I very rarely leave reviews, however the service Bilen provides was Exceptional, she went about and beyond! I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. She is truly talented! I had a dress that belonged to my grandmother and she restored it as if it was brand new. This is for sure my go to place from now on! Thank you so much!

This is for the Eastgate location. Quick service for an urgent situation. Have to attend a funeral and my suit jacket was bigger than I thought. Very thankful for their urgency in the matter. Major credit to Bilen. She was courteous and professional. If you have the pleasure to deal with her, rest assured you're in good hands. A+

They moved a pocket from the calf on my uniform up onto the thigh, material made it very tough but they did an amazing job and it’s exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!

I came in at 6: 30, asked what the likelihood of having a pair of pants hemmed for tomorrow? She chuckled and said “We are booking for next week! I cried “No! I leave to ref tomorrow! ” The lady took pity on me and hemmed that immediately! So thankful!

I can tell you I have never seen a ruder store. I was charged almost 50 dollar to do a simple hem on the pants and well I went to pick it up she shoved this into my hand and walked away. It was a dress outfit and didn’t even show me what she had done. I do not recommend this place at all. Terrible service
