I had done alterations for my newly purchased office trousers. I was little worried because my event was just the next day and I reached stitches at the closing hour. Bahaar was smiling, supportive and she understood the urgency. She helped me and completed the alteration on the spot. I felt really good about the quality of the work done and the way Bahaar showed understanding and caring for customers. I recommend this place to everyone for value for money, good quality work and very supportive and always smiling staff like Bahaar. 5 stars to them!

Wonderful experience here. The staff was super nice and helpful. And the result is really well-done.

First of all, incredibly overpriced.

Second, and the most infuriating part about my experience, was that my items were with them for an entire week and when I showed up (an hour after the agreed pickup time), my items weren’t even ready!

It’s one thing to overcharge, but it’s a different ball game when you waste my time!

The only reason why I didn’t give a 1 star is because the work was satisfactory.

Bahar did a very great job sowing my wedding gown, very good price and very good people would recommend this place!

Someone named Bahar did my jeans great the zipper fell and she offered to help with it, she was very kind to me, and they rice is very affordable

Have a winter jacket from Arcteryx and ripped it pretty badly along the shoulder, and pocket in really bad spot. They were able to fix the coat to look brand new, I can't even tell where there was a rip, all the seams match flawlessly to the undamaged coat and couldn't be happier with the job well done, and excellent customer service experience I received. Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Quality of work is good but the lady here needs to work on her tone and the way she talks to customers. Very loud and impatient.

Brought my pants there for repair. A little pricey but they get the work done fast and perfectly.

I had to get my dress hemmed on the same day, so I dropped the dress off in the morning at 10 am and it was ready for pick-up at 3 pm. I urgently needed the dress to be altered on the same day and they were able to do that. Zuhra did a beautiful alteration.

I've been taking everything there for 10+ years. Simple alterations to full on resizing suits. Great people.

They damaged my clothes and refused to refund me.
I dropped off 7 items for dry cleaning (which, by the way, they don't do on site.they send it out). I was charged about $119, and I had to pay this upfront - which should have been a red flag for me. I was asked to make a profile on their online system, so that I could be emailed when my items were ready. I never got this email. I waited for it even though the staff verbally told me the date. So I go to pick up my items, and since they only have 1 person working there, I had to wait outside the store for 15 minutes while she was on break. I take my items home, and to my horror, my brand new expensive skirts are attached to the hangers with GIANT SAFETY PINS! I was speechless. I emailed Customer Service and the store. Mitra is the person who replied to me from Customer Service, conveniently leaving out her job title. Shura is the Store Manager at Square One. I didn't get a single apology from either of them, but they asked me to send photos. I send the photos, and from there, Mitra decides she will not be refunding me, but that I can bring the items back to the store for repair, thereby clearly admitting that there is in fact damage. I wouldn't even trust them to sew a button on. So she couldn't even refund me the measly few dollars from a $119 bill! I mean, customer service 101! Any other company would have just apologized and issued the refund. I also told them at the beginning I would be publishing this review if I didn't get a refund, so that shows how little they care about their reputation. In addition, Mitra told me it was standard practice to use safety pins (I have never heard of or seen this in my life), and at the same time said there was a supply chain disruption causing a shortage of clothing hangers! Which is it Mitra? The safety pins are standard practice, or there's no hangers available? ! I also sent her a link to the Amazon skirt hangers I purchased last week for cheap; they arrived a few days later. I have also seen them for sale at Canadian Tire, Wal-Mart and Dollarama. Really sick of everyone using "supply chain disruptions" as an excuse. This place is so despicable, I hope no one ever has to deal with them.

Fantastic work. Very clean. Looks it is brand new from the store. Highly recommend it. They came up with fantastic ways to repair my coats and alter the sizes.

I’ve been going to this location for alterations for over 4 years and the Manager and staff are the only people I trust. They work is immaculate.

This place is way too expensive. It costs $60 to change a zipper. I could buy a new coat on sale for that price. By the way I even purchased the zippers at Fabricland. My past experience with this tailor is that they don't always have the right color or size of zippers that is required.

When I went to pick up the altered items it was not ready on time. What a joke! Charge ridiculous prices and cannot provide timely service.

I will take my business elsewhere from now on. I will find another tailor with better service and reasonable prices.

I’ve had a couple pants hemmed and cropped from this location and they’ve always come up perfect! The staff is friendly and efficient. I asked to have straps stitched on the inside of my Canada Goose jacket to wear on my shoulders and Yolia did an amazing job! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I showed up with 1h left until close after as I needed my suit pants fixed for a wedding the next morning. The team was able to help me and accommodate with amazing service, and the tailor absolutely did an amazing job. So impressed and won’t be going anywhere but here from now on. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Although I had asked them to only cut a portion of the pant, they did the alteration properly and made it a better stitch for the same price! Very happy with the help and quality.

I’ve been to this location twice & it is by far, in terms of service & results, I hold in very high regard, I have had multiple pieces of clothing altered & have always received my property back well maintained & well fitted after alterations. The staff are very accommodating & efficient not taking any more than 3 days to alter. I will be definitely coming back to this location to have more of my clothing altered if need be.
