a a zipper installed on the rear panel of a car port. They even added a velcro strip at the bottom to keep the zipper from opening on its own. Very good quality and very helpful! Knowledgeable staff and friendly service.

Sever and the rest of the staff are INCREDIBLY talented with great customer service. I had a shearling coat altered and it turned out amazing! There should be more businesses who care about the customer as you so very well do.

The staff was friendly, but I think they are way over priced. $100 to cut and stitch a chiffon dress and the under layer and another $20 to stitch a rip in a skirt. If it wasn't for the fact that I had a wedding to attend the next week I would have looked around more for a better deal. As nice as the staff was, this will probably be my first and last experience with them.

I would like to take the time to recognize an employee at the Oshawa Center outlet. I believe her name is Sever.

On a busy Sunday on a long weekend I was in dire need to get suit pants hemmed for a funeral that I needed by closing time on that Sunday.

Both the mall and the store was extremely busy and Sever was able accommodate me and squeezed me in between other customers. She quickly had me fit the pants and she marked the correct hem and promised me they would be done in 1 hour.

I left and did some other errands and when I returned, the pants were hemmed and she even pressed them for me.

Sever was great to deal with, extremely pleasant during the whole time and was able to perform a miracle  for me during a difficult time.

I wanted to to let you know what an excellent employee Sever is.

I needed 4 pair of pants altered the same day. Magically, they were done within 3 hours and the quality was great!

There has been work pants that i have brought in to be shortened and all three so far the stitching has come right out. It's poor quality of work.

Prices are reasonable, staff are always professional. I've come here many times over the past few years to get my pants shortened. Service is always quick and the job is always quality work. I'd recommend them to anyone.
