Stitch N Sew Alterations & Drycleaning

My husband had alterations done on a suit. During the fitting the lady working was rude and refused him entry without a mask post Covid.
Upon pick up, the alterations were terrible and not cheap.he was swimming in the suit. Do NOT recommend for any clothes alterations.

Just to fix one detached threading of my jacket i have to gave them 30percent price of my jacket

Bad place asked them if they can repair a zip on my pocket off a north face sweater she did not evan look at it and told me can not be repaired went back to my truck removed the stitching at bottom off zipper reconnected zip back to zippered and restitch very bad customer service and very incompetent

I had my wedding dress dry cleaned here twice and also had my daughter's and my mother's dress dry cleaned here as well. They did an amazing job and I was so happy with the results each and every time. The person who did my wedding dress, also noticed the bracelet (ribbon) I had added to hold up the train had broken. I did not even tell her about it but she was kind enough not to only fix it but to use a much better fabric for the bracelet. The first time I had my dress dry cleaned I had called on a Monday and asked if she could have it ready for me for that Saturday and she made it happen. So over all I am very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this place. Thank You!

I just said it’s a little bit pricey for a small rip, then heard, “ you can do it on your own, ” “ why are you not getting a new jacket if you think the price is a quarter price of the new one. ” Rude, unprofessional business. Not recommended.
