I had the worst experience. They will tell you that they will give you discount but can’t enter into system coz only manager can do that and not the employees! Discount offer is a scam. Customer service was really bad.

Brutal service! Worker did not understand me at all, and didn’t understand me asking to take out hem work that had been done in the past out of the suit. Don’t hire people that don’t understand basic stuff they should for where they’re getting hired!

Went to pick up an order at 6: 30pm. Such an inconvenience, I can’t wait another 25 minutes, I have my husband and daughter waiting outside in the car and dinner reservations at 7pm. I can understand the “be back in 5 or 10 minutes” but this is excessive. Now I have to come back another time and the outfit I needed for tomorrow won’t be ready. I don’t care how my order turned out, this is unacceptable customer service. Customers can’t just wait for you. Very dissatisfied. Don’t use this service.

Amazing job. Price was the same as any other for the same job. I sew, but had no time to hem the pants I had them do. Anyone complaining about cost, or saying that something was a simple job, should do the job themselves.

I went there for the first time. The lady on front was so confused and don’t know how to talk to customers. I gave her 2x$20 bills and 1x$10 and 2 dollars extra to charge me $45.20 and give me $5 bill back and rest change out of $2. Instead she gave me $1.70 and started shouting I gave her $45. She doesn’t even know calculations. It was morning I just didn’t want to fight over $5. So I took $45 and returned. But it ruined my day. She didn’t even asked me when I want my pants back and just charged me right away and asked for money. Just want to say if you guys want to go there just be careful. Because one person can ruin your whole day.
