Stitch It Clothing Alterations & Dry Cleaning

Serenitee was wonderful! I just dropped off my clothing and so far so good. Please recognize her for her friendliness and prompt attention.

It was my first time using their services, and I was very disappointed with the outcome. If you pay a professional to steam/iron your clothes, you expect them to do a better job. I was charged over $100 for three suits and three pairs of pants. The pictures will speak for themselves. Not happy at all.

Clean, friendly and fast! Love the confirmation and status update of my order via text. They offer 24hr turnaround at extra cost depending on the complexity of what needs to be altered. The price will be higher but I'm glad to have the option if in a crunch. It's in a great location inside of Yorkdale in the corridor to the subway so very accessible.

The place has good service. The staffs there are nice and helpful. Went to get my zipper fixed and it came back perfectly good!

Absolutely incredible experience - they helped turned a hopeless situation into an amazing one. I had a dress that was poorly made patternwise and they were able to completely fix the problem; they were patient and kind and took the time to really try to figure out the root of the problem and find a great solution. I feel really confident in my tailored dress and they additions they made look like seamless integrations, like they were always supposed to be there. Thank you so much! I’m incredibly happy?

Brought my Dress on a rush to Stitch. Never worn and I happen to got it rip. At first I thought I had to threw it out. Melika at Stitch did some alterations and I am so pleased with the quality of work she did. My dress looks like it was never rip. Please if ever you go there ask for her. Excellent work.

Parisa was amazing! They were able to hem my pants in half an hour and steamed my shirt for no extra cost. Super nice service as well

Awful dry cleaner!
They could not wash away the grape juice stain, even tried twice. They also said it was my fault, because I tried to wash it before, although I didn’t.
I definitely don't recommend this dry cleaner.
