Highly recommend! I was traveling to Toronto and was in a pinch. I needed a zipper replaced for an event. Nikki turned my dress around in less than 24 hours and saved the day! She was communicative and thorough. Would definitely recommend!

TLDR: The work seems to be great but, I would make sure to get a price estimate from the staff early on in the discussion otherwise feel shamed if you cannot afford the price.
I had my wedding dress jacket altered here and the experience was really great! I did ask a few times during the fitting and discussion process for a price estimate, but didn't get one until the end when we started checking out. To lift the sleeve, make the cuff a bit tighter and add a clasp at the back was $75 which was within my budget.
However, I had a poor second experience. I came in with a friend to have her dress altered and everything was going great during the fitting/discussion portion. Again we were unable to gain an estimate of the price for the work. We were requesting the bottom of the dress to be hemmed at, the butterfly sleeves to be tacked down and the cut fabric to be sewn around some cut outs around the waist. However, when we went to start checking out with the seamstress, she indicated it would be $180. Unfortunately, it is severally out of budget so we had to decline it. After declining the seamstress started acting very rudely and talking under her breath about wasting her time. I understand that we took up her time (about 10-15 min) but I would have appreciated a bit of understanding that we couldn't afford that price.

Was able to help me out with a rush pants hem. Dropped off, went for lunch and it was ready when I returned. Thanks so much for accommodating me.

Nikki is the very best for the job. So kind and does a very clean job on my alterations. I went back to her to add pockets to my dress. Did a fantastic job to match the original fabric color. 10 stars for you Ms. Nikki!

Based on my experience: Asked for a perfect fit. Still got some parts of my pants lagging and abit of space around my laterals. So not much a perfect fit Paid about CAD 140. Only wore it for a weddiing and was out of the country for that so couldnt take it back for alterations within the time frame given. I would say if these guys were your last choice, give it a month in advance but say you need it done asap because i made the mistake of saying we have a month to make it perfect thinking they will return it in two weeks and i can give it back. Nope this was not the case.

The staff Nikki, the girl in the store with Nikki and Donald are super amazing.
I went with short notice, 3 days before my occasion. Even with their workload, they fixed my dress in one day only! And the dress looks perfect.

The price a bit high but it is worthy for the high quality and fast service.

Excellent staff. Very helpful and are able to make alterations in a timely manner. Not to mention, the alterations are always done to perfection!

I decided to try the Stitch It in the path to get a hem fixed as I was in the office today. What a fantastic experience! It took all of 5 minutes and I was on my way again with the perfect fix. I can’t recommend them enough and will most definitely be back!

Went over to this place to get a button reattached to my suit in between meetings. Sam was wonderful, quick (literally 2 mins) and didn’t even charge me for the fix. Definitely going back for other alterations. Super friendly service! Thanks Sam!

Tore my winter jacket one morning on my way to work and had to get it fixed ASAP so as not to have all the goose down spilling out. Nikki was so wonderful in making sure the repairs were done to the best standard and complete on the same day before I left work for the day. Will definitely be returning - very grateful for the high quality service!

Great service and great alteration work! I went in in the morning to alter 2 pants, ordered the same-day alteration service, and picked up my pants in the afternoon. Everything was done really well and I would definitely come back!

Customer service is terrible. The person at cash register had an extremely rude and unfriendly demeanor. I would not recommend this place.

Terrible service. Called ahead and asked if they could do something for me same-day, to which they replied "yes, no problem".

When I arrived, they told me the same job would actually take multiple days.

Felt very slimy - like they'd said yes on the phone just to get me in the door.

Avoid! Plenty of other quality establishments in the Path.

Been here once, was not absolutely satisfied with the work done, so I will go back to have my clothes properly done. Service is good, but not thorough.

I have popped in for many a rush alteration. They have accommodated several repairs as well. Usually helped by Nikki, she is quite good. Call6 ahead to see if they can do what you need.small shop 2 changes rooms I believe.
