Stitch It Clothing Alterations & Dry Cleaning

The only place I would take my clothes for alternations. They are excellent; not only friendly, but professional. I can’t recommend them enough!

Samer was awesome, friendly, and so willing to help me with a rushed request! Will certainly go back!

Visited the Stitch it store at the Mapleview Mall in Burlington recently. Firstly the customer service was excellent and in particular Samer was very welcoming, kind and accommodating with our rush request.
She was extremely patient and polite with dealing with us and in spite of the holiday season workload she very kindly accommodated our request.

Stich it at this location is great. Quick in a pinch and always very friendly. If you need it stitched maple view stich it has you covered.

Simply horrible workmanship and customer service! Don't waste your money, time, or patience with Stitch It. Everyone from their staff and store manager (Yanna), to the "customer service" (Mitra) and their Director (Jennifer Baird) are rude, indifferent, and are collectively the case study for how NOT to run successful customer experience! They refused to take ownership of a blatant error (took jeans in for euro hem $24.50 and one leg came back almost 2" longer than the other, which was crooked). Granted I noticed this after their "30-day" policy. The jeans hadn't been worn, and the error was so obvious. They did allow me to pay another $24.50 to fix their error and I did greatly appreciate the 10% discount! NOT. Stay away from Stitch It and support your local alteration independents that actually care about making their customers happy and taking ownership of their work. Prior to this, my family had been Stitch It customers for 30+ yrs. I'll never return! #StitchItSucks!

Worst experience ever! I regret leaving my brand new jeans in this place. The customer service was awful, ni the quelite of the work was unacceptable. I didn’t accept it the first time and said to please re do the work. The second time around it was the same. Never coming back!

Amazing alterations done by Jana! I came in with my wedding dress that was a bit loose around my waist. Brittany took my measurements and Jana made the alterations. It fits like a glove and was ready in a couple of days! Would recommend this Stitch It location for any alterations!

A big shout out to Jana at Mapleview Stitch It. I brought my TFC soccer jersey to get it fitted for tomorrow's game. Jana went out of her way and altered my jersey to a perfect fit.

Terrible. Go somewhere else. Myself and another customer went to the store to get some alterations and we were turned away because the store was closing in 10 mins and the women working there said she needs to be somewhere and needs to leave at 7pm. Can’t believe they turned away business. Don’t bother going here. Just go to another place.

Went to stitch it to get my shirt stitched and the woman that worked there was so sweet and quick with fixing my shirt! Will definitely go back for any other clothing repairs

This place is a joke. Take your business elsewhere, brought two of my curtains to be hemmed they took 10 inches and made the other one crooked and try to blame it on my floors, saying that my floors are uneven… charge me as much as the curtains were and wouldn’t give any money back for the inconvenience of having to bring it back. Will never come back or recommend.

Fraud people, I gave my white colour jacket for dry cleaning, they just nicely hang it on the hanger with some labels and just returned it to me without dry cleaning. They ate ripping off the people's hard earned money.
This is the second time we are getting such experience from them during our first visit they did same thing with my husband's court, they just packed it nicely and gave it back without any cleaning. Very disappointed. Such a hypocrites. Burlington centre branch.

The service is terrible.
Every time you come to this store the door is locked during business hours and they keep you waiting to pick up items you’ve already paid for. Don’t waste your time!
