I completely love my pants. Got 3 pants hemmed and they had really professional service and it was really affordable. 10/10 would recommend.

Visited to have a zipper repaired, and was provided with quick and excellent service. I'm impressed and plan to return in the future.

The service there was amazing. My dog chewed up my daughter's build the Bear. The lady behind the counter took the Bear. Had it done in about 20 minutes and didn't even charge me.

I know that it's not always possible to a accommodate last minute requests like mines, so I was very appreciative. Important you TRY on your clothes if you are using their services.
We used their services to alter 2 pants, after reading the high reviews. For the price we paid, we expected decent quality of work and moreover good customer service. Sadly we were let down- we provided a sample pant for reference but were NEVER asked to try on the pants that needed work. Upon pick up, we were never asked to try on the pants again. One of the pants required a redo and we were made to believe it was our fault for not trying on from the start. Who are the experts here again? Not to mention they sent us home with a needle in the sample pants (see image) - manger did not even apologize when addressed.
Alternations are never perfect, there will be little adjustments. Taking frustrations out on the customer is WRONG. Admit your error and correct them.
We were told we would receive a text when ready for pick up, nothing. Their system was at fault.
Both visits the shop tried to insinuate the problem was with us, when they could have just been polite and treated us with respect every customer deserves.
Not going back here again.

One of the best experiences I’ve had in terms of customer service. Nirosha made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. This will be our go alteration shop from now on.

Very professional and personal which made it AMAZING

I'd been wavering on repairing the ripped pockets on my winter coat for weeks - it's not an item I could just drop and return for another day! But every time I put it on, I was mad at the thought of having to wait til winter was over to get it fully usable and presentable again.

I walked into Stitch-It on a day when I had an hour or two of errands to run inside STC. The person running the counter let me know she was working on some orders and also needed to tend the front counter, but thought she could get it done with a reasonable wait time. Once she realized that I had errands in the mall, she assured me that it was absolutely doable and it would be ready by the time I came back.

True to her word, 2 hours later I went back and my coat was good as new, with the pockets attached as strong as ever. There's no hint of weakness where they were coming off before, and you can't even see that repairs were done.

Don’t know her name but the seamstress did a fantastic job with my dress pants. Got it hemmed and tapered with a perfect fit.

Came to get my pants trimmed. Mastura was very friendly and she helped me very quickly. Pants are perfect now.

The employees at this location will go above and beyond to finish the job. I took my suit to alter after a dry cleaning place completely butchered my jacket. The manager at this store spent over an hour to make sure the suit was wearable. I can’t thank you enough. You made my day. Your determination to make your customers happy is unprecedented.

I paid hundred dollars for alternative the length and tight a bit the back leg
Also I need a hair band a bow tie. Everything is fine, just price is misunderstandin they said $78 for pant alternative $15 for hair band but little kids bow tie charge me $25 instead of $15. Anyway I hate argue just pay and leave. Please double confirm that price before they do the job

The service here was great. Price is fair. They accidentally made my pants too tight when I went to get them altered but were very quick to fix the mistake and were extremely nice about it. Definitely recommend, super kind people!

Went to the store to get my coat zipper fixed. The lady looked at it and was very helpful and pleasant. She explained to me how to properly zip up the zipper so it doesn’t jam bc it has a lock on it. She took the time to go through this with me. The customer service was excellent and I was very impressed with the service I received. I will definitely use this place again and would definitely recommend it. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!

I got my winter jacket's zipper fixed today, and it was completed within in a couple hours. Nirosha was kind, professional, and very understanding! The price was a lil high for our liking personally, but her services definitely made up for it! You won't be disappointed!

I had the sleeves of a sports jacket shortened. Nirosha did a fantastic job measuring the fit for me. They also underpromised and overdelivered, finishing the job in less than half a day!
